Dear Sir,
Since 27th Nov. 2014 our R.O., which we purchased in the M/O August 2014, stopped working. We lodged our complaint through mail on 01 Dec. 2014, but till the date no solution is offered to resolve the issue.
Being one of the repudiated R.O. manufacturers we do not accept such type of negligence of not attending our issue.
We are attaching all print out of our mails exchanges with your local office and customer care center.
Kindly take the necessary action within 15-days or otherwise we may take legal action for refund of the paid amount for the purchase of R.O. The total cost incurred in legal proceeding will be born by you.
