First of all, you have delivered me a used defective and unsealed product which was packed with local cello tape. Since the date of purchase, I have made multiple calls, emails, complaints and raised tickets on your mobile application itself for replacement of the product with a genuine, defect free and sealed product. But only adding to your fraudulent intentions, you people are stretching the matter for no reasons and have also rejected the return request three times without giving me any proper reason. Every time I call you and raise a new complaint, you COMMIT TO wait for 72 hours for an update. Even after 72 hours nobody calls me up and the complaint is closed and rejected.
You have been making a fool out of me since last more than fifteen (15) days all together. After every hour you people are closing the complaint/issue/ticket from your side undercover without even letting me know.
Also you have accepted a replacement and dispatched the replacement two times till date since the last 10 days and both of the new shipments are being cancelled by you on your own without delivering and replacing which itself clarifies your fraudulent nature of making fools out of the customer by providing fake and false information to him.
As of today i.e. 19th October, again the shipment is being cancelled on your own without any reason.
I have also spoken to the warehouse manager of your EKART logistics located in SECTOR- 13 Vasundhara (Ghaziabad) (Uttar Pradesh), who's name is Mr. Amit on his mobile number - [protected], and he has straightaway refused to deliver and hand me over the new product and take the old product reciting the refusal reason as "TAG ID ISSUE" and also refused and expressed his inability to help me out in this concern saying that he cannot do anything and i have to call on customer care.
Have called more than 60 times on your helpline and they give me the same poem/story and pre drafted [censored] of raising a request and complaint again and again and nothing more than that.
I am literally fed up with all your oversmartness and fraud games being played here.
Therefore this is my last mail/complaint and intimation to you which should be addressed and solved within the next 48 working hours and I may be called and updated about the same too . otherwise i will be left with no other option than to lodge a legal complaint against this fraud that has been committed with me with all sufficient call recordings which has a proof in it with your changing and different statements everyday which are fake, application update screenshots, order fraud screenshots, cancellation and delay screenshots plus the used and cello tape packing product video, and furthermore i will file a legal case against you cheaters and claim for compensations under relevant section of IPC, for the fraud and harassment being done to me and that too in lakhs i will claim. Take this as a final warning from my side.
