Samsung galaxy phone

I purchased samsung galaxy f41 in which battery charging taking too much time approx 9 hours. Which is a symbol of defective material. Then i request for replacement after that novice technicial came and checked and after that my replacement request is cancelled. But still there is problem in charging.
Again i request for replacement then one message came techinician will visit but no one come to check the mobile and again one message...

Flipkart is asking for PAN CARD and Aadhaar card details for account verification in order to process my refund

Hi,
I recently purchased two pairs of Dekor world 7 ft curtains and they have send only one pair of curtain . Now I want the refund of the amount for the curtain which I have not received .
Flipkart is asking me to share either my PAN Card and Aadhaar card details to verify my account and this policy is not present in the refund policy page of Flipkart .
I called Customer care executive and they are not able to answer...

Flight tickets were booked from flipkart app. After cancelling the ticket, refund not received till now. I had cancelled the ticket from air asia on 30th sep. Even I Have forwarded the refund acknowledgement from air asia to flipkart on 21 nov. And I complaining for refund from the month of october. Till now they are only providing me the resolution time not the solution.

Refund amount is Rs 6, 700...

Order not placed after payment

On December 6th 2020, i purchased few items for Rs. 8106, after payment via net banking, amount debited from my account, but the purchase status showed, order not placed for all those items, when contacted the 24*7 help centre option, no response. Could'nt call toll free number from abroad. Payment is from NRE account, no refund still....

Error message manipulated by flipkart

In flipkart game zone there is a game called cricket super league. The flipkart people manipulated the game so as it can show error message to the players who are playing the game well tio avoid giving prizes.very ridiculous and rude behaviour by flipkart people...

Selling old laptop in new price

Product Quality Issue

Hey Team,

Since a long time i have been shopping with flipkart & flipkart have kept the trust. But with the order OD[protected], i have lost the trust. Whole colour of the bedsheet washed away in first wash. This is really disheartening. Hope flipkart will find same way out of this & keep its trust.

I bought an HP laptop from Flipkart and it had an issue with the display. Due to COVID, we did not use it for a few days and when we did, there was a problem. I initiated a return within the time frame provided to me i.e. on 16th November. However, the issue was marked resolved even though it was not on 28th November. I was busy and hence I put up a complaint against this reject o 3rd December. This was again rejected and I put one up again...
