    I had very bad experience with your sales lead, when I Enquired about Eureka water filter ( Enhanced Environment RO). When I Asked for exchange offer of my old Eureka filter and discount, he Started behaving badly and started saying Eureka does not sell stolen Products, and secondly you can buy from second hand products or damaged Products etc.. and all sort of nonsense.. I have 2 products already products form Eureka at home (Water filter and Vacuum cleaner). Is this the way to talk to customers, how can I expect after buying product they will not abandon the customer. I head about bad service from Eureka, but this is heights of arrogance.       I bought this Aquaguard Geneus on 30/11/2014. A person called Raj Anbarasan (id[protected] came and installed it. On 4/2/2015 I called Raj Anbarasan to tell that my RO has stopped working. he promised to come and check in the morning of the next day. he didnot come. I called him a lot of times but he stopped picking my calls. i complained at customer care centre on 5/2/2015 at 3:18 pm with complaint number[protected]. No one turned up for two days to check my RO. i spoke to yuvraj, vela(106327) but no one came. On sat morning, raj shekar came and told that motor is not working. he will come in theevening and repair it. he did not come. i called bevan-(kodambakkam manager) but till now no one has come to repair. i have got no water to drink or cook. everybody is fooling me. i regret of purchasing eureka forbes

        We have a RO based water purifier installed at our home. The Customer code for the same is [protected]. It's registered on the behalf of Namita Rajvanshi here in Ludhiana. My contact number is [protected]. Now the AMC for this expires 10 Feb. or 27 Feb. as I've been told although it's 17 Feb. 2015 on the contract. The problem we are facing is that our filter has been needing servicing continuously for the last 5-6 months as the filter would stop functioning or the water would start tasting different or the flow would be erratic or the filter would start making a lot of noise but everytime the servicing guy put it on the the electronic components like adapter etc. We've continuously told them that it has to do something with those inner components like membrane or the carbon filter as the water would start tasting unpleasant but they wouldn't listen. I talked to his senior today to Mr. Rajesh and he told me that the contract covers the replacement of these components only for the first 6 months or so which sounds totally ridiculous to me. He vaguely pointed out that they don't even do that, it's just in goodwill that we'll replace your components and that they're not liable to do so. He further said that since your AMC is coming to an end, there's no way they will replace any component and we would have to get a new AMC. Now it is clearly written that in the contract that the liability for the replacement of any worn out or exhausted components which include Pre filter candle, sediment filter, pre carbon, post carbon and the membrane would be on Eureka Forbes for the entire year. The servicing guy today did confirm that they would need to replace these components in our case. Now I've called to your Mumbai customer centrer twice now and both of the times, I was put on hold once by some lady named Vijaya and I don't recall the name of the gentleman now that I would be speaking to their senior which never happened as the call got disconnected. This has been my worst experience with your company as I've been your customer for quite a number of years now and I didn't expect you to ignore your customer like this. I can't help but feel cheated today because clearly they'r trying to put me off so that they don't have to replace any components. I would like you to replace the worn out components in the purifier at the earliest and talk to an executive too to address my grievance! Reach me at [protected].

          They have a very bad servicing facility. Even after calling them so many times and asking for a service visit, there's no one to help. The machine dose not work for months and still they dont come and repair it even after complaining so many times. I have a 3 years signed contract for regular checking and servicing and for changing filter, even that does not happen on time. No one comes on time from their company and the machine does not work for months. Eureka forbes Aquaguard company does not care about their costumer.

            To, The Managing Director Eureka Forbes Ltd Lower Parel, Mumbai Consumer Name & Address : Mr K K S Srivastava, LIG 73 Indra Nagar Kanpur Your Product installed Aqua Guard UV Classic Sl.No.5614345 Under AMC (P-194) wef 14.07.2014 to 13.07.2015 Complaint :-On late night / early Morning of 29.Jan.2015 we found water filter unit got badly bunred in spite of Power Switched off and same was not operating . Due to fire complete burning machine got totally damaged (refer enclosed PIC of same )and entire kitchen got badly damaged. Enclosed pls Details of machine and AMC and status of damage in machine for reference. Complaint was made in morning to Eureka and verified by your representative but response of Sr Staff was highly objectionable where they try to shift their product failure on our operation. Today Service Supervisor Mr Pawan visited to site and try to push entire machine failure on mis operation (As he aware that machine was under AMC) by stating useless arguments that some family member might be using Candle in night at 4 am if power was not (Was not aware that house is having alternate arrangements of Invertor / Generator) Or secondly there might be earthing bypass in electrical switch board that may cause short circuiting . With this communication i would like to warn service team to stop it immediatly else i will lodge FIR towards poor equipment quality, Third class maintinance and danger to cosumer life . Due to poor product quality and poor services which inturn cause to damage of my property and danger to life of family with this i am demanding Eureka Forbes to 01. Replace New Machine Free Of Cost 02. Arrange for immediate repair of damaged property 03. Send apology due to unprofessional response of Sr Management staff . In case i will not get responded within 3 days of lodging this complaint ie on 30.01.2015 (9.30 am) i will suite legal case against Eureka Forbes for compensation of INR 500, 000.00 .                 I have bought Aquasure few years back and i am very prompt in availing AMC in time.
                As ususal i called up for the AMC and person visited to my house was a untrained person who does not know the product and everytime trying to take pic and asking the other person on call how to resolve.

