      I had raised a return request due to missing parts of an order on 09.10.2020. Till date i.e. 20.10.2020, neither product has been replaced nor refund has been initiated. Three replacement dates have missed the target i.e. 15, 17 and 19.10.2020. This is a gross negligence on the part of Flipkart as well as seller.

Being a plus member your services for us are really pathetic. Im sorry but you should follow Amazon for the services being offered to their prime members.               Today 20th October 2020 while my brother and I were eagerly waiting for our product, OPPO Reno2 F (Sky White, 256 GB) (6 GB RAM), it was our first time to buy a smartphone on an exchange of an old phone. The old phone was to be exchanged for an amount of Rs. 2300. Two boys came for the delivery, first they asked for the old phone, checked all parameters, the phone had only some scratches on the temporary peel off screen so they told us that the exchange amount would reduce and so we were to pay some extra amount. They told as per the flipkart policy, the amount to be paid is 1150 which was truly shocking. They reduced the price from 2300 to 1150 just on the basis of some minute scratch. They were not at all ready to go with the original amount even though we clarified that it was just on the temporary screen card. Anyways we paid the extra amount. Later (after 3-4 hrs) when we checked the status of the order to complain, it was set as "delivered' and the "exchanged phone" as cancelled and it is written that "Item is cancelled.₹2200.0 paid by Cash On Delivery". We gave away the old phone and also some extra cash and it's written that the item was cancelled. This is to bring to the notice that those delivery boys took the extra money and phone with them and wrongly mentioned the status of the item. This is such a disturbing behavior coming from such reputed online shopping website. Not at all satisfied with the service. I expect to get my extra money back because neither there was any damage on the phone nor any scratches on the main body which clearly doesn't violates any "exchange policy". Hence i request the Flipkart Customer Care to kindly look into this matter and respond asap. If such behavior is there then i doubt i would not to be able to trust this website in future.

                I ordered one new 190 liter whirlpool with an exchange offer of my old working refrigerator without damages, no visible damages nothing but the delivery guy simply rejected without even looking . I think their primary goal is to reject the old one and get the additional money. For exchange we should only give new fridge then only they'll accept.

                  In orders realme 7 with exchange of my redme note7 pro. My phone was very much eligible as I check every detail become putting it on the exchange.
                  The delivery boy came and he was in very hurry. He check my phone there was no problem but later he said I want to check by putting it on the floor and he also removed my screen guard and put it on the floor and said it it doesn't blend. I don't even know about that and was not even mentioned on the description.
                  He was charging 3400 extra for that.
                  Then he cancelled my order and left.
                  Later I called a customer care services named shreya. I told her everything and she said I am filling complaints against that delivery boy and some other person will come to deliver your order. You will receive an update regarding this update in an hour. Then after 15-20hr I again called customer care as I didn't got any update. Then that other executive told me there is no complaint and the delivery boy decision is the last decision we can't do any thing on this.
                  My phone got format and they broke my Tempoured as well. Attached is the guidelines provide my flipkart for which my phone was very much eligible.

                    I have purchased iphone se 2020 for rs 25999 on flipkart on 16th oct then i cancelled the order immediately.

                    I had made a payment via ATM Debit card from State Bank Now, I expected the payment to be refunded . I had spoken to the customer care and they assured me the same. But when I check my flipkart account it shows the money was refunded on 19/10/2020. This is not true because the money has not been credited to my bank account. I have checked the bank statements repeatedly and no such money has been credited.
                    While i have gone through all the tricks sent by flipkart. Now tell me the next steps so i can get back my hard earned money.

                      This is taken on the 18th October 2020 Sunday
                      Which clearly shows that the sale OF LGG8X THINQ will start on the 20th October at 8pm which is a Tuesday

                      And just now I get a notification that the phone is sold out 1 hour before on 19th October Monday 2020

                      This is purely misleading and you are cheating and it shows the sale is fake and just for publicity

                      I demand an immediate reply on this as I was waiting to purchase this phone

                        First of all, you have delivered me a used defective and unsealed product which was packed with local cello tape. Since the date of purchase, I have made multiple calls, emails, complaints and raised tickets on your mobile application itself for replacement of the product with a genuine, defect free and sealed product. But only adding to your fraudulent intentions, you people are stretching the matter for no reasons and have also rejected the return request three times without giving me any proper reason. Every time I call you and raise a new complaint, you COMMIT TO wait for 72 hours for an update. Even after 72 hours nobody calls me up and the complaint is closed and rejected.

                        You have been making a fool out of me since last more than fifteen (15) days all together. After every hour you people are closing the complaint/issue/ticket from your side undercover without even letting me know.

                        Also you have accepted a replacement and dispatched the replacement two times till date since the last 10 days and both of the new shipments are being cancelled by you on your own without delivering and replacing which itself clarifies your fraudulent nature of making fools out of the customer by providing fake and false information to him.

