I have ordered lg g8x thinq during sale..it even shipped.it showed that it will be delivered on 28th.i am so excited to get the mobile since I got it for such a discount.but unexpectedly it was cancelled today..I am very angry right now...why the hell would they cancel the product after it shipped..
Please help me to get the product for the same price..

    I ordered two laptops from flipkart on big billion days 2020.Despite of calling them multiple times they are not shipping my products.They are just giving the dates that issue will get resolved on this and that date.Worst experience happening for the first time.I want speedy enquiry about this issue.     This is not the way how things work.Now your team is saying to cancel my order and order again.If I do so I won't get the product in sale price.Kindly look into matter.
    Your team made me to cancel the order and now saying you will receive the refund when you will return the product and saying you have return request. How could I request return when the product was not even shipped yet?Playing games with me.
    Still didn't not credited my refund
    So disappointing service
    I was assured to receive refund in 24hrs including price difference.But they failed to do so.kindly look into matter ASAP as I have to reorder it
    Still no resolution I didn't got my refund.So irresponsible behaviour from flipkart team.They just say concerned team will contact you but no contacts actually.
    I don't what they are doing how could they ignore their customer like this
    Never again going to shop from flipkart

      Ordered Aristocrat PHOTON STROLLY 55 360 TBL Cabin Luggage - 22 inch at 1299 on dated 16th Oct, 2020. Flipkart promised to deliver product on Oct-19, 2020. Today is 25th oct but product is not yet Shipped. (screenshot attached) Whenever I am calling flipkart customer care, they are raising new request each time and asking me to wait 24-48hr, But still there is no progress on this. I can't cancel the order because now the product price is almost double. I want compensation on this..

          Hello Sir,

          I have give complaint to October 19th Reason for Samsung galaxy F41 Charger is not working.

          I have call lot time and daily 5 times to filpkart customer care. He is respond poorly and he disconnect call almost 20 times within 6 days.

          I have call customercare more then 25 times still issue is not resolved.

          What is going on? What is your people doing...your people going to wrong.

          This for series almost 7 days over Still the issue is not resolved.

          Still the Issue is not resolved.

          I have received no calls in flipkart.

          But customer care executive told flipkart call this 4.45pm. But i am not received no calls to flipkart.

          They told lie.

          He is not responding...Please take seviour action to flipkart.

          I am very upset this issues.

            I paid the money through the ATM card to buy the phone in Flipkart last month but the transaction exploded but the money was cut off and the week stopped and I went to the bank and complained they gave me a month. But flipkart was delaying my amount last 2 months completed still not resolved

              I am proud customer of flipkart and I always belive in their policy and principal.
              This issue of mine related to my wife's realme XT Mobile screen got unfuntional in may and due to lockdown and in my absence my wife couldn't do anything after I returned from abrod in August I raised a complain in realme service center they gave me a date of September and when I went in the service center and after seeing my all papers related to mobile they saw that I have complete mobile protection so they said they can't repair the mobile as it is liquid damaged and told me to contact flipkart then after 2 weeks jeevs took my mobile then after few weeks flipkart called me and said the seller will give 13300 rs as the mobil can't b repaired I half heartedly accepted the proposal as I didn't have any option and from 2months almost I am waiting for money inbetween flipkart ask me for another bank details as seller can't give money in my previous bank account .
              Is this what u get for believing flipkart is this how flipkart treats it's valuable Customers now u are saying the case will be resolved in November ...pls have mercy on me am going crazy explaining everytime to your executive about my problem pls for God sake help me how long flipkart is going to take what is my mistake was I wrong in believing flipkart and taking mobile plus complete mobile protection plan pls have mercy on mobil policy -JPPOFFK2583744

                This is siva, i ordered flipkart new ethinic 4 you women printed straight kurta on 17 oct 2020. I got a massage from flipkart that ‘your item is out for delivery and executive contact number is [protected] EKART WISH MASTER on 22/oct/2020.

                I am regular customer of flipkart from 2014, past 6 years, I know flipkart is upto their standards in making fast and secure delivery but this was a worst experience from flipkart side.

                1st was delivery guy called me your ordered product has came, come collect, he is telling his address, that i have to travel 22 km up and down, but he won't come to the given address that I mentioned. I literally have to request them to come to the mentioned address. after calling 2-3 times he hung up the call and he rescheduled my product to next day without even confirming me.
                After the first call from delivery boy and listening those words i really curse that why i order the product from flipkart. and next day 23/oct/2020 he didn't even called me regarding the product, i got the same message that your product is out for delivery and the end of the day delivery guy simply updating the status to could not be delivered today.

