Their service is at worst lower service level now. This sale, i ordered a mobile phone on exchange.
Delivery guy simply made an excuse that this phone is bent and without a chance cancelled the order. And, if you believe me not a single scratch is there and I showed to all my family friends no one could find if the phone is bent or has any such dent.
I escalated to the flipkart support, I talked to them and told that the issue is not with the phone it is with uour delivery guy, they just reverted that they can’t help. I also saif atleast you should call that delivery person and take a feedback but they acted helpless.
Further I escalated to the local manager of flipkart by visiting their store, i saw lot of people waiting with the similar problem as I have. Somehow, I luckly found a way inside on my own and talked to the manager he also said the same thing that the phone is bent as if they are trained the same way. I lost all my energy I said okay better I will pay you full difference give me my order.
For the last two days they are making excuses and now I am completely frustated and knot a swear to myself I’ll never ever be going to use their service once my remaining order gets completed.
The warehouse is not at all sorted l, packets are simply lying over floor. Devastating view.
I think the manager is a main culprit of the branch.
