Dear Team

6 Months back I have purchased water purifier- aqua guard eternity compact model from Eureka Forbes through official branch office. It is very surprising to see within 6 month water output started getting slow and some time it stops in middle. On 1st Jan 2016 i have complained[protected] through their toll free number next day there was an engineer to resolve the issue but issued did not resolved and as per Mr.Rajendra ([protected]) there was an circuit issue. After chasing for couple of week it was replaced with either new or old by escalating issue with Mr.Anil ([protected]). It worked for 2 day and the same issue has been observed now, currently i am not able to use the product and to be honest i am no more interested to keep this product.
History :- I am very old customer (from 10 year) of aqua guard never face issue with old product and now this product has seriously put doubt on the product and their services.

I would request to resolve my issue by providing brand new product.

Very bad news, from 23rd Jan till date Eureka Forbes Sr.Engineer has visited thrice and tried his best to fix the problem but very next day the product stops working in middle (shows its color). I am no more interested to keep this product, Eureka has to take the responsibility to provide me brand new product or refund my money and now i will not entertain anymore engineer to visit my house to repairing.

When I spoke to Mr.Rajendra ([protected]) to change the product he was helpless and told me to speak to Mr.Anil ([protected]). I tried reaching Anil couple of time but he didn't picked up my phone neither he has courtesy to revert back.

I am very upset and lost all the faith on Eureka Forbes which i had from last 10 yrs and will make sure to never buy any product from this company and will not recommended any one else henceforth. Kindly send some from your team to get this product out of my house immediately.

I have been cheated by providing a faulty product. I will to take this case in consumer court on priority.

Get yoursel[censored]pdate before u post your comment in front of evryone. since last 1 month 7 engineers have visit different time and have changed number of parts, it works for one day and next day onwards shows its Color. I am fed up with this product, now don't even send anyone to my house.
I want your team to replace the product on priority as I am not able to use this product from last two month.

Since last 1 month 7 engineers have visit in different time zone and have changed number of parts, it works for one day and next day onward it shows the Color. I am fed up with this product and your capabilities to resolve the issue. I don’t want to see any engineer in my house for resolve the issue.

Since last 2 months I am not able to use the brand new product so I want Eureka Forbes to replace the product on priority.

Once again I regret to say the that quality of service of Eureka Forbes has gone down to a great extent will ensure that none of friends, office colleagues or family members will purchase your product in the days to come as these type of products are now being manufactured by other vendors and it is readily available in the market.

    I have purchased water purifier compact model from Eureka Forbes online . after 5 month water getting slow, same issue observed in two time, at prentetly same issue observed 10-15 day is not working, it is under warranty period, it is waste of money product, we suggest to buyer do not purchase Eureka Forbes water purifier . please resolve my problem urgently .

      I had ordered a water purifier Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Enhance worth 16500 through Paytm.

      The product was delivered on 12 Jan 2016 and I raised the installation request the same day. The installation guy from the

      installation dept came on 14th Jan and on doing basic installation tasks like drilling holes on wall to hang the filter etc

      found that the product is not working at the first place.. The pump did not get On and even the UV lamp was not working. He

      had zero knowledge of the working and called some so called seniors ten times and the other end senior technicians asked

      him to come back and he returned saying he will come the next day

      No body turned up the next day. After 2-3 days, I again call up cust care and a guy arrives with again zero knowledge of

      the product... Cuts some wires, does non sense to the machine and again calls up seniors to ask how to resolve the issue,

      dont understand if they even know what a filter is.

      He goes back promising to return the next day and my whole day is gone waiting for this guy. I loose a day and salary in

      office.

      I take his so called seniors number and call them up trying to check what the issue is and each one of the so called 2

      senior technicians have different answers and tell me different issues.

      One week passes, and still the issue is not rectified.

      I try to reach the same people and no body answers call and even when they answer, they try to hide and do not have

      definite answer.

      I raise a complaint again online via email and the service center guys pitch in. They schedule appointment and arrive on

      time and mention that a new component is defective, note that this defective item was fine as per previous technicians.

      Oh god, its hell for me and my family and next 3 days pass. The service center guys say that the component is not available

      with them and it will take 2 days again, what crap is this?????

      Its been about 12 days now and so much escalations to seniors and till date the product is not installed and forget

      installation, even the defective component is not identified!!!