                24/oct/2020, today also I got the same message that your product is out for delivery, but the delivery guy didn't called, so I called him asked about my product details, when i ask to please drop my product on given address he simply refuse it and then he said i am standing at 22 km from your address and you should come here to collect your product. so i called the customer service agent and told my problem, she said she will update a complaint regarding this issue. after the customer service call, delivery guy called me and saying silly reasons like his delivery point is only upto that point, he wont make any after that location. I'm regular customer ordering in AMAZON, MYNTRA, LENSKART, even POSTAL LETTERS also coming to the address that I Given.

                and end of the day I got a SMS that ODER REJECTED BECAUSE I'M NOT ACCEPTED DURING DELIVERY AND BEING RETURNED TO THE SELLER.
                so, if i'm not going to delivery guy mentioned address he will cancel my product without any information? Is this how you treat your most trusted customers?

                That kind of service i never expected from the standard site like flipkart.

                Please give this as a importance and take necessary action that we trust on flipkart.

                If you can't even properly make your EKART wish master execute the delivery, you simple cancel my order and refund my amount.

                Then what is the use of your So called your BIG BILLION DAYS?
                If a customer is buying a product on your BIG BILLION DAYS is because of those offers you are providing right?
                I'm saving money to spend on these BBD's, if you can't delivery my product what is the use?
                you are just simple canceling my order and refunding my money.

                Is this the proper way of resolving a customer problem?

                I'm utterly disappointed by your service flipkart.

                From this day on, you have lost your one trusted customer.

                  Hi my order promised date was 18th Oct but again it changed to 21 Oct then again changed to 24 Oct but till now there is no update on the order status ..status shows it still there in at the seller location ...kindly look into it urgently as it has been more than 10 days and no one is resolved my issue .

                    I ordered a phone for my father as Durga Puja Gift on 16th October, 2020. The promised delivery date was 18th Oct, 2020.
                    They couldn't deliver it and gave a new promised date as 20th Oct, 2020, however, today is 24th October and Flipkart has not delivered the phone yet.
                    Reached to customer care multiple times and they are saying concerned team is working on it. They have notified that by 26th Oct, some resolution is given, but till today 11.40PM as I write this complaint, it doesn't seem that they will deliver it.
                    This is very disappointing that my father had to wait for the gift, this is very embarrassing... The surprise gift has no meaning now.

                    Flipkart customer care replied that I hav to cancel the order. No solution is there. What about the waiting of 10 days with 4 false promises that the product will be in my hand by 18th/20th/26th/30th october????

                    The product price is increased by 2000 rs more. Who will compensate that?

                      I ordered a "Philips Daily Collection HL7756/03 750 W Mixer Grinder" with Order No. OD[protected] which was delivered to me on 19th October, 2020. When I saw the box, it became apparent that the box was already opened before as the tapes were already cut on both sides and were quite old (I made a full video of that box). After I took out the grinder and its jars, I could see various white fingerprints all over the Mixer Jars and their caps. Then I saw a dent on one of the caps of the Jars. Further, when I started the mixer, the motor made a noise like that of a JET PLANE!! When I switched off the motor, the ending noise of the motor was very irritating like some part is broken in the motor. I would never suggest to buy anything from Flipkart, especially the Home Appliances as they send defective items a lot.

                      Then I placed a return and refund request on the same day only for the mixer grinder but it was rejected on 21st October, 2020. I was shocked by this casual attitude of Flipkart and then I immediately called Flipkart and they said it cannot be refunded as seller has refused to refund. The seller knew the defective condition of the product and thats why, he refused to provide refund for the same. Then I placed a replacement request on 21st October, 2020 and today its 24th October, 2020 and my replacement request has not been approved. As its a 7 day return policy, Flipkart is cunningly waiting for that 7 day period to be over and then immediately cancel my request so that they dont have to deal with this. Flipkart is nothing but a company of frauds in my opinion and I would not suggest you to order from this.

                        I want to change my mobile no. in Flipkart account bcoz my old number got deactivated. But i have access to my registered E-Mail.

                        The problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and i don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                          The Order was Out for Delivery on 18th of October but i didn’t get. I waited for promised delivery date which was 20th October. After that also I didn’t get the order. So a complaint was raised for which the date till which it would be resolved was given as 24th October. On 24th October, till 7:20 PM I didn’t receive any communication. After around few minutes i got message that it would be resolved by 26 October. After that again at around 9:00 PM on 26th of October I received another message that the resolution date is extended till 29th October. Why should i wait for another 5 days.
                          No proper reason is mentioned.

                            This is in regards to the recent order(Id - OD[protected] placed and received the wrong item. Being a Flipkart plus member receiving the unexpected experience from Flipkart.
                            Firstly, Order the product early although I'm aware and close to big billion sales because of the need for a product, resulting in the wrong item received and additionally now the price has been reduced since the sale is live. Ultimately it's me now suffering a lot being a customer of Flipkart even availing a FlipkartPlus membership.
                            Secondly, contacted customer care agent named Mr.Gaurav, I have requested him to share a complaint that why the seller has sent a wrong item such that the seller shouldn't repeat the same to other Flipkart customers.
                            The agent denied raising a complaint though I requested him multiple times, would like to know, in the very first place will Flipkart won't raise a complaint if customer request? As a standard practice of service operations I believe, the complaint will be raised/reopened when a customer request for complaint/incident irrespective of resolution made. And very disappointed again, the agent has dropped the call before the conversation has been closed.

