I made a purchase of Realme C25 mobile on June 16 and received the product on June 20. I noticed that there was a problem with a handset where I was hearing double sound during voice calls. It was so noisy that I could not place the handset near my ear during a voice call. So I requested for a replacement and received the replaced product. But still I was facing the same issue so I was not satisfied with the product at all. I made a refund request where technician visit was made. Since the technician made a remark as OK, my refund request was cancelled. But still the same issue was persistent. Aftermath multiple refund requests and multiple customer calls were made, each and every time the customer executive will speak as if the refund process will be completed instantly. The same technician visiting again and again. The technician (whi visited for nearly 7 times) he himself said that there are no technical faults but fault with the model itself. So altogether I am not satisfied with the model at all. As a customer, I have the rights to return the product if I am not satisfied. And I even suggested two options to flipkart saying that I am ready to get another realme phone of a different model or get me the refund.

And I would like to say I am shopping with flipkart for several years and my shopping experience was hassle free.

Lastly I request you folks to look into this matter and either do a “ REFUND OF REPLACE WITH DIFFERENT MODEL” or I would like to take an action legally.

We have joined Flipkart affiliate program in 2017. Since Joining we have not yet received a single amount into our bank account.
We have a 19k+ commission amount in our affiliate account for which we are following up with Flipkart via email and social media platforms like Twitter but we are not getting any response to this complaint/issue.

As per the policy we have emailed a bill copy with a digital signature certificate and all. The approved amount in our affiliate account is Rs 19, 213/- which is supposed to be transferred to our registered bank account.

We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programs contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complain on Twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

Also commission generated since last 5-6 month is not reflecting into our account.

They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard-earned money.

I have received tv on 27th June, 2021. I got Defective product where sound is not workings and display is also Defective and I have requested for Return and Request was created on 1st july and they said technician would visit before 7th july and I havent received any technician and Flipkart reschedule technician visit on 10th July and Still I haven't received any technician who approve the product and give me replacement.

I have called flipkart more than 8 times and every time they are saying technician will come and I am waiting from 10 days to get return or exhange of my product, which worth 38k rs

That's totally ridiculous delivery service. Waiting till 3 days for my order. And the delivery boys himself has cancelled and rescheduled my order.

I purchased hp laptop and having some technical problem in that and put the return request. hp team also checked and confirm the defect sealed the product in box. but not pickup the product since 20 days and no responce from flipkart customer executives.

I tried to delete my Flipkart account by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't Flipkart have an option to delete while every other site does.
This is very annoying so please help me out.
I would be very pleased if you could delete both accounts permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

I made a payment for Iphone XR white 64 GB via UPI and the payment was successful to upi id [protected]@ybl but the flipkart app displayed we are unable to process your order.

Money is already deducted from my bank account. My UPI app says "Collect request from Flipkart for PZT[protected]NQ" 10th July, 01:49 am Ref. No.[protected].

I want this issue to be solved by Flipkart company at the earliest as this is really frustrating.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

Please do not buy this product Samsung F-62 as it has huge overheating issues. The mobile becomes overheated after you play video for some time as if the mobile battery will blast.
Even after technician visits who mentioned that mobile is overheating the the retailser has not refunded the money. Please do not buy from retailer Seller:

as he will not refund you in case your product is faulty.
I did not get any support from FLIPKART as they have completely failed to get my money back. Now they even not responding to my mails and calls. They are also sending me FAKE messages of issue getting resolved.
Please avoid buying product from thid retailer

I was ordered 8.5 kg Whirlpool washing machine from filpcart on 26/06/21,
On 27/06/21 received 8 kg Whirlpool washing machine,
I was raised complained on 27/06/21, But till now no action taken from Flipkart, send all details by mail to flipkart.but now Flipkart app showing that my issue resolved and return request rejected.

Many times I was contacted Flipkart customer support but not getting any positive response.

I am facing very problem because this big packed percel take big area of my home.i can't use this product.
Please help me to take strong action against Flipkart.

Hello, my name is vishal Kumar singh, I am a plus member of flipkart for many years, I used to play flipkart games to earn supercoins .
A few days ago I started this again but when I scored1089 score in a live quiz they banned me from earning super coins . If it was a rule that a person cannot score more than 1085 then they should warn members firstly. Even they are not allowing me to collect reward which I had won before, please check in this matter .

I ordered this product on 28 th of june and the estimate delivery as shown is 2 nd july. that product was out for delivery on 2 nd of july, and it was not get it. I contact customer service executive and they says that they cant do anything. I am already paid of RS.8999 . And i was requested to cancel the product and refund of my money. Flipkart is total fraud and highly supports fraud sellers, i ordered 2.5kva microtek inverter but after replacement of product which did not had warranty card and some issues got 3kva 3 battery inverter, which is wrong product, have complained several times but always told that within 72hours resolution will be provided and after that they reject pickup, order was placed on 24th May, and since then this issue is going on and they have mentally tortured for a product which is delivered wrong and have provided no resolution. Please do something, Help.
