Flipkart is cancelling all my orders in electronics category. Spoke to customer care also even they agreed with the same that my id has been block listed in this category. If product is available why i cannot place a order for the same?? If i am not allowed to buy this product why am i asked to pay for the product? Rules should be same for all the customers. I am paying for the product anyways. Facing this issue since a very long time but still the issue continues. Please help with the same.

    I ordered a Samsung T7 Touch 2TB along with other items during the recent 2021 January Republic sale. One set of the order was delivered on Friday, 22nd January 2021 in a cardboard box with its contents : 3 formal pants and the Samsung T7.
    On seeing the Samsung T7 box, it had the seal opened on one end with dirt in between (sign that it was opened and re-closed). On opening the box, I was totally shocked to find Two cell phone batteries with cello-tape over it and the smaller box within the product box which is supposed to have the cables had it connects replaced with old and dirty USB cables.
    I immediately called up the flipkart customer care to report the issue and lodged the complaint, they asked to keep the item ready for return and a refund would be issued. But however after 2 days when I called them to recheck on the resolution, the earlier complained was closed and a new one was opened with the resolution time extended to Feb 5th 2021.

    I look forward to a speedy resolution as this is the first time its happened to me from flipkart.
    I have earlier ordered much more expensive electronic devices like iPhone, Galaxy/ Note phones but never faced such a issue where the contents of the box has been replaced.

    Pathetic response and false techniques to buy time so that the return window is closed. The claims executive asked for PAN card to process claim and consent to file FIR and then says information can not be processed and sends cut copy paste messages like "send your scanned of to process claim" etc.

    Moving to consumer court if I don't get a clear solution. Adding images for others to see and in image can be seen 5 barcodes on the product indicating the item has been returned multiple times before.

      I have purchased from Flipkart on 19-June-2020 also I have purchased an additional warranty Complete TV Protection (3 years).

      after one-month theTV LED disply was a crack line on the internal diplay and we complain about the flipkart on 25/07/2020 till date they didn't solve my issues.

      They said that from the manufacturer spare not available.

      we have a follow-up with the service team but not responds.

        I ordered phillips trimmer model 4005/15 and when the product delivered to me the product was trimmer only but the model was different i.e 4001/15 which was also used and defective product, when I placed return request they rejected 3 times my return request which was done by seller only they all cheating on me by sending different product I have also the unboxing video of the product . Flipkart also blocked my account without any reason and they are not helping me the seller was new with zero rating who has send me the product, after no. Of complain they are not helping me I will also go to civil court if I not get response and destroy whole Flipkart rember this words.

          I purchased HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop worth Rs.56990/- on September 16 on Flipkart and i got it delivered by September 21st ; For a week it worked soo good after that my laptop got suddenly off and I approached HP Authorized service Centre by the suggestion of Flipkart executive I submitted my laptop in HP Authorized service Centre for problem identification and rectification, its been almost 4 complete months still I didn’t get my laptop and i am not getting any satisfactory response from both sides of HP and Flipkart.
          I want a permanent solution which ever is possible i.e Rectifying problem of my laptop or Replace or Refund on taking back the product which ever may be the solution you can provide As Soon As Possible Please

            We have ordered GoPro Action camera 9 on 10th January 2021.Order id: OD[protected]. But on 12th january they delivered a fake product and it was not the Gopro 9.Flipkart assured issue will be resolved by 24th January 2021 and later it was extended to 25th January and now its 28th January 2021 for the date for resolution. But currently status in flipkart showing as rejected, but customer support is telling they haven't closed the ticket.

            Can we get help from this fraud treatment from flipkart and need justice.

            Kindly help us.

                  Such a worst service provided by flipkart...I hv placed 3 orders on 15th Jan 2021 all 3 orders were any 2 deliver on 22 or 25th f Jan but flipkart without my consent has cancelled all 3 orders stating my number is not reachable. If I m not wrong we also do provide our address n alternate numbers to reach but flipkart never tried to do that, when clld CUSTOMER service, they say that they have reached my num which was not reachable. My num reg is different, I hv my address updated, there was no notification r email sent any the undelivered shipment, they have directly cancelled d shipment. CUSTOMER support team gvs such ### answer when reached, there was no explanation provided when asked. Such a worst experience ever had. Flipkart thinks there is no other ecommerce sites where we can purchase. Ll never again buy anything on flipkart and ll recommend my friends n family also not to buy anything on flipkart

                        Hi,
                        My name is Priyabrata Ghosh Roy Chowdhury. While booking flight tickets from Kolkata to Chennai through Flipkart for 5 passengers(includes 1 infant, Booking ID FF[protected], Travel date 06.01.2021, Booking Date: 25.11.2020), by mistake I booked tickets from Cennai to Kolkata for the same day (6th Jan 2021). However the moment the ticket got generated ( within 10 minutes of booking the tuckers) I realised ed it was a mistake and I called Air India. Air India told me not to worry since I as per their policy 100% cancellation refund is provided if within 24hrs the customer cancels the tickets. And since all their booking agents are well aware about their cancellation policies, I was told to talk to the Flipkart team. And they if cancels it within 24 hrs, I will get all my money back ( Rs15, 000 +) without any deductions. I called Flipkart team within 45 minutes and shared all necessary information provided by AirIndia. Flipkart registered my complaint and assured me that I will get my money back. I also told them repeatedly to communicate everything to me via my new email id or old or new mobile number as the email id associated with the account was not working and they accepted it. Since then I gave them 30 + phone calls and 25+ mails. I was always told within next 24 to 48 hrs it will get resolved and now almost 60 days are over and still I am waiting for my 100% refund. Almost 30 days after I booked the wrong tickets I got a mail asking me for written proof from AirIndia confirming they have a refund policy and I was told to submit the same within 24 hrs . I spoke to Air India and they were amazed since Flipkart already knows about this policy because they are Air India's booking partners. Still they maild me their policy details and I forwarded the same to Flipkart.
                        It was a complete mistake from my end while booking the tickets as the same set of passengers on the same day flew from Kolkata to Chennai and I can provide the tickets to you if required.
                        I still have not received my refund and therefore requesting Flipkart not to delay the refund process any further and give my hard earned money back. I need 100% refund.

