I got one product (Peter England half shirt) on 17th Sep 2020. It was smaller in size because of which I placed return. Initially it was showing, it will be picked up by 18th Sep but not picked up. Now it's showing 19th Sep 2020 and still now my product is not yet picked up. The dates are extending day by day. Customer care of Flipkart has been reached out many times but no actions taken. This is resulting in delaying my refund process.

I want my product to be picked up ASAP so that I can receive my refund early.

Please highlight my issue as I have never faced this type of return service. I am using flipkart for more than 2years and being a Plus member, I don't expect this type of service.

    I ordered a product from Flipkart last month on the 9th of Aug 2020 by using Flipkart paylater as a payment option and it showed me the expected delivery date of 22nd Aug 2020 but it never arrived on the specified date. Then after waiting for some days, I tried connecting to their customer service and they gave me a date and told me to wait for the product and again after exceeding the date given by them I again tried connecting them and like this, I talked to several of them and they only gave me date and hope but at last I had to cancel my product because I used paylater option my bill was generated on Septemeber and I had to pay the amount of Aug which included the product I never received they made me pay for the product the full amount and they told me to wait for the refund on 10th September I paid the number of rupees 2069 it included one other product (Photo Album) Ireceived it before delivery date I ordered along with the product (Non stick Prestige Kadhai) but the Kadhai I never got. Neither my 1320 rupees. I want my 1320 rupees back in the place for kadhai which Flipkart never gave it to me and for which I had to pay. This is my hard earned money. Now FLIPKART'S CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE NOT EVEN CALLING ME BACK.

      I have paid two times for same product.. One by upi and other by cash.. They said that upi payment will be refunded but no refund is made by flipkart yet.. They are only taking extra time and providing no support and update.. Kindly help to get me my money... Thanks...

      Sad thing is they are closing my issue again and again without providing me any update or refund...

        Every time i call flipkart call center for refund amount they send me a link through text message and email to update bank account details, but when i click that link, i get redirected to a flipkart page saying.
        "something went wrong"
        So i am not unable to update my details, kindly look after this matter as this money means a lot to me.

          Hi friends,

          I purchased Hot start premium subscription plan from flipkart @99, which is worth 1499 rs.

          Later may people purchased as this as super deal.

          Now they are saying like due to error in application this happened and they cancelled the order after 24 hours will refund in 48hours. This I came to after looking for status of my order for promo code to activate hot star.
          Here once super comedy thing is I contacted customer care support for this and they reply is highlight "please wait for some time after 24hours from the order placed you will receive activation promo code". This what the knowledge if the flipkart customer care support.

          Now I have one question to flipkart this kind errors will come in the big sales or some sellers will keep these kind of fake things only in the promotion time.

          Last year 25k Vu tv offered for 2500 rs and refunded to customer this fake promotion sorry for the inconvenience caused we are refund as flipkart voucher worth 2500rs

          Before that one plus mobile for 1rupee and one plus tweeted that one plus mobile are Amazon dedicated, no such colabration with flipkart. Then in that big billion day sale started with in fraction on seconds the mobile shown out of stock, now message came from any customer like I received one plus mobile.

          So I want to conclude that flipkart is making customers as fools intentionally. If this happen due system error they can give this premium for 99rs as compensation as this million turn over company, and that will be remembered so this kind of issues will not happen. But here Flipkart is doing this intentionally to increase they sales and refunding flipkart vouchers like for Vu tv...etc

          So final tag like buying from Flipkart is like sending money to Vallakat.

            Most of the spf claims are rejected even after giving video/images as proof o[censored]sed/scratched/damaged product received it return. Also no proper detail explanation is given for rejection. Even if somehow claim is approved, net amount received is very less. For example: for a item having selling price of rs. 3625, net amount received is rs. 80.16 only.

                  I bought from flipkart a smartphone "i call 1000". On 31 may they delivered to me a telephone totally out of order. I
                  Called many times flipkart but they make only fun of me. Desperate now i want to try to repair it. Do you know if there is in goa a center were i can bring the telephone, and not pay anything because is still in guarantee?

                    I purchased this product costs 1799. This was showing 7 days return policy. but now it has been changed to no return.

                    Now the issue is ... I have seen product in described image, They send internal sata m2. drive. I am looking for 2.5 inch ssd drive as shown in product image.

                      What happened in my order no- od[protected] , my order marked as delivered at your co master, but i did not got shipment of my i phone se 64 gb and a complaint filed on 02, 09, 2020 but till date i did not get any solution of my problem regarding the order i had placed. I had contact flipkart customer care service on daily basis but there was no positive response from the customer service. They are just giving assurance about resolving the problem but on ground reality nothing is happening. The flipkart customer service had given assurance that my problem will be solved as on date 08.09.2020 but after contacting them on 07. Sept 20, they have informed that i have to wait till 12 sep'20 regarding this problem then 17 sept'2020 and now 21sept. I have already paid the amount rs.35999/- for this order and also paying the emi to the bank. Why this type of harassment is going on regarding this order?. It is requested to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          HTC Trimmer Warranty Details mismatch

                          I have bought HTC AT 522 rechargeable trimmer from JMD International seller through flipkart on Sunday 6-9-20. In flipkart that product showing 1 year warranty but i have received the product and in that packing had warranty card, in that written in half a year from the purchase.
                          After i raised a compliant they had accepting the replacement of the product, and i confirmed with the executive, that is replacement has to come with one...

