Eureka Forbes — New product default and unattended for more than a month | |||||
I bought a Dr Aquaguard Classic from Eureka Forbes via their website on[protected], the machine was delivered on 17th of march and when the engineer came to install the same my machine was having an issue of water leakage, as per his advice we requested for a new machine by filling a form online on 20th march, the same was uninstalled and I have registered a complaint on the same day and also I have called the customer care for atleast 6 to 10 times and have mailed them twice and no response was given for the same . Though the whole amount for the machine was paid on the day of purchase still the company is not attending to it. I an buying drinking water for the last one month . Whenever asked they are saying that they will resolve the issue but nothing has happened till date . This is really an unfair practice that the company is doing to its customer. I kindly request you that the company should know that the customer is the king and not their slaves. Please help me resolve the same . Was this information helpful? | |||||

I Still have not received any call from Eureka Forbes and my problem is still unsolved !
The problem remains the same and still no one has contacted me . This is really bad and a company cant treat its customer like this.
