The above is the transaction detail for the purchase i made through net banking for kids tent. The amount has been debited from my account but the website shows as transaction still pending. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. Thank you....

I bought a mixer grinder from flipkart company but got a plastic bucked and a stone inside the bucket. The parcel was sealed pack but inner packaging was tampered. Yesterday on 16/09 at 4:03 pm, we placed an order for himalaya combo pack and the order is in pending state till now. My amount of rs.429/- is deducted but the order is still in pending state there is no response from your team.

The customer service team cannot see the order details. While the amount is debited from the account, on asking the team to check with the backend team they refrained it.

I had purchased a nova chopper from flipkart on which there is a warranty of 12 months after 15 days the product stopped working.
