Flipkart Refund amount not credited yet in my SBI account

I have purchased a Apple watch series 3 GPS 42mm in flipkart for Rs. 16650/- on 15.10.2020 with by SBI debit card ending with 5899 and cancelled the order on the same day.
Flipkart initiated the refund on 15th October 2020 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account by 16th October EOD.
I checked my account on 16th October but the amount was still not credited in my SBI account, I...

    Firstly wrong bill generated by flipkart due to technical issue of ₹4748, 4299, 3600 on emi and given detail to Their financial partner IDFC FIRST Bank and got money from them and loan active on my name, As there is no due in my flipkart pay later account and from last 1 month i am waiting for solution but flipkart is not solving this and haven’t got any positive outcome from their end .

    On 28 june i order from flipkart and used flipkart pay later as your financial partner is IDFC FIRST BANK
    But same day order was cancelled and refund was initiated back to my cardless credit card .

    But 5 multiple loan account generated on 3th of august in which i am facing problem ..

    below i have elaborate in brief after investigating the actual glitch which was happen

      I ordered Flipkart Perfect Homes Nyx Therapedic 6 Inch King Size(78*72) mattress, but i received Flipkart Perfect Homes Nyx Therapedic 6 Inch Queen Size(78*60) mattress and this is Flikart Fault, as my account is blocked by flipkart without informing me, i cannot place a return request.

      I would kindly request you to place a return request for me or unlock my account immediately so that i can place a return request. From the last 7 days I have been following up with you, calling customer care and I am fed up with no response from your end.

      So kindly request you to resolve this issue ASAP failing which I will approach consumer court and seek justice.

        I want to change my phone number from flipkart account. more than two times I tried but its difficult to get otp from the old number. So I kindly request you to solve the problem. I want to use my new number as flipkart number then only I can use the account more efficiently.

            I have ordered a realme c11 mobile phone having order ID - OD[protected] which got delivered on 17/10/2020, but the phone was working very slow so I requested for a refund but the company is only providing a replacement. But replacement won't work for this item coz the phone is preloaded with multiple apps because of which it is slow. I called flipkart customer care multiple times but they didn't helped me saying that there policy is that they will only provide replacement.

            Further, please note that flipkart is providing only replacement for all the electronics items sold on there website which is a violation of basic consumer right.

            Please help as that phone is of no use for me and also this is ethically wrong to have such a policy in this electronic era.

              I placed the order on 16th October for a Mi 4x Tv 50 inch 4k during BBD sale. The amount has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but still my order is showing pending. The order id is OD[protected]. There is no response from the customer care team as they aren't able to track my order id, pathetic consumer experience at flipkart. It's been 3 days since i placed the order but no response from Flipkart.

              Please confirm the order or refund my money ASAP.

                  I had ordered a new "Black & Decker BXIR2201IN 2200 W" Steam Iron with order id[protected].
                  i received the parcel today which was initially delivered to our security of our building, as the door delivery is not allowed due to covid.
                  After sanitising the parcel, the security handed it over to me (the parcel packaging was intact). Since this was an Iron Box, i immediately got a suspision after i held the parcel in my hand, as it was super "light". Any parcel with the lightest of iron box inside, cannot be so light. Hence i took a video of the entire unpackaging and was shocked to see that the parcel was empty.
                  Please let me know how can i get help on this issue.
                  I would like the people who are committing this fraud to be booked and they get appropriate punishment .

                    Refund of my Flight ticket Booking Cancellation

                    Air India Flight ticket had been booked on flipkart platform booking id: FF[protected]. Flight had been cancelled on same date of booking i.e. 07 October 2020. And i have also talked to represntative of flipkart coustmer services regarding it. He told me your ticket is get cancelled and full amount will be refunded back within 14 days. For 5/6 days Cancellation status pending showing in flipkart Website. After that Refund amount is 0 reflected....

                    I have two accounts, 1 tied to my phone, the other tied to email. I wanted to just collapse them into one, and ended up deactivating both accounts. I am trying to now reactivate, and the site simply does not allow me to do so. Need some assist on the same.

                      Hi,

                      I made on order for Apple Airpods on 17/10/2020 on Flipkart website with order number - OD[protected].
                      While placing this order I was not asked the billing address and by default, my shipping address was used as the billing address. This in itself is a big issue. But then from the cancel order page, I was given an option to change the address which got changed successfully. But now when I received the invoice, the billing address is still the old one. This seems to be a bug with the system. I either need this invoice updated with new billing address or return the order. Not an expected service from Flipkart.

