I've ordered LG 49 inch smart TV (order ID : OD[protected] on Aug 5th and got delivered on Aug 7th. It was noticed that I've received a defective product during installation. LG technician also confirmed and took a photo copy, sent to his superior.

So we placed a return request on same day (Aug 8th), but it got rejected. When I contact the customer care they told due to "technical issue" your request got rejected....

I have created Flipkart account few years back with a mobile number. Few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change...

Flipkart E-Gift Voucher Expiry

I am carrying one Flipkart E-Gift voucher worth Rs. 5, 000. But I missed to track the expiry date of the same and it got expired on 17th July 2020

I need to get this expiry date re-validated so that I will not lose that amount...

Unable to reset my Flipkart account password

Unable to reset my flipkart account password as i forgot my last password.
Tried forgot password process with different platform but got the same error - "unable to process request. Please retry."
And also tried with laptop, desktop version flipkart site but the issue still persistant, also tried with different browser but still showing error.
In mobile app, no option available to reset password.

Flipkart Not deliver item as they promised

I've ordered "Realme 6 Pro" phone with Flipkart.com on 12th August. I paid online in when ordering. During the payment, they mentioned the shipping period as 5-7 days. Today the date is 20th August. Till now i didn't received the product and even they are not responding.

Really i was so frustrate with their service and customer care.

Flipkart providing very worst services and customer care....

Haven't received my order

The status was made as product delivered on 13th august
I am writing this letter today (19th august)

I haven't received my product still

The delhivery courier service has reported the product as delivered eventhough i haven't received it yetbr...

Flipkart sent me wrong/cheaper Product and reluctant to replace even after multiple requests

On 9th august 2020, during flipkart sale, i have ordered motorola 109 (43inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart android tv (43sauhdm).

On 14th august the wrong & cheaper model with lower specifications of motorola 107.6 (43inch) fhd (Not 4k) tv (43safhdm) got delivered.

ordered 4k tv, flipkart sent me wrong/cheaper version tv

Tickets refund

I had booked 3 tickets for 25th July 2020 it was Air India flight from kolkata to Mumbai. Air India suddenly cancelled their flight and therefore I had asked flipkart to give me my full refund but till today 19 aug 2020 I have not got my refund yet. I have been mailing and calling up flipkart travel but still no help. This is pending since 20th July. If the airline has cancelled their flight then why should we suffer....

Amount debited from account but order was not placed and refund not credited

I have tried to book mobile phone in flash sale at flipkart on 8th Aug 2020 . order not got placed at the same time amount debited from bank.
So i started followup with Flipkart, they said within 8 days it will refund back.
mean time i have submitted payment transfer details along with google pay credit receipt, which clearly shows amount credited to flipkart.

But after 8th day they are replied as order number...
