      I do not have my old mobile number with which flifkart account is made. So unable to use gift card voucher. I want to update my number on flifkart account. For this I tried to reach out to customer care but of no avail.

        Hi, I am ordered a SanDisk 128 GM Micro SD XC Class 10 Red from Flipkart on 01.03.2024. Product received on 07.03.2024 & found faulty conditions & it was not working. Then based on the damaged packaging, it was replaced on 13.03.2024, but unfortunately it as found faulty again & completely not working. Then I contacted with the Flipkart customer services in several times & they in every time they just replied that " Please wait 4 to 5 day's & Seller with contact with me & issue will be resolved automatically " But till date my issue not yet resolved & today I contact again & asking that how to resolve this issue & today they have stated the same statement also...
        Then today I contact Sandisk (Western Didital Global Customer Care) for asking the warranty support & after provided my supporting documents & images, the have Clearly told that the product is completely non authentic product & not covers any warranty & they provided an email confirmation regarding this (Which was attached here with) & they assure that they will forwarded this information to their brand protection department for taking the appropriate action against the seller & this matter also mentioned in this email also...

        So, please take proper action & wait for valuable feedback from your end...

            I had ordered for Moto G 34 5G smartphone from Flipkart with open box delivery, but at the time of delivery, the delivery agent refused to provide open box delivery and said that open box delivery is not available in Village areas, so I provided the OTP and he marked the product as delivered, and after opening the product, it was found out that the product which was delivered was completely different. That is poco C 51, which is very cheap as compared to the original product. I don’t know this is a fraud on behalf of Flipkart. The seller or the delivery agent, but I need either replacement or refund and Flipkart is not providing refund or replacement. I have the original video unboxing as well, please help me

              I am very sorry to say that i have purchased/ordered 1 samsung 183 L Direct cool Single Door 4 Star Refrigerator with Base Drawer with digital Invertor (Camellia Blue, RR20C1824CU/HL) from Flipkart,

              but i received wrong product/Lower model i.e samsung 183 L Direct cool Single Door 3 Star Refrigerator without Base Drawer (Saffron Red, RR20C1723R8/HL),

              Difference in Product are as follows:

              As per My Order (Date 03. March 2024) Lower Model Items that i
              received (Date: 05 March 2024)

              I think it is sufficient to describe the differentiate about the product. but i track/requesting from 5 March 2024 (around 25-26 days) to return/replace the above said items but every time it was rejected to say that issue resolved by troubleshooting or return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the order with the product being intact.

              but I sent all the images (as attached here also) clearly show that this product not matched as per my order/Invoice. but the seller Aarna Ventures Private Limited, Khaliqpur Village, Badli Tehsil: District Jhajjar, Haryana, Gurugram only sent right invoice not right product, than i got replies from call center: sorry sir i know your problem but i am helpless.

              Sir, now you say how can i accept this lower product with higher model invoice from your reputed organization. This type of services get difficulty right now and in future for availing warranty of product also.

              Now I once again request you to tack this issue on your priory least and resolve my issue (Return this items) immediately.

                  customer care excutive are not helping, when i order the product at the time of delivery the courier boy is did not give a chance to check the product in front of as he is arguing with us and leave the we check the phone and trying to on the phone the display is fully white and nothing is visiable the i wll call the customer care but there are also not helping very bad company cheap product want to throw the product in dustbin as my mental health is destroyed after purches the product from flipkart

                            I bought Hp G9 240 laptop from flikart, in the product description on app it is mentioned that keyboard is backlit Led, but i didnt recieve any backlit keyboard i received noraml keyboard, i have raised replacement request many times but they rejected multiples times for diffrent reasons.

                              I purchased an AC on 27/3/2024 and unfortunately, I forgot to include my GST number during checkout.
                              The order was delivered the following day, and I realized my mistake. I contacted your customer care team to inquire about the possibility o[censored]pdating the invoice with my GST number. However, I was informed that there is no process for modifying invoices after an order has been placed.

                              I understand this may not be a common situation, but I would be grateful if you could explore any options to rectify this issue.

                                    I Placed ordered for my medical store high discount Products Health drinks sale live on flipkart after seen the offers i decided and placed total 20 Products Total amount Was 20, 425. Ordering 20 products I need to pay amount 20, 425 Which I already paid. I expected normal course of business. On 28th march Arriving Products for delivery. Someone from Ekart Boy called me and Asked me About delivery. I said Kindly given all products in my medical shop also call me after visiting my stores Regarding payment i will pay over Phonepe.After visiting my shop Now i shocked!I found flipkart delivered 17 products only instead of 20 products.They Sent 3 Percel.Also Percel Was Intact Sealed condition After opening All 3 Percel There (ENSURE Diabetes Care Specialized Nutrition Health drink Vanilla Delight 2kg pack of 3 missing/non delivered). I contacted flipkart for the issue they Asked everything i shared after that they created refund request for 3 missing item but Within next 2 hours i can see refund request rejected without any call.They mailed reason for rejection Our courier service provider has confirmed that percel was intact condition.Here i also confirmed that percel was intact. Again I raised Refund request by calling customer care Again they rejected. I have purshace before this orders multiple grocery item not having any single issues. But now from seller end the incident happened maybe mistake times of dispatched. I unable to understand how they can rejected Refund request where 3 item missing?Kindly take street action against flipkart and refunded mymoney immediately into my gift card wallet. I want repurchase the item I want my money as soon as possible. Alternatively I have already talk with local advocate regarding this they also filling Appeal on highcourt I will charge fine if not received Refund within next 24 hours in my wallet. I banned flipkart in our city I know my right how to do this case sort. If needed I will go court tomorrow.