                            However, later Flipkart has placed a replacement order, and also I have received a confirmation saying the replacement order has been shipped by the seller. Surprisingly today, received an email saying replacement has been canceled due to seller delivery issue, not able to understand how the seller initially accepts and shipped then cancel on reason delivery issue. Why Flipkart is not taking care of its customer and Plus Membership members. It's very dissappointing, being a Flipkart Plus Member I'm receiving such a worst experience.

                            Wrote multiple emails to Flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com, but still no response or acknowledge has been received! Do not understand Flipkart, what service is providing to its customers on the name of customer service? It looks very clear that Flipkart is only after sales and least care about Customer service and very hard to find customer satisfaction!

                            Now, this has made me ask Flipkart about two complaints and would request Consumer forum to provide help on getting a solution with complete justification.

                            1) Why seller has sent the wrong item to the customer and for replacement seller has canceled it surprisingly post-acceptance and confirming on the shipping of replacement product, and Flipkart has failed to verify/fulfill the product delivery to its customer
                            2) Why Flipkart customer agent denied sharing a complaint with the customer when customer request, not followed standard service operations practice.

                            Looking for a prompt resolution. Thanks.

                                I am using flipkart for more than 5 years but recently my mobile number lost and I want to change the account with new mobile no. While I am doing a change request for mobile no change, its sending OTP on old phn no as well as new phn no. As I dont have the old phn no with me, not able to change the new mobile no linked to my account. Please help me on this.

                                  Had Ordered A LG 7 Kg 4 Star Semi Automatic Top Load Grey, White (P7020NGAY) And Had Applied For Exchange Offer Of My Old Washing Machine. The Exchange Value Was Rs. 1050. However, During Delivery, The Delivery Agent Refused To Take The Product. Reason Was That The Seller (RAMTHRALLA Retail) Had Not Updated Any Details About Exchange. Flipkart Tried To Resolve The Issue, However In The End It Was Impossible Due To Seller's Mistake. My Old Washing Machine Was Not Exchanged And I Had To Pay An Amount Of Rs. 950 To Make Up The New Product. Due To Seller's Negligence In This COVID Situation, I And Other Parties Had To Face A Lot Of Inconvenience. Proper Action Must Be Taken Against The Seller.

                                    I have bought a vivo y50 phone from flipkart on 17thoctober 2020 but yet my discount is not refunded in my account which is 10%on sbi debit card.
                                    and when I call then some one receive call and said that it is refunded till 21/08/2020 after this date I again call then I am told that refund is completed in 24 hours but yet not.

                                    Now, today some one call me and ask me that please provide me your card number . They black mail me from the 17 but yet not provide my refund.

                                    All the time I got wrong information from flipkart then I told that refund my complete amount and take your phone .I don't take it from you.

                                    Please help regarding this as early as possible If they don't want to refund my money up to 26/08/2020
                                    then plz told them to refund my money and take his product back.

                                      I am Vishal Kumar and I had placed an order for a samsung refrigerator double door on your platform on 15th of this month. But had to be cancelled on your delivery guys suggestion as he did not accept the exchange refrigerator due to some small rust. I was informed that as per your policy I would receive my refund by 20th of October 2020 but when I inquired about my refund with your customer support team they asked me to share my back statement. I did so and later received a mail saying that my issue has been escalated and a would have my refund be 24th October but on 23rd October and again received an SMS from flipkart saying my refund would be issued by 26th of October. I again spoke to your representative and was assured that I should wait till 24th and I will receive my refund. Today on 24th I have still not received my refund so I again spoke to your representative and today I was told that I will have my refund by 26th. What is going on? Am I supposed to be behind flipkart every now and then so that I can get my own money back. I am calling day after day and I keep requesting you again and again. You've made me beg for my own money. No one from your team has any idea by when my problem would be solved. Customer care representatives and their supervisors both are clueless.
                                      By when is this issue going to get resolved. I just want to get done with flipkart.

                                        I am in Noida and ordered Realme7 on 18th Oct 2020(Order no. OD[protected], Flipkart promised Delivery on 24th Oct 2020, Product was arrived on nearest hub(Noida Phase 3) on 21st Oct 2020, then again it was sent back to flipkart facility Daruhera. Customer care says they don't have any information, no contact details of their delivery partner Ekart logistics. I had plans to travel, but now it's not possible, payment has been already done, now I am left in the dilemma what to do. Need help and compensation if possible for this loss of planning.
