I ve recently bought the ASUS TUF A15 laptop from Flipkart which in the selling details it said it has included with pre-installed office home and student.

But I don't see it here kindly help in with this issue, .

        I have ordered this same product on date Fri, 4th Oct, 2024.
        It got delivered to me on Sat, 12th Oct, 2024, On the same date i raised a return request for the product as the ram specification were different from what i ordered. I got the same model with just 8gb ram. and since then i not even once have been properly contacted by the Flipkart backend team in order to resolve the issue. every time i contact the custom care they say that to wait for 24-48 hour at the time the backend team will contact but not even once did they contact. Its been multiple such time i have contacted them and they just extent the time by says they will contact in another 24-48 hour but they don't neither they update me if its even been considered. i have read online from multiple user on online socials that Flipkart does that.
        i want the product to be returned with full refund.

          I placed a grocery order on Flipkart with Order ID OD[protected] on October 27th. However, one of the items worth ₹473 was not delivered. The delivery agent claimed the packet was damaged and assured me the item would be delivered by the evening of the same day. I trusted Flipkart and waited for a couple of days, but when I still hadn’t received the item or a refund, I contacted customer care. Unfortunately, I encountered poor service, and to date, neither the item has been delivered nor has the amount been refunded. Flipkart has rejected my request three times. Can you explain why this is happening?

              Hi Team,
              I need your support and help here in getting the refund and registering the complaint against Flipkart Travel.
              I booked a ticket from Delhi to Jammu to Kashmir on 23rd Apr 2023 for my sister and nephew. PNR is K5VCTV using Flipkart Travel for Go Air flight G8-357.
              The flight got cancelled and GoAir refunded the amount, however I have not received the amount from Flipkart, all they say they are waiting for the refund from airline in their virtual account and not providing any meaningful update.
              Hence I have to escalate to you and other forums.
              I am attaching the mails for your reference on What Flipkart and Go Air have communicated. Hope you will help me to escalate and log a complaint for that.

                I ordered a SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ 8 GB RAM 128 GB ROM 12.4 Inch with Wi-Fi Only Tablet (Gray) from Flipkart. The order ID is OD[protected]. I placed the order on 22nd October 2024. When I checked the order, the delivery date was showing as 27th October 2024. After placing the order, the date changed to 4th November 2024. I contacted Flipkart customer support, and they informed me that this was only an expected date and that the order would be delivered before Diwali. After three days with no change in the order status, I contacted them again. They reassured me that the order would be delivered before the expected time. On 27th October 2024, I checked the order status again, and it still showed the same delivery date of 4th November 2024. I contacted support, and they told me the order would be delivered by the expected date of 4th November 2024 and that the shipping date would be 1st November 2024. On 1st November 2024, when I checked, the order had not been shipped, so I contacted support again. They took my complaint and assured me that the order would be shipped on time and advised me to wait for 48 hours as their technical team was working on it. They suggested that I cancel the order and place a fresh one if it was not shipped within that time frame. I declined their suggestion because the price difference between my purchased product and the current price was significant. After waiting, I received no call from the technical team, so I contacted support again. They repeated their suggestion to cancel the order and place a new one. When I mentioned the price difference, they offered to give me the difference as cashback in my Flipkart wallet, which I declined because I did not want to use the money on another purchase. I consistently requested that they ship the same order, as I did not want to place a new one. I saved this amount from my room rent and study expenses over the past year and was waiting for the Diwali sale. I had borrowed the money to pay for this order from a friend, whose credit card I used, and I am obligated to repay both the principal and the interest. There is no possibility of getting my money back. There was no response from the technical team, so my complaint was highlighted, and I was told to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours, I contacted support again, and they told me the same thing. On the morning of 5th November 2024, I received a call from Flipkart informing me that my order had been shipped, and the delivery date was changed to 8th November 2024. However, at 2:44 PM the same day, my order was cancelled by Flipkart. When I called to inquire about the reason, they said the order was cancelled by me and refused to provide any assistance because they claimed I had cancelled it. Despite multiple calls, I was told to wait for 24 hours for my complaint to be addressed. Finally, I requested to speak to a senior agent. The senior agent initially said the same thing, but eventually admitted that the order was cancelled by the logistics team. They forwarded my complaint to their technical team, but I received no response. When I contacted Flipkart again, they said my complaint was resolved, but I insisted that the order was cancelled by their side. The senior agent admitted it was cancelled by the logistics team, but there was no mention of it in their records. They said they would contact the technical team to get more information but later informed me that the technical team was unavailable. I waited for another 5-6 hours with no response from Flipkart. I called again and asked to be connected to a senior agent. This time, I was told all agents were busy, and they arranged a callback from the senior team within 4 hours, but I received no call. When I called again, I was told the order was cancelled by me. I requested senior support once more, and the senior agent reiterated that the order was cancelled by me and suggested placing a new order. After a call from Flipkart, they said the order was cancelled by the seller and promised to take my feedback into account to avoid such issues in the future, while suggesting I place a new order. From 10 to 15 days, my studies have also been disrupted because of Flipkart, and I am mentally disturbed because of their behaviour. I only want my product.