                As predicted, he broken the purifier as he was unable to open it. It was the last day of the AMC. He requested for few hours to get it corrected and since 2 days no call and no response.

                  I had purchased Tornado vaccum cleaner about 15 years back, the machine is excellent, but now I have not been getting the consumables, which is the paper bag for collection of dust. This cosumable fits into the machine before use. I have written multiple compliants to the customer care at Eureka Forbes, I have also complained multiple times to the dealers of Eureka Forbes to provide these consumables. But no one has offered any solution. Now a perfectly operational vaccum cleaner is lying idle for want of this consumable. Can Eureka Forbes ensure the supply of the same to keep up their brand name.                     I purchased Vacuum cleaner and enhance water purifier on 17th of January 2015 and paid 29k, order numbers for the same is[protected] and [protected]. Both the products got delivered on 19th of jan 2015, and technician came the next day and installed the water purifier, the same day evening it stopped working, even after multiple calls to customer care and to the sales executive the issue was not resolved, on Friday I raised a complaint to refund the money and to collect the product and didn't receive any response on that as well, I tried to escalate this to the customer care manger, to my surprise they refused to take escalation, I don't know what to do with 2 pieces of from eurekaforbes, I feel I've been cheated, I would never recommend eurekaforbes to anyone, and I will make sure I update this on all social media, if any senior manager has the access to thi complaint, I would appreciate a response, my telephone number is [protected].

                    I have purchased Enhance UO+RV product online. It took good 7 days for product to arrive and on top of that it's 4 days that product is at home and noone has come to install. I have called custmer care and they registered complaint but no action done .every time i call they say they are sorry for delay but no action taken.Ref no is 91118395. I am really fed up and frustrated with the service. Until we buy product they will call us 10 times a day and once we buy this is the behaviour of the team. I will never ask any one to buy any product from them.

                      My Vacuum Cleaner is Under AMC for 2 years. The agreement says that they will supply free of cost two sets of Dust bags in each year. I received only one set of Dust bags with great difficulty. Even the tech. do not attend the Machine during the AMC. Despite my request for the second set of Dust Bags they are not delivering it. Since I am using the product for more that 14 years, now I request them to supply the Dust Bags for which i am ready to pay for it. I even lodged a complaint with the service dealer (Neyveli, Cuddalore district). I have calling them regularly for the past one weak. Now they have started to disconnecting the phone and not responding. Since your product has to serviced by your company tech. Only and the spares has to purchased from your company there is no alternate. I kindly request your good office to advice your company tech. to supply the Dust Bags immediately and attend the AMC for which i have already paid the advance amount.

                        I have ordered Eureka Forbes directly from the Eureka forbes company, thinking that they will provide me good service. But the experience is completely different. I had received my Enhance Green RO on 17/01/2014. But till date no person come here to install it. Daily they call me to buy new products. Their customer care persons have landline phone I think. They have my number but no other details regarding the installation. They only believe in selling products. I complaint so many times but there is no senior official who will listen this complaints or feedbacks. they are sleeping and sinking the name of Eureka Forbes.                           Eureka forbes security systems - Order #[protected], dated 10/09/2013 I placed an order order #[protected], dated 10/09/2013 for security systems like CCTV, door phone, burglar alarm system etc and since then have been following up with Mr.Nagendra (nagendra.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com) and years have passed but neither the material is delivered nor any communication is made. All the calls went unanswered and email promises are repeatedly broken. I have no trust in this company and I want this issue to be escalated to the CEO or Business head of India as this completely unacceptable behavior from a reputed organization that clearly show a lack of process, commitment, ownership and careless attitude towards the consumers.

