Order: Samsung Galaxy A50s (Prism Crush Violet, 128 GB) with an exchange of old Xiaomi Note 4 (4 GB, 64 GB).

Issue: The delivery boy said he will not take my old phone. I asked for a reason: no specific reason rather he suggests some other place where I can sale my phone at a higher price. I mentioned that I want to exchange it here.
He denied and I accepted my order.
Now, I asked Flipkart to send someone else who can recheck my phone. In Flipkart website, there are notes that suggest exchange price may be altered if the phone has some issues.
Now, as I accepted the order, Flipkart said we can deal with it if you buy a new phone with the same phone! This is insane!
Its the fault of the delivery boy, not mine, why I am got victimized. I am a student and unemployed. I saved the money from the last few months for this purchase. The delivery by took 3400 INR (exchange price) which is a lot to me. I request to send someone else and exchange my old phone with some price as mentioned in the Flipkart website.
I am not asking for a favour, I am asking for justice. 3400 INR is a lot for an unemployed student, maybe nothing for Flipkart.
Kindly take some actions. I have added a few photos of my old phone.
