Hi, i want to exchange my old phone for my new phone which i'll buy from flipkart. However, when i enter the imei number of my old phone it show that the imei number is not correct, i have rechecked the number multiple times and have contacted the customer service also but there has been no solution yet. I urgently want a solution for the same as i have to place the order tomorrow.

    I had ordered a Realme Narzo 10a mobile on 18 September 2020 in a flash sale but my order was not successfully placed and amount of Rs 9999 got
    already deducted from my bank account .

      I ordered 9 rack book shelf worth 1466/- but I received only 3rack shelf. I make a return request regarding this but return request is not working as the window shows .. something went wrong please try again.. I raised a complaint regarding this but flipkart customer care didn't respond properly..keeping me in hold and simply telling that I will get a call from them on so and so date but till now I didn't received any call from them. I raised a complaint and called them more than ten times..but same conversation is repeating and no progress on my issues.

        Hi,

        I had got a new washing machine with the order id od[protected] with the exchange of my old samsung washing machine. The old machine was picked up by flipkart yesterday morning after the verifications.. Yesterday evening, they called me and updated that the old machine cannot be accepted and the exchange amount rs. 2800 should be paid and they would send my old machine back. Why is the product once checked and taken is told to be not accepted?

        Today morning, the delivery team came my home and collected rs. 2800 without giving any bill to me. I have called customer care and with their confirmation gave the amount.. And as i did not have space in my balcony to keep both the machines i told them to keep my old machine with them.
        So i need to get a confirmation on the below points
        1. After verification only your team has collected the product and after collecting the product why telling different issues?
        2. While collecting the remaining amount why a bill or confirmation note not giving to the customer for that amount?.
        3. Now i have paid the exchange value 2800 so i need to get the revised bill for the product.

        After sending a mail to flipkart cusomter care asking for a revised bill on Sep11 th - till date no reply. We have called customer care multiple times and they have mentioned as due to some technical issue the total amount is not getting updated in the system. Today it is 23-Sep. How long it will take to update the total amount and get the revised bill for the amount we paid for the washing machine?Order ID: OD[protected]

        Last week we got a call from Flipkart CS and we have explained all the issues we faced in detail to them. The executive mentioned as she will revert back to us soon with the solution. And day before yesterday[protected] also we have received a call from Flipkart support and again we have explained all the issues we faced in detail. She mentioned as she has contacted the delivery team and they mentioned as they have not collected the exchange value 2800 Rs from us. The very same day when they came here to collect the money after calling the Flipkart customer care executive and she also talked to those guys and after that only we have given 2800 Rs . to them. You can check the call history if needed for all the details. So from a cusomter point of view we have given our old machine also and full amount of new machine as well. We are looking for a consolidated bill for the total amount we paid . On that confirmation only we have given the money your delivery boys. Your customer executive and delivery boys mentioned as after paying the exchange value the amount will get reflected in total bill within 2 days. Still it is not reflecting in your system and every week we are getting one one call from your team and the issue is not getting resolved . WE ARE LOKKING FOR THE REVISED BILL FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT WE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

We did not get the revised bill / the proposed solution by your team as the 2800 will update back to by cart - not yet updated to cart as well . WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE REVISED BILL FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT WE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. Looking for a solution from your side at the earliest

        It seems as still the issue is not resolved and today again we got a call from Flipkart support team and they told us to wait again for another 48 hours for a resolution. We have only asked for the revised bill for the amount we paid for the product, but Flipkart only mentioned that as the delivery boys collected the money in in cash, it is not possible to give the consolidated bill now, instead flipkart will update a gift coupon worth 2800 Rs and update in our Flipkart account. But Last few weeks no action has been taken..… .every week one of your support member will call and will tell us in another 48 hours gift coupon will get updated in our account and they will give a confirmation call and then will close our complaint. Again today also the similar call we got asking to wait for another 48 hours and they will get back with the solution. Could you please see let us know how long it will take from your side for the resolution ? Really a bad customer experience .

        We have received the gift coupons work Rs.2700 from Flipkart and Thank you for your support.
        We have one suggestion in handling the exchange amount by cash by flipkart delivery boys - which we have already suggested to your executives who has assisted in resolving this issue. Please arrange for a written bill book or for an online payment through paytm/google pay kind of mode to a Flipkart account directly for the exchange value which the executives find for the exchange product value less than the quoted price. It will be better than collecting via cash and following up later. If you implement this, both customers and flipkart will have a proof for the exchange amount collected at a later point from the customer. Hope you will consider the suggestion. Closing the complaint. Thanks again for your support.
        Customer care executive contacted us and confirmed that the revised bill get updated with in 48 hours. Still the old bill is reflecting in the site. Could you please address this issue and provide us with the total bill of this product asap.

          I want to exchange my smartphone (Moto c plus with imei - [protected]) at flipkart but the error says "imei number does not match with motorola moto c plus". I bought this phone from flipkart itself (See attahed invoice) but some how imei is not varigying on exchange. Kindly resolve.

            Firstly flipkart is trying to cheat customers using fake listings.
            I placed my order and the customer executing assured me ill receive that and the listing is genuine. The next day they cancelled the order and initiated the refund on 19th sept, 2020. Its been a week i have not received my refund. Today after contacting them again, they are saying wait till 1 oct, after that they will look into the matter.

