I have bought a Motorola Washing machine from flipkart in 13 June 2023, during the installation on 21 June 2023 I have also bought a Complete Protection Plan for the product worth Rs 2250 from sister company of Flipkart named Jeeves. On 10 May2024 the machine started leaking water. On 16th May 2024 I registered a complaint on Jeeves as I have a complete protection plan against the liquidated damages/other issues. On 17th of May a technician came and identified that water is leaking from the front gasket of the machine and the same needs to be replaced. The technician submitted a request for the part and told us that the part will be made available latest by 24th May and will be replaced within three subsequent days. I have waited till 24th, thereafter I have called the customer care several times but no update on availability of part has been provided. Further, I have called and mailed the Jeeves customer care several times, but did not get any update on the availability of the part. For every mail and call they have the same reply which is "wait for 48 hrs".
After getting frustrated from their response, on 09th June 2024 I registered a consumer grievance ref no 5892296 in the consumer helpline. After the filing of grievance I have got a call from Flipkart Customer care that replacement/repair of the part is not possible and they will provide full refund of Rs 25, 240/- from them, after pickup of the non-working machine within 10 days. On 30th June 2024 I called Flipkart as the product was not picked-up. The flipkart representative said that they will pick up the product in 3-4 days. I called flipkart again on 05th of July 2024, then he told me that I have to call the Brand (Motorala) . After getting this response I got annoyed with what was happening in the issues. I again called the senior executive of Flipkart, and he assured me that as Flipkart has already committed for full value refund so I dont have to do anything from my side and they will resolve the issue by themselves. In between I got emails that I have to contact the Brand for which I am not agreeing as It is the flipkart who committed for full refund without any further action from my side.
Based on above I have again lodged the consumer grievance on 31 July 2024, ref no 6065911, but so far I have not got any response from there also.
On 11 August 2024 I have contacted the Flipkart Brand Motorola in a Hope to get the repalcement and refund from them. Since then I have called multiple times but nothing is being done and every time they say your long pending issue will be resolved on priority.

As the brand Motorola, Service Provider Jeeves are sister companies of Flipkart and I have also got call from Flipkart regarding full refund of the product treat Flipkart as main party in this irregularity with the consumer.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
