Account got blocked on : 07/08/2020
Upon contacting flipkart, they told me,
1. Because i've returned too many products (This reason is baseless since i've returned only 3-4 products over a long period of time, out of 60 successful orders.)
2. I've given different names.
- okay i may have given different names since i wanted to deliver it to different addresses.
You can keep my account blocked but the money in it (In form of gift cards) i want that money since it's not yours and you've no right to keep it blocked. I request you to transfer the money to my bank account.
I've mailed them, called them, tried on twitter but they're giving me numerous invalid reasons for the money which i've on my account.
They're telling me to contact wohoo, qwikcilver who in short makes these gift cards, i tried contacting woohoo and qwikcilver they're claiming that they're not responsible for blocked gift cards. (They want me to contact flipkart for the same.)

When technician visits you should request him to let you talk to the senior technician the 2nd time he visits and tell him that they already came once and reset your device and you are facing same problem again.Don't let them reset the device without speaking to senior technician first and explaining your point.
The technician that visits will always call and ask senior technician on what to do regarding the issue, at that time ask him to speak with you.
Otherwise they will always try to reset your device and close the request.
They will always try to avoid their responsibility of approving.
I did this and my product was approved by them and replaced once.
But again i am facing same issue with replaced product and again i am going through the process again.