                      Flipkart charges handling fee of 3 rupees on every product and a 7 rupee at next level other platforms does not charge this sum of money is it right to charge such additional money as it is taking gst also then charging additional cost of handling fee is the violation of certain rights

                          I ordered Samsung Tab S9 FE plus on 24th October 2024 and my delivery
                          date was 4th Nov 2024. I was eagerly waiting for the but my order
                          didn't ship till the date of delivery and my order got cancelled by seller on
                          th Nov 2024. As I had placed order at a discounted price during Diwali
                          sale and now the price has increased. When I talked to customer care they
                          old me that the seller got out of stock for this order after I placed my
                          order. If seller didn't have enough stock then why they accepted more
                          orders than availabe stock. If there was shortage they could cancel my
                          order when I placed my order but they cancelled it after 10 days of placing order. I kept waiting for my order and when it got cancelled after waiting so long I went through tremendous trauma. I want Flipkart to be held accountable and I want new product at that discounted price or pay the penalty for this harassment

                            I, Resmi AR, Ashtapadi, Near Aswathy Theatre, Opposite Aiswarya Hotel Kalliyoor PO, 695042, ordered YPOLOLUXURY Polyester fiber solid sleeping pillow pack of white (2 Packs of 4 pillows each). Order ID OD[protected] at 9.31 PM on 25/10/2024. I have paid Rs. 598 (Rs 299 for each Pack. But I have received the pillow of one cover (only four pillows instead of 8) at 4. 07 PM on 01/11/2024. But It is shown in the Flipkart Website as all the eight pillows are delivered. So I kindly request you to send the other pillows as early as possible or return the amount I have already paid for the other four pillows.

                              I purchased a CCTV camera along with installation option provided during the checkout. Now after delivery, the installation was denied by their service partner (Jeeves, Flipkart). I am not able to get the product installed or returned.

When the seller cannot deliver the RIGHT PRODUCT before the POLICY expires, how will the return policy expire? Where is the LOYALTY, flipkart? That, too, I kept requesting till the return policy expires till 21.10.2024. It is the responsibility for the FLIPKART service to solve this problem. If I am wrong, let FLIPKART prove that I was not contacted them for the replacement or refund before the expiry date. Let them submit my contact history. I have attached the entire details for your reference.

                                    I ordered a 'TEMSON Dragonwood A game of dice and adventurous board game Strategy and War Games Board Game (Multicolor)' from flipkart on 20th October 2024. The order ID was OD[protected]. Rs. 602 was prepaid at the time of order.

                                    A package was delivered on 25th october by courier service provided with the aforesaid order details written on the box. But a wrong item was delivered. A product called '5 crowns' was delivered. I requested for a return and refund immediately on the date of delivery.

                                    The executive arrived for return pickup and denied to take back the product saying they can't take it back unless it's the same product. Upon the executive's request I contacted the customer care. And they scheduled another pickup. They didn't accept the wrong product for return on 2nd time. This continued and they didn't accept it on 3rd time too.

                                    In summary Flipkart delivered the wrong item and is denying to accept return and refund the amount paid by me.

                                      To The Honorable Consumer Court Authority,

                                      I am filing this complaint to seek justice in a matter involving Flipkart and an order I placed on August 24th for a Perfect Homes Luzon Metal 6-Seater Dining Table (Order ID: OD[protected]. The product was delivered on August 29th, while I was away in Kochi. Upon returning and inspecting the product, I found that the dining table glass was broken. Additionally, one of the chairs was discovered to be made of substandard material, covered to appear of higher quality.

                                      Upon discovering these issues, I contacted Flipkart’s customer support team on multiple occasions to request a return, repair, or replacement.                                       Given that Flipkart’s actions have resulted in financial loss (INR 16, 261) and undue stress, I am seeking the court’s intervention for:

                                      A full refund or replacement of the defective product.
                                      Compensation for the emotional and physical distress caused by this issue.
                                      A formal acknowledgment of the negligence in service and the inconvenience caused.
                                      I have attached all necessary documents, including proof of purchase, correspondence with customer support, and photographs of the defective product.