                          On[protected] i selected and purchased a product (Puma flex essential running shoes size 11) order id: od[protected], from my registered flipkart id and paid the total amount of rupees 962 for the product while purchasing itself.
                          2. On[protected] i received the item parcel wrong from flipkart other than which i was selected, received a wrong puma alacrity shoes size 9 with a different colour also. I don't like it because it's the wrong size and i will not be able to wear it, and i'm not interested in using the product.
                          3. From the day i received the product i am raising the return and refund request through email, flipkart app, and by phone also. But all my requests are being rejected by the seller and flipkart team.
                          4. Flipkart is asking and forcing me to give consent and my personal confidential documents (Aadhar card, pan card) scanned copies to get my return request accepted.
                          5. As a normal common man, i was also worried about my confidential documents. I don't want to misuse my personal information by giving to flipkart or other third parties. Because of this issue till now they are harassing me by rejecting my return requests and not giving refund or replacement also. 6. One thing i want to know is, if the sellers and flipkart have delivered wrong products to me (Customer), why are these people asking customers confidential documents for their own mistakes and faults?
                          7. Why should a customer need to give his aadhar card or pan card for returning the wrong products? I was really fed up with this issue and wasting time and painful moments losing patience because of neglecting behaviour of flipkart. Thank you.

                          Note - flipkart can't ask for your personal information if you're not lending any money from them according to the uidai.
                          (The unique identification authority of india (Uidai) on monday cautioned e-commerce companies such e-bay, flipkart, amazon etc not to allow their merchants to collect aadhaar information from general public for printing aadhaar card. “collecting such information or unauthorized printing of aadhaar card or aiding such persons in any manner may amount to a criminal offence punishable with imprisonment under indian penal code, ” says a ministry of communication and information technology release.) it reads.

                            I have been asking for return of the product that was delivered to me on 9th September as I have recieved a damaged and rotten product. Fungus is present to the packing and product. No brand name available on the product due to which my pickup is rejected. Your wish masters suck. Everytime I ask the customer executives to provide me a solution, all I get is another date for resolution. I will file a case against you of cheating and mental harassment.

                                I ordered 4 gymplates but received only 3. I filed a replacement request which got accepted. However, the delivery boy who came with the replacement didn't accept it because he was ordered to accept 4 gym plates from my end. I clearly mentioned that I received 3 instead of 4 but still he didn't replace. Kindly help me regarding the issue.

                                Hi I also have similar issue. My product is damaged and rotten. Also, there is no brand label available due to which delivery executive has rejected the pickup as he wants a brand label on the product.

                                  My name is yateesh kumar. My issue is that i have ordered realme earphones from flipkart in which i got damaged products. After that i returned that parcel they told me they will do replacement but after 2 days i got message that replacement was cancelled by seller they will do refund i waited the estimate date of refund was till 21st aug, 2020 then they told refund has been intiated by seller wait till sept 2, 2020 till now i have not received money. When i complain to bank they are telling contact to flipkart when i am complaining to flipkart they are telling contact to bank. So atlast no body is helping sir. The amount i have to get is rs 849. The flipkart had given me reference number i. E.,[protected]. So i want to investigate this issue. Kindly help.

                                  They are telling to contact SBI but bank is telling me that we can't help in this issues if seller is telling that he had refunded means bank statement it will show but it is not showing means seller has not credited money in your account.

                                    Hi everyone,
                                    This is my second complaint about flipkart. On september 10, 2020, i ordered apple airpods pro worth 21, 299 rupees and they were delivered on september 12, 2020. I had also reordered iphone xr which arrived today. These all items we're actually a birthday gift for my wife. Surprisingly and shockingly, when unboxing the airpods, they were fake, dirty, used airpods (Please see pictures attached), nicely packed in an apple airpods pro box. Slowly, i am losing my patience with flipkart. I have told my wife to file the police complaint at a local police station about cheating and fraud. How disappointing could it get, we all work hard to earn money, and then when we spent it to buy stuff from an indian company to promote indian business instead of chinese, they cheat us with fake and used stuff. Why? I will take action against them. This is unethical and shakes customers' confidence.

                                      Paid payment already but still getting payment yet not confirmed from bank

                                      I have ordered for 4 items from Flipkart at 3:10 am on 18th September 2020 and did paid through my paytm wallet. The amount of the 4 items has been deducted from my paytm wallet but they are showing there is no confirmation. I did talk with customer care but she told that I must write to paytm but the point is paytm has transferred payment to flipkart already but still my order has not be approved as well as cancelled. I would like to get...
