I have purchased Dr.Megna RO vide subject quoted above. In this connection, the old A/g(inova) was given to company in an adjustment of amount of Rs.500/-, with a condition that the amount of the AMC of old product will be adjusted with the new purchase. Since three months have been passed, no intimation have been received by me till date. I do not believe that company like Eureka forbes, it will treat like that with there old customers. It is really, hopeless on the part of Eureka forbes.
Secondly, this product is not at all suitable in compare to other similar product available in the market, The storage tank of 7 litre is very small, the dark glass frame does not indicate the quantity of water available in the chamber, there is no visibility, Hopeless, I will not recommend to any one to buy this product from Eureka forbes. Hopeless.
The company should replace the screen glass, which is to be visible to see the level of water available in the chamber. I am disappointed with the service of Eureka forbes.
