Dear sir or madam:

I had changed the delivery address for the order od[protected] for finch fox chair from kolhapur pincode 416012 to mumbai 400093 within 24 hours of placing order. I received confirmation on this change of delivery address. I had also called customer care on 19sep 2020 and customer care person had confirmed change of address to mumbai 400093.

But today when i called customer care, i was informed that delivery will happen at kolhapur 416012. When i tried to cancel order the customer care person gave some lame excuse of technical issue so cancellation will happen later.

This is nonsense. Product is still with seller and has not shipped yet. Still i cannot change delivery address nor cancel the order.

Kindly cancel my order immediately failing which i will raise a chargeback request against flipkart with my credit card bank and also take legal action for failure of flipkart to honour the change in address or cancel order even though product hasn't shipped as of today.

Pls see attachments. I have recorded my conversation with flipkart customer care and will file consumer complaint for this nonsensical customer service.

    I ordered 3 mobiles from flipkart for me and my brotherd too. Suddenly flipkart blocked my account. I asked them but they said you ordered the product not for personal use.
    How could they said without any enquiry. I don't know how to pay my flipkart pay later amount.

      Dear flipkart,

      Pfa,.

      I am very very disappointed with your service.

      Since 20th sep, i'm following with your customer support agent via chat but no one giving correct update yet. Every buddy saying that wait for 24 hours from last three days.

      Still my order is not shipped and my delivery date also reached. Is flipkart is thinking customers are fool and they will agree, what ever your guys say.

      Don't do like this, customer will not wait for so long and they will move to another merchant, who is providing on-time delivery & reliable service.

      Now i need proper update from you guys and can't wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

                . Flipkart is cheating me and deceiving me. I bought a mixer grinder from flipkart company but got a plastic bucked and a stone inside the bucket. The parcel was sealed pack but inner packaging was tampered. Delivry boy said that he would not let u open the box without payment. I gave him payment but when i opened the box got a plastick bucked and stone. Flipkartand flipkart seller is cheating me. I filed a complaint in flipkart and also shared my aadhar document with the flipkart though flipkart paid no heed to my complaint and ate my money rs 3999. My complaint is true and i am furnishing my aadhar card photo to verify that my complaint is true

                    I had booked ticket from zagreb to new delhi. Unfortunately due to the lockdown flight (Turkish airlines) got canceled and i got the confirmation from airlines for the refund. Since then i have been chasing flipkart team but they didn't care at all about customer anymore. Each time they kept telling me that they are escalating the issue and have asked for confirmation from airlines. I even got the direct mail confirmation of refund to flipkart from airlines team with all the details but still they kept on hanging me for this.

                      I have booked ticket through flipkart for april 04, 2020. I was supposed to get refund but from last 1 month this flipkart mail support is giving me false hopes to wait for 7 days and subsequently 1 month passed... Tell me what to do

                      They have been asking me to wait for the past 6 months.. Trust me they are going to just sit tight and do nothing.. It's much better if you can directly file a case against them in consumer court..

                        I have purchased 02 (Two) no. Smitch wifi smart plug 16a (White colour) ordered on flipkart on 20th sep, 2020, order id-od[protected], amounting rs. 1194/-. I received the package from ekart logistics (Fmpp[protected]) by 22nd sep, 2020. When i open the box i found only 01 (One) item is present but the invoice is prepared for two items. Immediately contacted flipkart customer care, told them the fact. They assured either missing item will be sent or refund will be done. I received a message from flipkart that “ return request received: your return request for smitch... From your order with order id-od[protected] has been received. We will give you an update soon.” but on 23rd sep, 2020, i received another message “ return update: sorry the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for smitch... From your order with order id-od[protected]. Please check your email for more details.” i also received an email from flipkart that return request is rejected and closed. So, now if i want refund i have to return two items physically. How can i send two item where as i have received only one item and my return date is open till 29th sep. When i called flipkart they told to wait till 25th sep, but no update message received from flipkart regarding what step they are going to take.

                        One thing worthy to mention that the packing box in which the item is delivered has almost same width as of the item box. So the one side of the packing box is much inflated (Top-bottom) than other side (Top-bottom). If two items is sent then whole packing box would have been inflated (Top-bottom) unlike one side. So any one can easily understand that only one item is sent in that packing. I'm attaching some picture herein.

                        So please arrange to send the missing item or refund (Rs. 598/-) immediately.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

                              I am trying to exchange my phone motoe4 plus with moto g9. I am really surprise after seeing that flipkart is not verifying my imei number. After that i tried to catch some information regarding imei from another sources and i found www.imei.info for imei verification. I entered my imei number and it has shown up my product info correctly.

                              There is some database issue at flipkart end. It is not verifying the imei number correctly.

                                  Hi, my order for a compjter monitor from acer brand, which i ordered from flipkart was cancelled by mistake while i was trying to get some clarity on when the order was going to be delivered. It was being delayed without giving me a notice so i went to chatbot to understand the reason and get a suitable date. The order no. Is od[protected]. Please see if i can reinstate the order and if not atleast improve your horrible support system that wont let me call or chat with a human at all. Thank you.

                                    Full description of incident-i have ordered fastrack handbag for women from flipkart but i have received totally different product from my given ordered without any tag except brand name tag
                                    The bag which comes from flipkart is totally different so when i tried to return the product to the company but asked so many questions and after that they did cancelled to accept my return request after so many days..
                                    Sir /mam i attached everything along with this complaint
                                    I kindly request you to please take strong action against the flipkart and their customer service service provider
                                    They are only trying to fool common peoples in the face of online shopping service
                                    Having said that they were not fullfiled my request so i kindly request you to that please help me to refund my all the money which i have spent on that particular bag and help me to get my money back on my given account which i have mentioned on that site

                                      After 12 days o[censored]sage the laptop suddenly was booting up several times...

                                      Order id od[protected]. Replacement was requested on 20th september. It is stuck at return approved stage.. Tried calling them more than 100 times. Zero response.

                                      They have also completed the installation of the replaced ac which is even not delivered. Pathetic app, no response