      Pathetic service!! I want all the concerned technicians, service centers and installation dept guys to be pulled In and

      Eureka forbes should crack a whip on them so that atleast in future customers do not get harassed like me.

        Worst Service. I am continously calling them on their customer care number and everytime they tell me that today itself the mechanic will go and fix the things. Since last 30 days my machine is not working and I am buying water. I have invested 19500 in buying their RO model and have already purchased water worth 1500/- from outside. I was a fool when I trusted these guys.

          Service contract receipt No[protected] Dated[protected] for Three years commencing from[protected] to[protected]
          Req :[protected].
          Since the dtae of first service in April 2015 no further service is done.When called the local office on phone no.[protected] on 21 st January 2016 I was informed your service representative has gone to my place for service.No body truned up till 4.50 PM .When I contacted at 4.58 Pm no reponse.
          Today when I called Iwas informed my contract is expired .
          1.May I know how the contract details not updated?
          2.Why as per agreed terms 3 services in ayear not carried out automatically.
          3.Why no record of service parelall is not maintained at customer place?
          why we have to book a on line service request when it is agreed automatically three services will be done.
          The comapny iwith an intention to make money without proper service being rendered is indulging in manuplative practices .Why action should not be taken for such dceiving practices.
          The web site provide phone numbers are not workingwhere we ra esupposed to make a misscall[protected].The Mumbai Number is not working .

            I have been getting unwanted calls from Eureka Forbes Call Center to promote their water purifier. Today I received 3 calls within 5 minutes gap. I have emergency calls to attend and hence I have to receive all calls from unknown numbers. Eureka Forbes calls are harassing me during peak office hours

            Time:12:20 pm, I received a call from[protected]
            Even otherwise, I am receiving calls from them every week. I have already told them I am not interested in any of their offers. Still I get calls which disturb me during important hours

              I had booked and received an Euroclean X Force vacuum cleaner on 19/10/2015 vide cash payment of 9900/-. The money was a accepted by Mr. Soumen Das; code no. 9080999.
              We were only given a bill for the payment. (Order form and receipt no.[protected] We have yet not received the original invoice copy or any document for the same.
              The person concerned also promised to give a detailed instruction and demo on how to use the various features of the same. Repeated calls for the original invoice and the demo have been returned with false promises.

                    I bought this product with 16990/- cost on 19/10/2015 and warranty came till 18.10.2016.
                    I saw the problem, I immediately Informed customer care and registered a complaint no. [protected] on 15.01.2016 threw SMS.. Then Mr. Kishor, Mobile No. [protected]. was came and check the machine, after the checking he says i will came Saturday 16.01.2016 for repairing. But he has not come and not attend to phone. Since 6 days i am following and there is no response from their side. Till todays Eureka Forbes — Uv+ro water purifier is not working.
                    So please take us seriously..

                      My Integra-7 is under AMC. The technician came and damaged the inlet and outlet pipe. I immediately called customer care and registered a complaint. In the receipt also i mentioned that the issue is unresolved. Since 4 days i am following and there is no response from their side. What is the use of getting AMC and spending so much amount on the unit of a pathetic company.

                        Uv+ro water purifier is not working

                        Hi Sir,

                        I bought this product with 16000/- cost on 30/06/2015 and warranty came till 29/06/2015.

                        Till 1 year it worked properly and after that every 1 or 2 months I facing a problem in water purified and ask the money of 300/- every time visit.

                        1) As per eurekaphobes while buying the product, informed like there are 2 free services but only 1 free happened, this is also big disappointment for...

