I Had made a complaint for my aquaguard from 24th Dec 2015 but i didn't get any response form eureka Every time we make a new complaint it takes too long for them to resolve..the latest complaint no is [protected] the first complaint was made on 24th Dec 2015 but still my problem not solved.. Worst Service. I am continously calling them on their customer care number and everytime they tell me that today itself the mechanic will go and fix the things. Since last 30 days my machine is not working and I am buying water. I have invested 19500 in buying their RO model and have already purchased water worth 1500/- from outside. I was a fool when I trusted these guys.
