Hello Team,

I ordered one mobile phone on 30th june, i received used product then i file a complaint within the policy, purchased to today's date approx. 18 days there is no resolution, so many executive i informed these thing, he and she listen my concern, no body help me, so, please let me know where do i go to resolve this complaint otherwise i going to escalate this complain to social media and consumer form.

    I purchased a macbook air last year and got a defected piece so i replaced and got another macbook from Flipkart on date[protected] and it was working fine until it got completely shut down day before yesterday. The cursor isn't getting pressed and it isn't getting charged anymore since last 2 weeks. the screen was flickering on shutting down and now it's shut down permanently.

    I even purchased a Nokia mobile which started malfunctioning within an year. Screen freezes, phone shuts down on its own, display goes off on call until the call is disconnected.

    I purchased these products almost of an amount more than 1 lakh, and the products started malfunctioning within an year without any physical damage.

          I have ordered one pegion mannual chopper from flipkart xl size order no OD[protected] but when i used it its lid is not working properly and it is also not of pegion as i have previously used pegion chopper and now they are not refunding the money back to me . Please see into this issue

            I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

              I had used my Cardless credit from flipkart in[protected] i had cleared 80% of my dues after that there was technical problem in app i complaint many times through mail and chat but there was no response from there side.Recently i had to buy a car i applied for loan and my cibil shows pending payment. Cardless credit was provided by Indiabulls Dhani. I again called them regarding issue but still no response from them nor Indiabulls Dhani. Nor they are solving the technical issue in the app. I had to pay again the amount paid to Flipkart to Indiabulls Consumer Finance to clear lpending payments showing through paytm with Loan account number showing in my CIBIL report.please do needful i need noc at urgency. I have even raised complaint of Indiabulls few day back in this forum too

                My Flipkart Account is blocked and when I am asking them for refund of the money which is present in my Flipkart Gift wallet There is no response from them
                Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                They just do like that they will give to a Specific date and will say your issue will be resolved before that date and they don't even care to resolve the issue on that day too.

                  I have ordered samsung galaxy f12 phone on flipkart and i got deliver of phone within 7 days but Flipkart app does not shows that we got delivery. Hence we are unable to return the product and when we raise complain in flipkart they correct there application and now its showing your order is cancelled. so we are unable to return the product. Please help us. thanx

                    Dear Flipkart and IDFC first bank team,

                    1 year back I had used Flipkart pay later option with limit of 5500 rupees.I Paid all dues on time . suddenly Flipkart blocked pay later option without intimation. I called Flipkart and IDFC bank cust care but there is no use at all. but still in cibil score they are updating wrongly. What is actual payment amount showing Rs. 39, 537/-. Just close Flipkart pay later option and it should be closed in cibil .for your reference iam attaching the screenshot

                      Sir or Mam,

                      Past 2 months i'm fighting to get my RIGHTFUL COMPENSATION against Faulty Useless Product HTC Timmer sold to me with a 1 year warranty (Till Aug 2021), product is not working past 2 months its NON SERVICEABLE, UNWARRANTED, as Brand service is not available and Seller Flipkart is NOT BOTHERED about my REFUND COMPLAINT i submitted many times. I have undergone such a WORST MENTAL TORTURE, TRAUMA due to Flipkart and its service teams past 2 months. So, i request you to help me to get RIGHT FULL COMPENSATION 50 times the price of the faulty product sold to me and teach Flipkart a lesson how to ACT ON SERVICE, WARRANTY issues.

                        My order OD[protected] on Flipkart for provider dvd writer ( 01 year warranty) but i received defective hp dvd writer on 08 jul 2021. It is not under warranty from HP. So it is requested that replace dvd writer otherwise return the item.

                          I am not getting any help on order OD[protected]. I got a wrong product and now return/replacement is getting cancelled. your team is doing deliberately. They are changing the category and cancelling it again and again. And I am not getting any help from flipkart. Support team is saying it’s between seller and customer and flipkart will not help on this. Looks like my money is wasted.

This is to inform you that on 10 th July, I was misbehaved by Ekart delivery boy while receivng my order from flipkart..he suddenly reached to my home on that day, without even calling me before hand..I was busy in some important work, for which I could nt pick up his call.but within a span of 20 mins, I called back to him and asked about his location.suddenly he refused me to deliver my product, and rather insisted me to come to his location to collect my product, although he was just 200 metre away from my home..still he didn't deliver my product, when I said him to reschedule for the next day, he argued with me, shouted at me..Then I went to his location to collect my product, again same thing he argued with me there and in a sarcastic manner adviced me to complaint against him in flipkart, as he was very much sure nothing wll happen against him...I have complained many times in flipkart customer care but nothing happened ..I was deeply disheartened with flipkart, as customers have to lose their self esteem infront of delivery personnel..I sincerely need justice for this, or else I wll deactivate my flipkart account and stop dealing with flipkart

                              I bought IFB Washing machine. Product delivered on 13.07.2021 but even after 4 days nobody turned up for product installation and demo. Even after repeated messages, nobody bothered to resolve my complaint. I also requested that my phone is not available and asked you guys to call me on my wife's number +[protected]. Unfortunately, nobody returned my calls or messages. Please send an authorized person immediately. Product is rendered useless even after purchasing and delivery.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have purchased a Marq 1.5 ton 5 star inverter split ac from your Flipkart on 16th June 2020.
                                Now my AC compressor is not working.
                                I have already made complaint with your customer service but nothing is happening. I am receiving calls from different people and they said you have to pay for compressor and that is Rs.9000.
                                I want to bring to your notice that the compressor is having 5 years of guarantee and it should be replaced free with in warranty period. I have told them that I can bear the cost of gas and installation charges.
                                Kindly look into the matter and inform me why this is happening.
                                I'm attaching the invoice for your reference.
                                I think I have made blunder mistake by buying your product.

                                    Recently I order an shoes which genuinely I received a different product and when I requested a return they gave me a date and then automatically they resolved the issue and block my account saying " seller and delivery agent confirmed that the product was intact so they can't return it" which indicates that the delivery agent open the box and checked which is not allowed in there policy as he might have tempered the product and packaged it then he delivered me. Don't know what they are doing and blaming me and blocking my account.

I am a victim of identity theft, and I did not make this debit. I am requesting that the debit reinstated, that any finance and other charges related to the fraudulent amount be credited, as well, and that I receive an accurate statement.
