    Dear sir,

    I had raised a return request of my new purchased mobile phone On 23 rd January.I got the mobile phone on 21 st jan. After installing sim, it shows that phone is hanging and the battery backup is verry poor. So that i put the request for replacement. Then the Flipkart said that, they had arrange a technician visit to my address. But the technician never called me. I called them and asked why they are not coming. They replied that they are above 50 km from my address. So they are rejecting the visit. Thus 3 times Flipkart arranged the technician visit and they rejected. I had some many times complained with Flipkart customer care and again again they are doing the same technician visits. Now it is showing that the return request is rejected. Now i tried to contact Flipkart customer care. But i am not receiving any call back from Flipkart is really amazing and disappointing. I was with this issue since Jan 21 st. I had contacted so many times to Flipkart customer care.
    So Sir i need an urgent resolution from your end immediately.
    I need my replacement of the mobile phone as i had lost 16 more days.

      My flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want be activate it but it is not activating
      My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
      Pl solve this problem vastly

        With respect to my Order No OD[protected], I have such a bitter experience with Flipkart that I have started forbidding people to deal with Flipkart by narrating my story. I placed my Order on 23rd Jan '21 and made the full payment upfront. When the booking was made the product was showing as "In Stock " and the Pincode Check facility also showed as deliverable on the checked pincode.. In this case what is expected from a professional service provider is to earmark the booked quantity on real time basis. I was allotted a Expected Arrival Date of 1st Feb '21. After few days your Customer Care Department informs that the Expected Arrival Date has shifted to 8th Frb '21 stating that there are issues with the courier service. Now after 15 days of waiting you advice on cancellation of original order and placing a new fresh order as a solution.

        Kindly justify that if the booked item was already earmarked and there are issues only with the courier services then how can cancelling original order and placing a new order change the scenario ? This indicates either the product has already gone out of stock when the order was placed but did not reflect on Flipkart ( as order was placed) or that the booking was not earmarked and sold on Enhanced Prices later on.

        I made full upfront payment on 23rd Jan '21 and today it is 13th Feb '21, why can't Flipkart being such a big organisation with numerous seller network can't arrange for my product from anywhere in the open market and deliver to me so as to maintain its public image. And they are just keeping my money in their pocket for so many days enjoying interest on my hard earned money.

          This is a real harassment you people are doing . I have attempted to close the pay later account number of times but it is not working by calling both Flipkart and IDFC bank

              From oct-2020 I’m unable to place the order in flipkart, then i raised the complaint about this situation. Then i am came to know that my account was blocked due to heavy returns, all the returns I have kept are genuine some products flipkart didn't deliver due to covid-19, some products are warranty expired products even though my returns are genuine they Flipkart blocked my account

                  In the month of Sept 2020 had ordered lot of products for my husband’s bday, which has few UCB shirts coming from a single seller who repeatedly sent wrong shipment and since I repeatedly complainted as i was not getting the refund flipkart instead of taking action against the seller, blocked my account, which I realised only today. Have all email proofs to prove what i m stating

                    Jeeves Extended warranty

                    I have registered complaint about my front load washing machine on extended warranty with Flipkart on December 29, today the date is February 10 and the complaint still not solved. Every time when I call to their customers centre they will ask for 48 hours to solve this problem if not they will refund the money or replace product. They all were false promises. No I don't know what to do or were to go.
                    Can anyone help me?...

                    I bought a product from a flipkart. It had software issue. So I applied for return, my return was accepted initially. My product was already having a stretch at the back but delivery agent rejected pickup under the category product mismatch. Later I complained about it in flipkart customer service team but they initially sent me a message that return will take place after 4 days but after 4 days my return was cancelled automatically. I was very frustrated because I pursuaded the flipkart team by talking for 1 hour everyday. After that, I again complained this time I got a pickup message but pickup didn't take place instead pick up was cancelled for the third time again under the category of product mismatch. I have never had such bad experience. I need a resolution

                      Purchased a tv with details
                      Order ID - OD[protected]
                      Nokia 139 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with onkyo sound(Rs. 40, 000) with a 3 years complete protection plan(insurance)

                      Tv got accidentaly damaged after 3 months
                      Flipkart giving 50 % refund and not repair stating that the part is not available whereas the technician visited and told that the part is very much available

                      We ordered a reebok shoes( order id-OD[protected]of price 3189₹ . On 4th fabruary which is delivered me 8th fabruary. That shoes are unfit my foot and needs larger size than that. So we create return request because there was no option in replacement. And reorder same product but larger size. But sellar (Tayab munch fashion) are cancle twice the return request to giving reason that package are delivered intact. We contact coustmer care of flipcart but thary are unable to solve my query.

