I have received a damaged product (rat eaten shoes) i had generated the return request right away with all the images proving that i have received the damaged product. Now due to some application problem the pickup agent is not accepting my product. The Wishmaster of Ekart rejected my return request multiple times with the same reason as I have requested return for.

I am already paid the payable amount to the company and also the charges related to emi conversion taken by the credit card. And now the company call to cancel the order. 23I have ordered a phone in exchange during the sale period. Phone delivered on the date told but the exchange is not processed till date. When i tried contacting them they told its a mistake we will arrange the pickup within 24 hours but nothing happened. later i found it got cancelled on their own thus i tried contacting again and this time i lodged a complaint with complaint number IN[protected]. still problem is not resolved...

I have booked one mobile as on 08 October 2023 in fastival season offers and today 09 November 2023 I'm still not received any courier from Flipkart.
While asking Flipkart personal for the issue they said I have to cancel my order and rebook a new mobile as there is a delay in courier service. If I cancel my order I'll lose the offer benefits. It's almost one month completed kindly support for the same.

I was order the AO smith 25 ltr geyser with order ID OD[protected] on 22.10.2023 But due to late delivery i was not available at home and Wrong product i.e. Thomson 15 ltr geyser deliver by deliveryman to my family member on 27.10.2023 and also stated that he will arrange the replacement same day. i have complaint 03 times But problem still not resolved....

I have complained before but the issue has not resolved from flipkart. The delivery hasn’t reached yet. They were saying that the delivery will be on 7th then 8th and now 12th of November. They were changing delivery dates day by day. Try to Conway my problem to flipkart. I am eagerly waiting for my laptop to arrive. If it get cancelled by the seller i will not be having any option but to sue in consumer court....

I had ordered one plus wireless z2 from Flipkart on 12 th of October and it was delivered on the 31 of October at my home I wasn't present that day at the house so my mom took it and kept it aside once I reached home upon crosschecking I found out that the seal of the box was open and also the product received was not what I had ordered and it was some local product cheap which was also defective i had placed the company for the same in Flipkart...

Your delivery partner delivered the product on 19th October 2023. As the order was open box delivery, there was no phisical damage there on the product.
Next day people came to install the product. After installation when I switch on the product, it started with a lot of noise. Even the service Engineer present there also...

We have received damage product(TV).after raising return request, not getting quick feedback from flipkart team. We cant track the return material process....