                        I had made a complaint for my aquaguard from 6th jan then mr.mukesh was come and clean the machine, after the cleaning the machine was not working .then i had copmplaint once again then mr.Ritesh was come but he didn't start the machine .                           We have paid an amount of Rs. 7880 by cheque no. 9302 dated 9/8/2014, post dated to 5/9/2014 towards service contract from 9/9/2014 to 8/9/2016, vide receipt no.[protected], dated 9/8/2014, signed by customer service division of Eureka Forbes ltd. The last check service was done in July 2015. After that, no servicing or renewal of filters have been done by Eureka Forbes, Chennai. We have called up to the "call centers "more than 20 times since September 2015. One call center personnel said that there are 2 ID numbers for our Aqua guard R.O. How are we responsible for that? Two other phone numbers of customer care officials were given. They are [protected] for Mr. Subramani and [protected]. They are not even attending our phone calls. Please look into this matter and arrange to do the necessary servicing immediately as the Aqua guard machine is not working properly at all. We are senior citizens. So, you may comply with our request immediately. Please inquire into this matter thus saving the credibility of Eureka Forbes.                               Sir My Eureka forbes vaccuum cleaner was making loud noise. So I raised a request to repair it. One Eureka forbes representative shri Parasu came from Hubli and replaced the motor with new one on[protected] and charged me Rs 3225. On[protected], it was holiday for me so I started cleaning my home using vacuum cleaner. Within 30 minutes, the motor of vacuum cleaner stopped working. Now the vacuum cleaner is not working. I called Parasu and explained the problem. He told motor is under six month warranty and he will come and replace with new one. But he did not come. I raised complaint with Eureka forbes. But they are not responding.

                                I Had made a complaint for my aquaguard from 24th Dec 2015 but i didn't get any response form eureka Every time we make a new complaint it takes too long for them to resolve..the latest complaint no is [protected] the first complaint was made on 24th Dec 2015 but still my problem not solved..

                                Since last 25 days we are complaining about our machine to your call center, area manager, local sales person no one came to give us any service or proper response so please take us seriously and give service immediately

                                Worst Service. I am continously calling them on their customer care number and everytime they tell me that today itself the mechanic will go and fix the things. Since last 30 days my machine is not working and I am buying water. I have invested 19500 in buying their RO model and have already purchased water worth 1500/- from outside. I was a fool when I trusted these guys.

                                  Dear Sir, We regret that your service privder available at Bharat Nagar Talab Tiloo, Bhori Jammu - 180002, is not attending the call for the last 10 days irrespective of various reminders as I shifted from Dehradun to Jammu & had to re-instal the Aquaguard at my residence at H.No:55, Durga Nagar, Talab Tiloo, Bohri, Jammu-180002 Despite of the fact that the service contract being valid upto January-2017.I am sure matter will be taken up for the redressal of the grievance.                                   It is disgusting that despite the lapse of 5 days nothing has been heard till date. It appears that it is futile to enter into a service contract of 2 years as no service is rendered after lodging a complaint. I hope I have to lodge complaint in consumer forum only, as there is no response from the service privider.

                                  Aquaguard Classic not Installed after 5 days of product delivery.

                                  I have purchased Aquaguard Classic online from Eureka Forbes.
                                  Customer ID is [protected].
                                  I have received the product on 3rd May 2016. On 5th May, I have logged a request for Installation of the product. After that also a have called to remind 10-12 time so far. Call attended every time and assured installation with 12 to 24 hours. Request ID: 95332401.

                                  Till now no installation done. Is this the reputation and promises done by Eureka Forbes. Stop fooling people.

                                    Reference : Customer ID : [protected] Service Contract Receipt No.[protected] dated[protected]. Sir, On[protected], the Service Personnel of the jurisdiction Franchisee, namely K.Neelakandan (Mobile No.[protected]) changed the RO Set and Pump. On completion of the work, when the leakage in the tap was pointed out to him, he told that the spare is not available and that he would promptly replace the same as soon as the same is available. But to my great dismay, in spite of my repeated request, the said Service Personnel, namely K.Neelakandan deliberately failed to replace it. The complaints preferred by me, vide Complaint Nos.87502133 and 84959709 about the deficiency of service have been ignored by the competent authority. Having received a sum of Rs.8270/- towards the Service Contract for the period[protected] to[protected], failure on the part of Eureka Forbes to attend to my complaint, amounts to breach of trust. The deficiency of service has caused much inconvenience to my family. If Eureka Forbes continue to neglect my complaint, I cannot repose my trust on it and I will be constrained to call upon Eureka Forbes to return me the sum of Rs.8270/- deceitfully collected from me toward Annual Maintenance Contract.                                       Date Of Incident:14/01/2016 Nobody is coming from company side as they promised to solve the issue and provide the solution within a day. Already got the servicing 10 days before 15/01/2016 but stills its not working. Trying to reach customer care already register a complaint with no [protected] still no response from Eureka Forbes. very Disappointed with the service thinking of change the purifier.
