On September 8, 2020, I ordered Apple iPhone XR for 47, 500 rupees via Flipkart. The date of delivery was September 10, 2020. Today is September 15, 2020. It has been 5 days over the due delivery date. So, I tried to contact Flipkart via their chat option but to my disappointment there was no proper help from them. They do not have a proper online customer care service that can address outstanding issues of their customers. I have ordered several items from the Flipkart in the past and I never ran into any problem whatsoever, but now I have started to get apprehensive. Although, they have been in the Indian e-commerce market for several years now but they have not yet evolved enough to understand how to value a customer. I am not sure whether this product will be delivered at the said address or they will refund my money since everything is in the air at the moment. So, I am seriously considering to stop buying anything from them henceforth, and choose from the other available options in the Indian e-commerce market.
