Actually, I had purchased marq 1.5 ton AC from flipkart along With extended warranty. But now during last 4-5 months i have bad problems with the cooling and technician from jeeves (official partner of flipkart) dint fix the issue.

Later, I logged complain to flipkart, jeeves people dint respond to them as well.

Lastly, they told me on call that we will provide you 70% Refund of your product amount and i had...

I have booked a flight to dubai from kochi on 18th july on flipkart by flydubai airlines. The airlines emailed me that the flight got cancelled and if i want refund please cancel the booking. I cancelled the bookimg and they put the cancellation request pending for 2 months and everytime i call they will say that it will be credited in seven days. They are cheating me. Its been months and they are teasing the whole community. I am sharing a screenshot of the cancellation bar of the flipkart. Booking id also mentioned on it. Please check it.

    Purchased mobile on launching first day paying 19999/- rs,
    After purchase got switched off twice and when files complaints technician visited and again same problem after 48 hr once again auto switched off.
    Flipkart is not taking responsibility and telling sellers and we told seller i[censored]r not responsible than why your selling mobile and taking money from us.
    We have our hard money and i cant take a product whos performance is not up to the mark as back panel getting vibration and getting up and down when pressing how third class product your selling taking 20000 from customer.
    And how consumer can know practically when taking product on launching day.
    So third class policy flipkart is having in own favour and totally against consumer.
    I want to return third class product you supplied as taken on launching day only and filed a request on same day why u should take faulty not having performance up to the mark by paying so much of my hard money.
    Why you didnt mentioned its faults if you dont want to take return.
    So third class company having self made own policies totally against consumer.
    Doing metal tortured by telling same thing again n again and sending technician again n again and erasing my data.
    So kindly help to tell them to take return of handset.

      Hi team.

      I have ordered green lekera backdrop refelctor from flipkart which is need to be delivered by 15 sep as it was showing whie tracking my order. But then the delivery timeline is changed.

      After talking to customer care they told me your order wil be delivered by tomorrow but now 3 day days completed and they are not sure about the delivery expected date.
      Product is not shipped yet they are only wasting my time.

        Kavindapadi flipkart office very worst service and rude behavior

        Product came to hub but not delivery to me asking tips and come office and collect the product very rude and worst behavior worst service
        Better gobi hub service is best compare to kavindapadi hub please give me service like as gobi...

        I am a flipkart plus customer and continuously shopping since 5 years. Every time they do have some problem with the order. Since yesterday onwards, they are doing some fresh and unknown business. Here is the details:
        1. There will be no details in the product page that the product is not available.
        2. You will add to cart and order the product by paying certain amount.
        3. They will deduct the money and cancel the product immediately.
        4. They will return the money after 9 days.
        5. You won’t get the product and money will be with them for investment to earn interest.
        6. The customer care team saying they have limited stock to full fill everyone needs. So here is the question, I am ordering for the first time and they are cancelling it then what are they doing with others.

        I tried to communicated with them several time but they are not responding correctly.

        I asked for seller policy where they mentioned the details and they did not share the details. One of their consumer call representatives used very bad language and communications was absolutely rough. Now clarify whether you will unblock me from these type of issues so that I can use my supercoins and leave from Flipkart forever.

        I have tried after 7 days and placed few new order and again the same issue was observed. All the products and orders are getting canceled with in fractions of second. What is the issue now? Am I blocked as I raised a complaint here?

          I purchased the marq by flipkart 20 l solo microwave oven (Mm720cxm-pm /mm720cxm-pmt, pearl white/white) on delivered on dec 09, 2019.
          Because of the extreamly poor built quality, the internal cavity is full of rust and coating falling apart in 9 months.
          I have attached invoice copy, pictures of the product condition.
          I have also attached the picture of my 3 yrs old ifb microwave (Silver) for comparison.
          I raised concern with marq warranty team, they raised 3 technical tickets to jeeves for technician visit.
          Technician clearly mentioned that there is no part replacement that can fix the issue.
          The whole microwave needs to be replaced for resolution.
          I kept on contacting marq warranty support and they create same technical ticket again and again and there is no resolution since 9th dec.
          I have attached my email communication with marq and the jeeves technician ticket screenshot mentioning rust issue cannot be fixed.
          I need this taken care of immediately as i am trying to get this done from 2nd september and on the 28th sept i am going out of station for 2 months and the warranty will run out in dec 20.

            A fraudulent act by flipkart.

