Eureka Forbes — non availability of spares | |||
I have a aquaguard clasic filter. The nozzle pipe connecting water supply to the aquaguard got damaged. It is neither available in open market nor at your service center. More over service center personel are of little help. I do not want to enter into a AMC contract, this policy of the company is restrictive trade practice and i plan to lodge a complain with Competition Commission of india Was this information helpful? | |||

Contact no [protected], and please don't advise me to enter into an AMC, I just want a service center where I can take the equipment and get it serviced of course with payment for the service.

the company does not even cared to contact, which speaks of the good customer service it renders!!!
