First payment "failed", so i paid second time, and got the product. Bank has debited twice, and flipkart denies.
Bank has provided both payment details:
09/08/2020 — 1994 — ib[protected]

When i ordered, i received an email from [protected]@flipkart.com on 9th august. But when i complained about the double debit on 2nd september, i received an email that "the email id [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use". Cleverly, it does not give the new email id. The website does not provide any email id for complaints!
Email to owner, sachin bansal, too, is ignored.
This happens only when you buy small value product, so it seems to me that whoever is doing this is targeting small value orders in which the victim will not find it worthwhile to fight.
But i will fight and recover this small amount.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