            Attached is what i received.

            Issue:
            I have ordered 3 steel bottle but instead i have received one single plastic bottle. This is a case of fraud on your part where you have delivered wrong item.

            I have raised several request regarding replacement of product but every time replacement request is approved but delivery person always refuses to pick up the old item as well as refuses to deliver the new item. And suddenly every time replacement request gets cancelled automatically without any intimation. This is really a case of harassments to customer. Its now over my head as this issue is long pending.

            Please return the product now as i can't wait for the replacement anymore.
            Now don't say 7 days return period is over, when you are taking 10-12 days to replace and still don't deliver the item. Then automatically 7 days will be over.

              First payment "failed", so i paid second time, and got the product. Bank has debited twice, and flipkart denies.

              Bank has provided both payment details:
              09/08/2020 — 1994 — ib[protected]
              09/08/2020 — 1994 - ib[protected]

              When i ordered, i received an email from [protected]@flipkart.com on 9th august. But when i complained about the double debit on 2nd september, i received an email that "the email id [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use". Cleverly, it does not give the new email id. The website does not provide any email id for complaints!
              Email to owner, sachin bansal, too, is ignored.
              This happens only when you buy small value product, so it seems to me that whoever is doing this is targeting small value orders in which the victim will not find it worthwhile to fight.
              But i will fight and recover this small amount.

                Pay later payment penalty

                My account was blocked in august and i was not able to make payment of my paylater for august. I had raised the issue on 27th august and they had sent me the link on september 15. Almost 20 days later. I paid and after 3 days they are send me mails regarding 200rs due for penalty.
                Why should i pay for penalty, i have been contacting them on this matter from august 27 then why did they send me link on 15th september. Its flipkart's...

                I ordered 2 hynix ram on 20 aug 2020 but instead received only 1 ram that too a kingston ram rebranded as a hynix ram. When i raised the issue with flipkart they rejected my return request and blocked my account too. I have ben following up with flipkart from last 1 month but in vain. I am not getting any response from their end.

                  Hello team

                  I bought a new ac on 14 sep, 2020 worth 35, 999/- on flipkart. Flipkart sent the wrong product - different model by same company but worth is 2000 rs lesser - 33, 999. I have requested for the replacement but flipkart is not having stock of ordered product so i requested that i'll keep the delivered ac however kindly refund me the difference of the products which is 2000. Flipkart denied the request. After that i agreed and requested for the invoice of the ac so that i can claim for warranty in future. This ac is for my mother's bad health and doctor recommended her to keep in cool environment as the weather is humid.
                  So i decided to live with current product but i have right to get the invoice of the product being the consumer which flipkart is not fulfilling.
                  I am keep requesting the invoice of ac by calling and sending repeated emails to flipkart customer care but they are always giving me timeline of 24-48 hours everytime and now 5 days are passed.

                  I am being mentally harrassed now as it's costly product and warranty will only be provided if invoice is handy.
                  Kindly help.

                    Dear sir, i purchase a phone from flipkart on 10 sep it got deliverd in 13 sep from that day the phone screen is blinking, i placed a return request but every time they are cancelling my request my giving the reason issue solved after tenchisian visit, as i am facing the same problem again and again .Kindly plzz help me out i haved placed 4 times the request i am really fed up.

                              Purchased nokia tv 55 inch from flipkart on aug 13 th and it had backlight bleeding issue and went for a replacement. Replacement tv was installed in 20th aug and within few days is was not switching on.

                              Complaint raised and service engineer came on 7 th sep and did a software reset and installation. Again the tv never switched on and when i raised complaint, a service engineer came and confirmed the tv motherboard is not working. Am having pathetic experience with this tv and fed up calling flipkart and nokia for returning this tv. Nokia tv service centre is asking me to call flipkart for return and flipkart is saying seller policy is only 10 days and asking me to call nokia service centre. Am struggling with a product of poor quality and don’t want this anymore. Looks like flipkart is the seller if this brand and does not change the product now

                                  I got one product (Peter England half shirt) on 17th Sep 2020. It was smaller in size because of which I placed return. Initially it was showing, it will be picked up by 18th Sep but not picked up. Now it's showing 19th Sep 2020 and still now my product is not yet picked up. The dates are extending day by day. Customer care of Flipkart has been reached out many times but no actions taken. This is resulting in delaying my refund process.

                                  I want my product to be picked up ASAP so that I can receive my refund early.
