I purchased lenovo ideapad s145 ryzen 3 dual core - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) s145-15api laptop (15.6 inch, platinum grey, 1.85 kg, with ms office) rs 25, 999 and we received it on 27 december. Within 4-5 days of receiving it got hang so we contacted flipkart service they told to coordinate with lenovo service. The lenovo service did an online formatting for the laptop but its still giving the same issue so we contacted flipkart again to get the replacement for the product. They gave us 3 dates for replacement 13 jan, 18 jan, 20 jan. But they didn't came for the pickup. Now its been a month and there is still no progress, and now we don't want a replacement instead we want a refund for the product for which the flipkart company is again denying and given us more further dates for replacement. Kindly look into this matter and help us to get the refund back from flipkart.

i am a seller selling product i got lots of times if got return from ekart which is with flipkart logistic wrong items coming or missing goods found in return courier but they give same copy paste reply every time
"The claim has been rejected after a detailed validation and investigation of the mentioned orders return journey".
they don't educate sellers what is the reason behind why they decline claim nothing at all.