                        Hi,
                        I had ordered Casio G826 G-Shock ( GST-400G-1A9DR ) Analog-Digital Watch - For Men from Flipkart with order I'd: OD[protected]. But I received different items on 17-Sept-20. When I see the item is different on the same date I had raised return request.
                        (I) Initially they provide me the date of resolve by 29-sept-20 and they extended to 5-Oct-20.
                        (II) On 2nd Oct I received a mail from Flipkart to provide the I'd card along with item screenshot and on the same date I had provided over mail.
                        (III) On 6th Oct they rejected my return request by mentioning that Be is mismatch and suggest to update the full name and raise it again.
                        (IV) On 10-oct-20 I got a mail that please provide your consent to lodge the FIR and I had provided the same for investigation.
                        (V) On 17-Oct-20, they reject my request without and communication.

                        Now the 30 days return policy has been expired and I am not able to do any further return request. And I am not aware about the investigation status.

                        I want the different product what they delivered, that refund or replacement they should accept.

                          Dear Respected Team,
                          This is regarding Flipkart account blocking when we have amount in wallet.

                          I have been using Flipkart account from past 3-4 years, I am planning to have purchase something & added money in to my Flipkart account wallet/gift card which Linked with mobile number [protected] & email id : [protected]@gmail.com

                          But now account is get blocked where I am not able to perform any transactions with that wallet amount which is around 11K.

                          When i reaches to the customer care services they are saying incident has been raised, But with that incident getting mail saying “We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.“

                          It’s kind of copy paste mail where I am getting same message always instead of relevant, the same message content has came to me via email from 3 different customer care persons in a day where I replied to that mail saying I am ready to discuss what order are returned from my account since your system showing high number of returns but no response.

                          Again I have reached to customer care through call & explained everything, This time also they have raised new incident where the same is repeating.

                          It’s cheating common people with doesn’t have proper system to track & poor customer care services.
                          They would inform us Atleast before blocking, at that time we get a chance to discuss, with out doing that directly blocking the account when we have a money in it & not responding customer is bad.

                          These kind of incidents are insulting and hurting a lot to me being a common man & Tax Payer.

                            Hi Team,

                            This mail is in regards the POCO M2 i placed an order on sept 21st and received on 23 sept, when i received the packet the external pack was well sealed
                            and when i opened the packet inside the therma cole was broken and there is no product, after that i immediately raised a complaint by choosing the missing product after that the team said its not required to collect the packet and refund will be provided to the account and initially the date was given on 5th oct 2020 and when i contact the customer care on the same day which was told the issue will get resolved and amount will be refunded in another 2 days from there the dates were getting keep postponed from 8th, 10, 11, 12, 15, 18

                            I received a call from backend team on 18th oct concern agent said they did not escalated this case until know to the backend team, its a complete failure from the initial agents which i spoke since 5th october 2020 to till 17th october 2020 keep on giving false information as they already escalated this case to back end team, however today i received a call (18th OCt 2020) from the back end team (Ritu Rai pandey) saying they did not recevied any request about the complaint which was told by the previous agent and he raised the complaint now and keep giving another day which on 21st october 2020

                            Its complete failure in regards to the serivces which were providing flipkart was very pathetic where the customer needs to follow up by several times and response was worst up to the core

                            I am completly fedup with the dates which keep on postponed kindly reply to the email where the date should not postponed from 21st october 2020 and issue get resolved promptly

                              I purchased a Fastrack 6204SL02 Basics Analog Watch and Flipkart sent me Sonata men's watch instead. When I reported this to flipkart, they asked me to send my documents (Aadhar card and pictures of item received). I did what they wanted. Since then, they keep rejecting my request whenever I raise return. When I contact them, they're giving me different excuses everytime and cancelling my return request without giving me any reason. I've been chasing them for about more then a half month now. The customer service and their managers are not helping at all and treating me like a fool. I'm left out with an item I never ordered and company is not ready to take the responsibility.

                              Please check the attachments to find what item was ordered, what was received, the order ID, Status of return and the number of times company rejected the request.

                                Kindly do the needful to update my cell phone number in my Flipkart lite account, as my old number is not accessible for me for receiving OTP for initiating pay later orders.
