I am writing this content to register a complaint against flipkart . I have bought a mobile Motorola one fusion plus 5 days ago. I received the phone on 26th of september in 2020. Its only been 5 days and my phone automatically got switched off several times. its happens once a day at least .when i applied for the replacement flipkart sent me tech guys to check the phone but they only gave 10 minutes and said nothing is wrong but i am facing the problem. I have seen similar problems on the internet with other guys. I want flipkar to help me with replacement as soon as possible. The customer service center guys are only wasting my time and asking me to repeat the same process again, which will result in same way as before happened . my replacement date is only valid till 3rd of october .until then if my issue does not get resolved .I will be stuck with this faulty phone for forever which flipkart provided me. flipkart gave the replacement option even then they are not resolving my problem. I have asked for help with the customer care for last 3 days .but they are not of any help. please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Please don't trust Flipkart in any way. I am waiting for 45 days for refund. They will cancel all the return/refund/replacement requests one day before the deadline.

Check my complaint for proof.

Let's fight this out legally.

    I have contacted several times but till now my issue has not been resolved.
    Also lodged complaint at flipkart but they do nothing.

    They simply say that because of covid 19 it is taking time. You took time for about 10 days whereas u have promised to resolve the issue within 3 days.

    I request you to kindly deactivate / permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
    When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank of inr 60000.
    And this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score.
    So i have contacted bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dews if any and asked me to contact flipkart pay later to deactivate following which they will clear the loan immediately. I don't have any pending in flipkart paylater. So please close this

    So please kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

      I am unable to log in to my flipkart account.Everytime I tried to log in with otp it said "try again in a moment "and then"maximum log in attempt try again in 24 hours".This was my flipkart account was my plus membership account.I want my account back.

        Initially,
        Ordered:3 steel bottle
        Received:1 plastic bottle
        On replacement,
        Ordered:3 steel bottle
        Received:1 steel bottle

        Attached video proof as well but rejected the return request.

        I ordered 3 steel milton bottle for which initially i received 1 plastic bottle.
        Then raised replacement after raising so many request.
        Now, they have replacement the product.
        Now on opening the pack, i have received only 1 steel bottle instead of ordered 3 bottle.

        I have attached clear video proof for the order as well and requested to return the product and refund my money.

                They have blocked my account so I can not raise the return refund request for below items as it was delivered broken.

                So it means flipkart will not return defective items. What about my money? What should I do with broken home decor items?

                Is this my fault to send myself defective items? or this is your seller fault. Who is responsible for this?

                  Delivery scheduled between 08:00 AM - 02:00 PM on Sep 25 but not delivered. I called so many times but no use... now a days flipkart not giving value to customer's because they are felling that they already have customer's. very very bad service...no proper response...
                  after so many days of waiting as sad by flipkart, now simply telling us to cancel the order and re book it again..is this the correct way to treat customers. Anyway you are not going to care...

                    Hello,

                    I know this is a very old order but since last year i was trying to exchange Redmi Note 3 (purchased from flipkart) mobile to some other mobile in (Amazon, Xiaomi & Flipkart) but i was getting error (IMEI is not correct). Initially I could not figure out the error. I tried to exchange below mobile to multiple mobiles but getting the same error.

                    Then I thought let me check the invoice once. When I checked the invoice I found the IMEI number is different from the mobile IMEI number (which i got by dialing *#06#). Below IMEI number i am getting from mobile(Screenshot of that also attached)

                      I have ordered the Philips QT 4011/15 trimmer by Flipkart on 16 Sept 2020 and received the wrong product Philips QT 4001 on 20 Sept 2020. I have raised a concern to the Flipcart on the same day received the product. I am doing rising the return request from 20 Sept 2020, they are asking me to wait and wait.

                      Whenever I called the consumer service of Flipcart they are asking to wait and rejecting the return request.

                      I have attached the pictures related to this now. Flipcart is doing very bad with me, holding a big amount of me.

                      Please help me out, I hope, I will get some help here. I want a refund and return the wrong product that they delivered. Please take legal action against Flipcart for playing with customer emotion.

                          mai flipkart pay later ka bill kaise pay karu.. 5 October ko due date hai...mai login bhi nahi kr paa raha.. agar mai flipkart pay later ka bill pay karna chahta hu aur pay nahi kar paa raha aapko wajah se to ye penalty ki jimmedari kiski hogi.. customer care pe baat kro to kahte hai ki login kr ke kar lijiye..

