[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Installation of new product | |||||
I bought the aquaguard classic from snapdeal on 22/10/16 and registered with Aquaguard on 27/10/16 with service request no. 97366221. Till today no sign. Called local office at Porvorim who showed me newspaper report that Online warranty/ installtion is not available for online purchases. The issue was addressed yesterday on 6/11/2016. But I feel they should talk to their marketing team not to give false information to enable them get orders at local level.