                              Ever since the purchase o[censored]V+ Aquaguard in last April, phone calls made requesting service have gone unattended. Much to my regret, the tall claims of "zero complaint after purchase" by your executive have fallen flat. Not even once has the executive ([protected]) of some Mr Kumar reverted despite several requests made to check the doubtful functioning of the Aquaguard. The conduct of the executive has been highly regrettable. I will appreciate if any of your executive (s) bothers to respond. I may be reached at [protected]@gmail.com

                              THEY ARE RUN FOR SALES, BUT THEY ARE VERY WORST IN SERVICE. Every day customer care are saying the same answer "SERVICE TEAM GIVE A CALL BY TODAY" but no one.

                                i have purchased a eureka Forbes water filter by mistake some 6 months back, the water is smelling like drain water, every tine i complain the engineer comes and check's something with a meter and says every thing is ok and signs on the stickier which they have put on the machine, and one more thing they visit in such a tine when the ladies are available are ate hone and they show them the PPM report and ask them to sign and forcing them to do so because hey have visited ,

                                  I had contracted with Eureka Forbes for one year after sale service. However, despite taking the full amount, the company did not turn for the whole year. When contacted through customer care no. they tried to shift their responsibility from one person to another. The company did not respond to a single mail. All the phone calls were answered with different persons giving excuses.
                                  Complaint marked as Resolved 
                                  The company supplied my the cartridges. Thanks a lot to this forum. Otherwise these service providers would be looting common man without giving any service.

                                  I had made annual contract with the company through Invoice No. 22373454 dt. 11.08.13 for “Designa” model water filter. It was explained by their executives as well as written in the contract that within the year, the Cartridge would be replaced twice in the year free of cost and two minimum services would be given free of cost­­. Apart from this, any other repair/replacement would be done free of cost. The same fact has been communicated through their executives telephonically and face-to-face. However, no service has still been provided to me.

                                  In the last month of July, 2014, the executives called me for services. When I explained that I have received none of the two cartridges, they said that the previous franchise had to do that, but they have left the franchise. Hence, they were not in position for giving the cartridges. However, they said that they would sent their person for remaining one service {one cartridge replacement}, and resolve the problem of previous cartridge with the company. After so many follow-ups, ultimately, their person turned up on 10.08.2014. After arrival, he enquired me whether I would make a new contract for the future year. Just like previous occasion, he assured for 2 cartridge replacements in one year free of cost. I told him that it would be intimated him later. But he should first complete the job he had come for. After cartridge replacement, he asked me for contract. I told him that I was already under cover of the scheme and he had to provide me one more cartridge very soon. He told me that the previous franchise company has fled, so they cannot help. During conversation with him and other persons from his company, I told that for me it was Eureka Forbes with whom I had had a contract, it makes no difference whoever comes for delivery of the services offered in the contract. But it was useless, and he took away the new cartridge installed in my machine.

                                  I called on the helpline, but no Complaint was generated, although it was assured. Then I sent request through “sms”. The follow up Activity No. [protected] with complaint [protected] was generated for my registered mobile No. [protected]. Till now, I tried to resolve the problem through calling the Mumbai {Lower Parel Office No.[protected]}, which has never been picked up. Two or three times, I also received some mobile calls, claiming to be from Eureka Forbes, who repeated the same story that they could not do anything as the contract period had expired and hence I should renew the contract. It is also brought to your kind notice, that none of the so-called executives narrates his/her name/designation/Employment Code even when being asked. Ever the person who visited my house did not bear any I Card/employment No. They willfully use to call from different mobile no. Hence, it is difficult to know the authenticity of them, which is dangerous from safety point also.

                                  Thereafter I called the customer care no. and even corporate office no. but everytime different persons gave different evasive replies. The mails addressed to them on 03.09.2014, 23.09.2014, 03.10.2014, 21.10.2014, 22.10.2014, 24.10.2014, 26.11.2014 & 24.12.2014, all got answered. As there was no response, I stopped follow up. Ultimately, I had to contact you to resolve the problem.

                                  I am deeply aggrieved by this harassing and deceitful attitude of the company. It was their duty to provide me the services with same respect they pursue for renewal of contract, which you failed in. Apart from this fact, I have been cheated of the contract amount as well as to face a lot of harassment by the company and my family has been kept on health danger for constrained to drink unfiltered water.
                                  Eureka Forbes is a cheater and previously also the company use to do so.

                                    i have resitered complaint through help line at [protected], on 17/01/2015, but no service person turned up till today. My complaint numbers are 91061476, 91072130, 91076978. I am calling customer service every day but there is no proper action to resolve my issue ie the suction is not working properly. My phone number is [protected] This is the worst experience with any customer service. They are just useless, They just better scrap helpline for GOD sake.