                      I bought mezire m3 band on 13 february it is not working properly and it does not charge at all. it always show power down and its brightness is low and always become switch off

                        If the issue is not resolved within the next 7 days i will take it up to consumer forum and raise complaints not even that I will share all the recorded calls with your customer care with screen shots.

                          Dear sir/madam i purchased avita liber ryzen 5 laptop from flipkart which was deleiverd on 24 jan 2021 but i found its finger print sensor is not working and is bettery drainig so quickly so i requested for replacement ..7 feb tak mujhe replacement mil jana chahiye tha ..but no pickup unhone kaha ki apko haryana mai warehouse tak product pahuchana padega but i refused .on 8 feb they cancelled my replacement request and again initiated according to this mujhe 15 feb tak replacemnt milna tha but on 9 feb they again cancelled my replacement request now i dont know when it will be replaced ..mai call karta hu every time customer care executive kehta hai ki aap wait kijiye 48 hr me resolution milega abhi tak koi resolution nahi mila

                            I've placed an order for laptop Msi gf65 thin 9sd after the payment of the order it's getting cancelled on its own...I don't think my cancellation is valid the customer care has forwarded this query to Flipkart team twice but no one called/reached me whatsoever please fix my issue

                                Ordered a Hisense 411 L Frost Free Double Door 2 Star (2020) Refrigerator (STAINLESS STEEL, RT488N4ASB2) on the 27/01/2021, which got delivered on the 30/01/2021 evening.

                                Order Number - OD[protected]

                                The installation took place at night on the 01/02/2021 by technicians. We noticed the next morning that the fridge was not cold at all and the food items spoiled. At this point the freezer was working fine. Reported the problem to flip kart and asked for a replacement if it cannot be fixed by a technician visit as required by flip kart under the 10 days replacement policy.

                                1. First technician came and checked the unit on the 04/02/2021 and found the temperature to be -7 for freezer and 16 for fridge

                                He then commented that for the fridge to be cold the freezer needs to be set to 2/5 and the fridge should be 7/7. This did not make sense to us and when informed flip kart customer service they also said this is wrong and the temperature was well off the recommended refrigerator temperature.

                                2. Second technician came on the 05/02/2021 who also checked the unit for hours and said something is not right and that he will report back to flip kart

                                3. Flipkart then send another technician saying need more details

                                4. 3rd technician visit on the 08/02/2021 who came in the evening and again spent hours and found that the compressor was tripping and said he will post the findings to flip kart, at this point he had unscrewed things etc to check the fridge and also said that flip kart want him to check the pcb circuit boards which he will need to remove compressor etc and takes long time

                                5. Contacted flip kart again who said need further checks to be done and need to send another engineer

                                6. Contacted flip kart on 09/02/2021 who said engineer is on other jobs and will need to postpone for 10/02/2021 before they can do a replacement.

                                Overall, so must disgusted and unhappy and frustrated with the flip kart customer service

                                1. The FDA recommended refrigerator temperature is 4 degree Celsius for fridge and -18 degree for freezer, this can be found on other manufacture websites as well

                                2. This is a brand-new product with clear fault so really annoyed of the number of technician visits required to confirm and issues

                                3. This again was requested for a replacement under the 10 days replacement policy but what currently happening is a warranty repair process

                                4. Believe this is a breach of consumer act and any replacement policies

                                5. Why should a customer have to deal with a faulty product and with technician dismantled a brand new equipment which should have been replaced under the selling policy of flip kart

                                6. Given the weather a refrigerator is an important and integral part of any Indian family we already had so many food products spoiled because of the faulty product

                                7. To have 4 technician visits to confirm and issue and get a replacement is crazy and not customer friendly at all for a brand new product.

                                  Hi Sir/ Madam,
                                  I purchased Prestige Induction cooktop Pic 20.0 - 1200 watt
                                  Induction Cooktop Black.
                                  I dont know that this product can be use only for Steel vessels. I raised a request for return but the request cancelled by flipkart and the mentioned remarks is "seller not accepting".
                                  The Induction cooktop works for steel vessels information is not mentioned in the flipkart catalogue page.

                                  Here i am losing my money also it is not useful for me. If i want to use this Induction cooktop i have to purchase steel vessels worth of Rs.5000 - Rs.6000

                                  I can't bear the much amount. I would like to return this product and also expecting my money refund.