                        As of today i.e. 19th October, again the shipment is being cancelled on your own without any reason.

                        I have also spoken to the warehouse manager of your EKART logistics located in SECTOR- 13 Vasundhara (Ghaziabad) (Uttar Pradesh), who's name is Mr. Amit on his mobile number - [protected], and he has straightaway refused to deliver and hand me over the new product and take the old product reciting the refusal reason as "TAG ID ISSUE" and also refused and expressed his inability to help me out in this concern saying that he cannot do anything and i have to call on customer care.

                        Have called more than 60 times on your helpline and they give me the same poem/story and pre drafted [censored] of raising a request and complaint again and again and nothing more than that.

                        I am literally fed up with all your oversmartness and fraud games being played here.

                        Therefore this is my last mail/complaint and intimation to you which should be addressed and solved within the next 48 working hours and I may be called and updated about the same too . otherwise i will be left with no other option than to lodge a legal complaint against this fraud that has been committed with me with all sufficient call recordings which has a proof in it with your changing and different statements everyday which are fake, application update screenshots, order fraud screenshots, cancellation and delay screenshots plus the used and cello tape packing product video, and furthermore i will file a legal case against you cheaters and claim for compensations under relevant section of IPC, for the fraud and harassment being done to me and that too in lakhs i will claim. Take this as a final warning from my side.

                          Ref to mentioned order id. I have ordered a phone with an exchange offer. But when Ekart wishmaster checked my phone which was supposed for exchange. He just rejected it saying that display is coming out. Which was actually not coming out. And the phone was perfectly ok.

                          I have placed order for whirpool washing machine 7 kg (X-change) with Whirlpool Washing machine .While enterig the details of the machine i entered as 6.5 kg instead of 7.5 kg.Your people came and refused exchange.
                          Again i ordered for whirlpool 8.5 kg with x-change offer.Your people came today .after inspecting the old machine he rejected with lame excuses in other words he was expecting new machine as exchange.in that why you are offering exchange offer .pl appoint competent people to deliver the machines. pl don't fake advertise .you people want to take ride on the people.

                              I bought order ID no. OD[protected]. Initially, Flipkart offered next day delivery and accordingly my order also reached the nearest hub to my house on the next day. Afterwards, rather than making a delivery attempt, Flipkart irrationally diverted to some other sorting center which was even further away from originating center. They have also changed delivery date from 17 Oct to 24 Oct (i.e. From next day to next week). Now I have a flight to catch on 23rd Oct, 2020 and innumerable calls, messages is falling to deaf ears of flipkart.

                                  I Placed an order on 24th for some grocery items for which an amount of Rs.1609/- deducted from my HDFC account. But unfortunately the items are not delivered. Even though the amount was deducted the order page is showing 'pending confirmation from the bank'. When i contacted the HDFC bank they confirmed successful transaction and the amount was credited to Flipkart. The transaction id being "[protected]". I complained many times to Flipkart Customer care, but no one gave resolution. Finally after many attempts i decided to write a letter to their Head office at Bangalore. I sent the Complaint letter thru "SPEED POST". The images of the same are attached. The letter was received by flipkart office on 03/10/2020 for which i have not received any answer till date. I hope i will get refund soon. Thanks in Advance.

                                  I received a phone call from Flipkart customer care asking me to send the bank statement for 1 and half month from the date of order. After going through the Bank statement i sent, they asked me to send my bank details for refund process and finally got my refund on 09/12/2020. Well it took 5 months for the resolution and I am happy that i got the refund. I feel my patience was paid. I had contacted the Customer Care many times and also updated my complaint here on this portal with relevant info regarding the order. Have patience it will be paid.

                                  as per the tele talk i had with Customer Care on 10/11/2020, I am attaching the statement showing no credit to my HDFC account of Rs.1609/-. This is for your info. The Customer care executive told my that normally the refund will be given within 8 working days from the date of complaint i.e 28/10/2020. Please proceed and resolve this issue.Thanks.

                                  ONCE AGAIN I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE AS I WAS NOT RECEIVING any response from here. But as usual they promised to resolve the complaint and asked me to sent the mail with Account statement from 24TH June 2020 to 15th of July 2020. I sent the mail to [protected]@filpkart.com ON 21st November 2020 attaching HDFC bank statement showing transactions from 24th June to 31st July2020. But simply i received MSG from customer care people that they are not able to locate the Order Id itself. Finally after 5 months they gave such an absurd answer "NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THE ORDER NO". Really i pity myself for giving so much of details but NO ONE is able to help in this regard. NOW I FEEL THAT I LOST 1609/- TO FILPKART and i have no other option left. I feel cheated by FLIPKART.
