[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — NO SERVICE OFFERED AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS | |||
Its been two days requesting for aquaguard service at my place in mansarover, swarna path, Jaipur but there is still no service offered after 9 phone calls. On every call, i got a reply that they are sending an executive in half n hour. With no service, i am forced to source clean drinking water from neighbours. On multiple calls again yesterday...finally guy from service centre showed mercy on us & made a visit.
In this case, suffering is caused to my family..i have to source water from neighbours for 3 days in this festive season
when guests are on peak..n fyi..this is not the first time i am dealing with...everytime i have to call atleast 10 times for the service.
Kindly improve your standards & try to understand the pain of customer.