            Why i will wait 15 days just to receive a refund?

            Even they are not providing me any refund reference number.

            After arguing with them 2-3 times, they agreed that the refund was not initiated and immediately transferred the money on 23rd Sept. in the morning. In the bank statement, it's showing " BULK POSTING 0000XXXXXXXXX Flipkart " . Shame on flipkart. They are getting worst day by day. Amazon is best. When they make a promise, they keep it. My suggation would be always prioritize Amazon over Flipkart. Even Amazon Customer Service is way more better than Amazon.

              I ordered laptop lenovo with exchange offer with my existing samsung laptop, od[protected]

              One person come to my home checking the laptop and he saw there was a very minor crack in the corner of laptop. (Picture attached). He said this laptop cannot be exchanged as per policy.

              I told him the exchange policy says this: the laptop exchange leading to rejection based on below conditions:

              Brand is different from what is mentioned.
              Serial number does not match with label at the back of the laptop or the original invoice or on typing "wmic bios get serial number".
              Laptop processor is different from what is mentioned.
              Laptop does not switch on or it is locked
              📌 note: in case your laptop does not match the conditions, you can pay the difference amount to get your order.

              He just left the house without offering any other option.
              This is clear cheating case.
              Everyone should be aware of this cheating case.

              Now they say they will refund etc.. But this is against the policy and clear case of fraud.

                    Too much attempts try to login after 24 hours

                    I forgot my flipkart password so i tried to log in too much times, after a while it says that maximum login attempts reached try after 24 hrs. But i need to place an order urgently. So look after my issue. I made the account through my phone number and i did not registered my email in it.

                    I placed an order of the mentioned product on 17th feb 2020 and got it delivered on 20th feb 2020 with order id - od[protected], but there was an invoice issue with the product as imei number wasn't mentioned in the invoice. I was following up with flipkart, but there was no proper response from their customer care team.
                    Then i started putting up tweets and posts on social media and their social media team got in touch with me. They informed me to place a new order of the same product and will pick up and refund the amount of the old product and also will arrange for difference amount credit since there was price difference in the product value while placing new order. And then i placed the new order - od[protected] basis their confirmation on mail on 9th sep 2020 and got it delivered on 11th sep 2020. Then i informed them on mail and calls. But since then there has been no update or response from their end till now on my issue even after my confirmation on mail that i placed the new order basis flipkart's confirmation on mail to place the new order and the refund of product and the difference amount (Attached screenshots).

                    And, regarding the issue despite their team confirmation that the previous iphone 11 pick up and refund details would be shared to me once i confirm them that the new product is delivered (Which i already did several times) and also about the difference amount of both the products (New mrp-previous mrp) would also be credited back as the ordered price of the new iphone 11 which i had ordered basis their confirmation on mail was higher than the previous one's mrp.

                    There is no revert from your end. When are you going to revert? After I go bankrupt or my credit score would go for a toss due to your stupid or irresponsible actions.
                    Stop fooling people by posting the same thing everytime everywhere and playing with people's minds.
                    Yours is one of the worst, disgusting, pathetic and a terrible customer service which I had till now and I am not going to tolerate all this as your actions are creating a mental harassment over me now.
                    Why has your team asked for the bank account details two days back and not actioned anything further on it till now even though when I provided all the required details the same day. Is it just to maintain database and sell it further?
                    Seriously pathetic, insane and disgusting!!
                    Kindly act now immediately and resolve my issue on priority by arranging the pick up and refund of the product and the difference amount credit as well as promised by you, or else I will be forced to take further legal action and sue your company for the fake commitments you gave and the mental torture or harassment you are making me go through by not providing a proper resolution.

                          Seller is rejecting return request after delivering wrong item

                          Seller has delivered a wrong item and upon raising a return request I was asked to share my personal identification details giving them consent to use it for their purpose (screenshot attached).
                          Post which I wrote to Filpkart requesting details on why person details is required for a return request but Flipkart didn't respond and seller has rejected my return request twice stating that I've not shared requested details with seller...

                          I have bought a 55 inch motorola tv exchanging with my old tv. Now flipkart has no clue on installation, they just keep on telling wait for another 48hrs from past 3 days.

                          When i want to return tv they are not accepting it and not installing it, and no tv at home.

                          This is literally harassment

                                I returned my mobile on 17/9/20 and refund maximum date was 18/9/20 and after complaining continual i got next date for solutions and now waiting for 5 days still the solution is no where to get
                                Just for 5 minutes refund transaction processing flipkart taken five days and still refund not provided as per the govt. Policy flipkart violating the policy

                                And after contacting in email and customer care number still the refund not provided within 24, 48, 72 hours it's more than five days

                                The given timeline continuously extending everything having the limit and as per the govt policy flipkart violating the limit

                                It's last request from my side to provide the refund and not create the mental pressure on me

                                    I booked my flight (3times) on flipkart

                                    Booking id ff[protected] on march 7 under the name litho thonger.
                                    My flight was canceled due to a pandemic. If you can kindly refund my money and canceled my booking as fast as possible.