                          I ordered a CipHands hand sanitizer pack of 2 and received a opened and adulterated product from Flipkart. After repeated calls and complaints as well no resolution has been provided except for repeated assurances of providing a resolution. I have been a premium customer of Flipkart but now really doubt using their services as they are much compromised and no Quality check ensured on part of sellers on their platform...

                              I have purchased a laptop with order id OD[protected] in NOCOST EMI in a credit card. But now i m getting processing fee, high interest on the purchase from credit card bill. Upon contacting customer care nobody is giving proper response. Once they say they have raised a complaint with their backend team and will get back to me within 24-48 hrs but its been more than 2 days that i couldn’t contact with them and hearing the same response and also they are saying i have to contact bank it seems. Bank people saying there is nothing like that, interest will be applied on my purchase.

                              I have purchased for amount 52867 rupees. And the processing fee from bank is 528 rs. Each emi is of 9250 rs.
                              Now total its becoming 56123 rupess.

                              Can you Please involve in this matter and resolve.

                                I ordered a bed for 18500 from flipkart whic was supposed to be delivered on 24/01/2021... I ordered it on 27/12/2020.
                                Product ia not delivered yet and no update from flipkart.
                                Same product was available throught other online portal for 15000 but it was taking 38 days to be delivered and as I currently don't have bed I ordered it from flipkart at extra cost so that I can get it as soon as possible.

                                Product was supposed to be delivered I. 28 days but now it shows that there is a delay of 6 days.

                                I tried cancellation but flipkart refused to cancel the order and I am stuck as I have no option to get refund or compunsation.

                                Flipkart cheated me on this product and must be penalised.

                                I want help to get this issue resolved.

OD[protected] है। प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी सही नही होने के कारण आपकी रिर्टन पॉलिसी के अनुसार प्रोडक्ट को वापिस करने की रिक्वेस्ट दिनांक 25/12/2020 को लगाई लेकिन आज दिनांक 25/01/2021 तक भी फ्लिपकार्ट की तरफ से प्रोडक्ट के पिकअप के लिए एक सिंगल कॉल तक नही आया और फ्लिपकार्ट की तरफ से रिक्वेस्ट को कैंसिल कर दिया जाता है बिना किसी कारण के फिर ग्राहक चाहे कितना भी परेशान हो भले ही उसकी गलती ना हो फिर भी ये सब ग्राहक को ही झेलना पडेगा क्योंकि उसने फ्लिपकार्ट से खरीद कर गलती जो कर दी !

                                    This is regarding incident IN[protected] and IN[protected] i have not received my refund for Roncuvita Biotin capsule of Rs 383 which was cancelled by the seller. The seller cancelled the item on 22nd January, and immediately i received an email stating that the refund has been successfully transferred to source.
                                    I paid for the same through my paytm wallet, but upon checking it i found that the refund has failed, please check screenshot below. Then i wrote to flipkart regarding it, they told me to wait till 25th January and my refund would be completed, but till date i never got the money. Flipkart got to reinitiate the refund and send it fresh as the previous transaction has already failed, but they just made me wait for nothing, and did not send any refund. Now, i am not even getting any email reply and on facebook they are just denying and saying they have resolved my issue.

                                    I WANT MY REFUND AT THE EARLIEST.

                                    No, i have not received the refund in my paytm wallet so far. My issue really is not resolved. Not at all satisfied with your so called 'resolution'. I have already uploaded the screenshot where it shows refund as FAILURE. Ur team should have coordinated with payment processor and resolved my issue, just saying seller refunded does not serve the purpose unless i see the amount in my account. DISGUSTING SERVICE OF FLIPKART! JUST GOT SCAMMED!

                                      I have 2 passengers ticket booked via flipkart. Crdit shell has been issued but flipkart is delaying in rescheduling the ticket. The time they take for rescheduling is making us suffer fare increase. It is total harassment from flipkart that they dont let us reschedule as per our convenience. Totally unprofessional

                                        फ़्लिपकॉर्ट घटिया क्वालिटी के डेमेज प्रोडक्ट बेचता है कस्टमर को प्रोडक्ट की डिलेवरी देने के बाद वह डेमेज प्रोडक्ट की रिर्टन रिक्वेस्ट अप्रूव करता है लेकिन प्रोडक्ट को पिकअप नही करवाता है ग्राहक की उस रिकेवस्ट को दी हुई तारीख पर कैंसिल कर दिया जाता है और जब ग्राहक कस्टमर केयर में कॉल करता है तो उसे नई तारीख दे दी जाती है जिसे ग्राहक का मुँह उस दी गई तारीख तक बंद किया जा सके
