This is Ravi Kumar having a flipkart account with +917*******3 & s*****[protected]@gmail.com. My account got blocked by flipkart on 27Aug20 for raising multiple return or refund requests.
I had raised 3 4 times a return request for one product only (Undergarment, Like - Order placed on Aug 24, 2020, Order ID OD[protected].
First time, placed an order on flipkart with seller JockeyIndia (Page Industries) and got different size o[censored]ndergarment (We did not have photos of that order as we do not know we should take photos of all the products before raising the request). After returning the item again got the same size. We thought JockeyIndia (Page Industries) people can not read and see the order size and return requested reason so it's better to ask them for a refund. So we asked them for a refund then we got a mail from flipkart to share the photos and my personal details, after this we called flipkart and told it is unacceptable and ridiculous but as we do not have option we shared all the details (two seperate emails on Aug 21, 2020, 4:39 PM (6 days ago)) and got the refund.
Again we thought to place an order with a different seller so this time we placed an order from seller RetailNet. This time also got three different sizes o[censored]ndergarments (photos are attached). We again started to raise the refund request as we thought SELLER SE NA HO PAYEGA (Seller can not send proper size). But when we tried to raise a refund request 27Aug20 morning for 2nd order o[censored]ndergarment, our account got blocked by Flipkart.
After this i again spoke to flipkart customer care today morning and asked for the reason for blocking our account but told we will get an email regarding this then we can send our concern. From then we were waiting for the Flipkart email but did not get it yet.
We want a proper reason for blocking our account. Why and how flipkart has blocked our account. Without checking the facts with us and with the seller how Flipkart has decided who is default and whose accounts should be blocked.
It's harassment of customers. Whoever has made this rule/term and conditions i think he has to sell tea/pan/cigarette outside the flipkart office as he does not know anything. I think I can do better than them(him/her).
The support team always sends scripted replies so hoping to get a reply soon from some sensible/responsible person.
After this whatever item i got from flipkart all are defective, regarding this i sent lots of mail as my account was blocked i can not raise any request from my account, nothing has been done from them yet. Photos are attached too.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