                          how can i pay the if login is not possible ..

                          jimmedari kiski hogi.. block tum log kiye ho... penalty mai kyu bharunga???? pagal bna rhe...yaha se kahte ho ki bill pay kro..aur jb bill pay kro to show karta hai ki mai login nahi kr sakta...aur jb customer care se baat kro to kahte hain ki account operative hai ... aur jb mai mail krta hu to kahte ho ki login ni ho payega...mera bill ni bhara paya 5 ke baad to mai penalty nahi pay krunga...aur sidha fraud ke case me FIR karwaunga...ikdam pagal banana sikh gye ho customer ko...aur mai kisi farzee ke link se payment nahi karunga...mai jb login krunga flipkart pe tab jaakr mai pay krunga
                          .kyu ki mai kisi bhi link pe trust nahi kr sakta...mujhe unblock kro...mujhe flipkart pay later ka bill pay karna hai...

I want to return it as its jack isn't compatible(not going fully in the 3.5mm Jack) and the sound is low, that's why I want to return and get a refund for it.                               Dear Sir / Madam,

                              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Home and Garden

                              The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered a Mosquito Repellent Racquet on the 29th of August for a brand WDK 3152 (Attached) . I was delivered a racquet of a different brand- AK 313 (Attached ) and of a much inferior quality, on the 5th of September . I asked for a replacement with the right racquet . I was assured that by 13th of September, I would get the replacement . On 13th, the date was moved to the 20th of September, for no apparent reason . I had many calls and noted exchanged with the Flip-kart representatives ( Attached ). Finally, a Representative named, Priya talked to me on the 21st of September, and asked me to cancel the Order which I refused and asked for the delivery of the product . She assured me that the issue would be resolved in the next 48 hours . But, when I went to the Order, I saw that the comment "Issue has already been resolved " was written and my option to write further notes, was disabled . Now, I am stuck with the wrong product which has neither been replaced nor refunded .

                              It occurred on: 21/09/2020

                              i) They should deliver the right product immediately .
                              ii) The Customer Care Representatives should genuinely try to help the Customers.
                              iii) Such Sellers should be pulled up for damaging the reputation of Flip kart and for causing so much harassment to the Customer.
                              iv) Explanation should be asked from them as to why a wrong product was delivered in the first place .
                              v) There can be no compensation for the mental harassment and inordinate delay . It should be ensured that it is not repeated .

                              I look forward to a prompt resolution on this matter.

                              I am still awaiting a resolution from Flipkart . It is a simple resolution but I am not sure why it is taking so many days . The proof has been provided . And, the first thing to be done is to provide the right product . Rest can follow in terms of corrective steps. This be looked into . Again, I have a strong feeling that there is no intention on the part of Flipkart to resolve this as they have been getting away with such issues without any challenges or punitive action .

                              They will cancel the requests without any reason.

                                and the delivery date will be on 26th September 20. On the 26th evening I got a message that ‘the product has been delayed and it will be delivered in the next 2-3 days till 30th September 20, after the waiting period I have received another email that ‘Your product has been delayed and it will be reached by 2nd October 20. and today I got new date that 5th oct 20

                                    Hi,
                                    On September 10, 2020, I placed an order for an Apple AirPods Pro through Flipkart.com and it was delivered on September 12, 2020. I had also ordered an Apple iPhone XR before. Both these products were ordered for my wife as a gift for her birthday. Shockingly, the AirPods Pro was not an authentic Apple product but some sorts of local and cheaply made fake AirPods, however, they were nicely packed in an Apple AirPods Pro hardcover (please see attachments). Ever since, I contacted Flipkart several times via online messaging available on their website and reported this issue with the photos(see attachments) as proof. In return, from September 18, 2020 with all the cosmetic apology e-mails, they kept on giving me assurance via online reply messages that Flipkart had taken notice of my issue and the matter will be resolved soon. Please see their message below:

                                    "We will contact you within 72 hrs to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy. Refund of ₹XYZ amount will be added to your original payment mode within 2 business days(Bank holidays not included) after pick up is completed."

                                    Every time, I contact Flipkart they keep on extending the date by which this matter will be resolved and refund initiated, making me frustrated with this behavior. I have therefore decided to take a legal action against Flipkart. I wanted to promote their business but they just don't care. They do not respect and value their customers.
