Recently placed an order with flipkart for bpl vivid series 80cm (32) hd ready led tv (T32bh23a/t32bh33a/t32bh30a) order id od[protected], delivered on sun, dec 15, 2019.

Today, 17th december 2019, technician came for bpl tv installation. Technician told us, the box looks like re-packed and some accessories were missing in that box (Immediately informed with flipkart customer care).

Dear sir - i would like to inform that an amount of rs. 32, 741.00 has been debited from my sb account no. [protected] to sbi credit card no. [protected] on 01.12.2019 and when i contacted to the sbi credit card customer care they intimated that the amount has been debited to the flipkart account due to my previous outstanding due to auto debit. The amount which was debited without my information totally fraud, i have already registered...

From my end side i didn't received the product and i received a mail regarding cancellation of the product. Didn't received any order nor any call from delivery boy.
Day after that day received an email "as per your request your order has been cancelled"

How can anyone cancel my order on my behalf?
Please explain. Now onwards i will think twice before using the flipkart.

I have ordered an apple watch series 3 on flipkart during big billion days. Got the package delivered and the product was missing.
I filed a complaint more than 3 times (For replacement/ refund), however supplier refused to fulfill the request. I have sent an email with the package pictures to manohar. [protected]@flipkart.com, no response.
