I am being scapegoated by the loophole in the FLipkarts system. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Flipkart has handled my situation and not kept their promise. I ordered a mobile LG G8X(Black, Think) in the flash sale and the promised date of delivery was 24th October. I was not delivered the product because it was damaged in transit by Flipkart. I feel cheated and the reasons are noted below,
Seller -
I have attached all proofs in the photos section,
1) I fought with thousands of customers to order quickly at a discount price of 19990. Now the product is out of stock and the price is increased 54, 990. I cannot reorder it also. who will pay the difference amount and Why would I pay hefty money for the mistake I did not commit?
2) I have called 10's of time to your agents asking them to not cancel the order and send a replacement instead. They suggested I either wait or reorder. How can I place an order for a product that is out of stock and whose price has changed from 19990 to 54990? it clearly brings out a loophole in your system and customers like me are targeted? c
3) Cant you just could have given me a replacement rather than making me wait 5 days and asking me to reorder it.?
4) I being honest ordered only one product and respected Flipkart's policies. Does it mean that customers should always order 2 or more products, one as a back in case of such situations take place?. We always have the option to cancel remaining orders once one product is delivered. Do I have to pay a hefty fine for being an honest customer.?
5)When I explained the situation to Flipkart's team, they asked me to wait till 24th and my product will be delivered. But on 24th today the product is showing canceled after the big billion days are over. I trusted the customer services advice and is termed out to be a lie. If your team was not able to handle the situation why are you punishing an honest customer?
It was only the product which I wanted very badly. I have lost the chance to place orders in big billion days and even the offers that come with it. I feel cheated and punished for the mistake that I have not committed. Flipkart is responsible for resolving the issue now. I just wanted to make everyone aware of the loophole in the system. I hope my issue is resolved else I need to look for alternatives in the future. Take care of the customers.

Updated by Samarth Yalameli I got a call from the Flipkart team and they just said that they do not have a single piece to replace my mobile with. I mean minimum of 5 lakh units were sold and there is not a single backup piece to replace in such condition.
