    Please never buy any product from flipkart. I feel so much cheated.
    I ordered hitachi 1.5 ton window ac from flipkart. It is mentioned on the installation details that wooden frame is included in standard installation, due to which my installation was cancelled, later they said it was a mistake and they can't do anything.
    After that i requested them to get it installed, but they kept delaying it for more than 10 days even after repeated follow-ups and complaint from my side.
    Finally i myself contacted hitachi and requested them to contact me, when the technician opened the box, it was found to be damaged, he even mentioned this on the job-sheet.
    I requested flipkart to give me replacement, they said they can;t give replacement as its been more than 10 days post delivery, but on their website they mention replacement is valid till 10 days of installation, and i raised the complaint on first day of installation.
    So first they made sure installation is delayed more than 10 days, when i myself contacted brand to get it installed, they denied to replace the damaged product.
    They are just delaying my requests from 15 days and always asking me to wait more.
    I feel so cheated and robbed, i request you all never ever buy anything from flipkart ever again.

    Such a bad behavior from your customer support..I was assured that since return is valid till 10 days of installation, they will replace it and will contact me for the same, but my complaints have been marked resolved without any resolution..they didn't even tried contacting me..and now my number seems to be blocked..overtime i call flip kart i get a response that all executives are busy..such a bad serivce guys..i have all proofs video, job sheet, screenshot..no help is being done..after selling the product they just leave it on customers fate..my product was defected and i have proofs then also they are just ignoring my replacement request..and closing the ticket without any resolution..everyone can see in image..I repeat guys never ever buy anything from flipkart..and flipkart I promise you guys I'll take u to the court if this thing is not resolved...

    Just look at this guys..till now no response from Flipkart..I have done a very big mistake shopping from flipkart..even after having all the genuine proofs and job sheet..my requests are just being ignored..

      Order pending. payment not yet confirmed from the bank

      I was booking realme 6 phone and using card to do the payment
      Payment was done and cash was debited from my account. But the poratl didnt go throug and order was not done
      When i look into my order section it says order pending and payment yet to confirm from bank
      What will i do when i will get a refund how can i cancel it...

      Ordered a phone and guaranteed delivery by 6/14/2020. Till now no sign and no updates of my product. Really disappointed this time.

      See attached screenshot

      Product received at dadri flipkart facility on 13 june 2020 8:48am.

      Then again product was dispatched to new delhi @ bamnoli sort center on same day 10:49 am.

      Even i have asked flipkart team for product current status but asusal they are also unaware about my product shipment details. After 13 june 2020 even they don't have any update or information related to my product.

      Yet waiting for their updated.

      3 days past the delivery date and the order isn't delivered yet. No contact no.to enquire about the status of the order..downright pathetic!!.
      Even there customer support is not aware of product current status.

          I am unable to change my mobile number linked to the flipkart account.
          On applying for the change i am prompted to enter otp from both numbers (Old and new) for obvious security reasons but my old number is lost and thus the account is stuck with the old number

                We have taken onida 23 l air fryer convection oven from flipkart.
                Its has been delivered on 12th of this month. They had given date of 16th of this month for installation and demo but now got a message that installation had been cancelled. Without any information how can they cancel and till now we didnt even got a call from demo person. Is this way flipkart will behave with customers need immediate response.

                  I have placed an order with Flipkart dated 26th May 2020 and made a payment for Rs 1859. Before placing the order the item which is for home gym combo was being shown as available order id - OD[protected] As per the customer care it was packed on 20th May and was shipped on 28th May, delivery was expected on 8th June 2020. On 8th June I called the customer care and they informed that by latest 12th June we will receive the same, on 12th June we called they said they have sent mail to the logistic department and the delivery will be received within 48hrs. Today, when I called again, I was informed that the product is at your location, when I asked them to give me the address so that I can pick up but he was unable to trace the loacation and told it has been dispatched through blue dart vide consignment number [protected]. till now I have not received the same.

                        wrong and damaged tv delivered

                        In reference to the order id - od[protected], i have ordered a lg tv (32inch) and it got delivered on 7-6-2020. A lg technician came on 8-6-2020 and found that instead of lg tv, old aiwa tv with broken screen is delivered. I immediately placed the request of replacement. I have been trying to reach flipkart customer care team and they keep on giving us new dates of replacement but so far no action has been taken. I request you kindly...

                        Hi, i ordered my poco x2 on 6th june and expected to deliver on 8th june but it did not, after that they gave me a re promised date but again they did not deliver it, i talked with the customer support several times but they only said please be patience we are working. My product is in bangalore from 7th june but till now i did not get that, i asked several times that please give me a reason but they do not have, they are keep making a metaphor of words and to be kind and patience, but how a person can be in patience if he really need the product as soon as possible but you did not delivered it yet after two promised date, also now the customer support do not know when i got my product they are telling me to wait for the further update

                        Seriously i am upset and frustrated

                          I ordered my phone on 11 june from flipkart and promised date was 14 the june for delivery but they rescheduled for 16th june but the product is not moving anywhere from 12th june and i think this is all because of of bad service from ekart logistics if the order gets canceled i will not get same discount price... I want my this product to be delivered by 16th june.

                            I ordered whirlpool 292 l frost free double door 3 star 2020 convertible refrigerator on the 26 may 2020 and product has been delivered on 4 june 2020 through the flipkart.
                            The gstin number from the invoice is missing and i have raised this issue multiples times with flipkart but i did not get any solution. Any product and invoice is invalid and illegal without mentioning gstin number against the product. So on the basis of missing of gstin number from invoice i want to return the product which was cancelled by the seller and flipkart doing nothing on this note, flipkart even closed the matter of gstin number not mentioning in invoice. I have waited for the last 10 days and called multiples time to flipkart care. Kindly do the needful.

                                  I ordered a drools egg and chicken 10 kg adult nutrition for my 4 years labrador on the 1st of june. Now due to the global panedemic, i understand the late delivery caused and it was delivered on 10th july at around 4.00 pm.
                                  But to my utter surprise (Thank god before opening the package) i saw it was drools egg and chicken "puppy" nutrition, while on the bill sticked on tge package it was clear written "adult".
                                  Then n there i called the customer care and told them in detail about everything and they from their side initiated a replacement request and a complaint, and asked me to wait for 72 hours (Till 13th of june) to get provided by a solution by the higher authority. But it wasn't so. No one called me regarding this while i repeated messaged them from 'my orders' section.
                                  The pickup is not yet scheduled as probably the seller hasn't accepted it yet.
                                  After the given time has completed, i dialled again the customer service to know the status, there the one that side was completely ignorant and was telling me # things like - ' my email is not registered that's y they cudnt contact', while i'm getting regular product updates through my email from flipkart and tge bills and etc.
                                  After the call had finished, i got an email stating to wait till 15th june.
                                  On 14th afternoon i received a call from flipkart while u kept on saying hello - hello, no one was uttering a single word while i cud hear some noise. And eventually i received another message stating they tried to reach me but i wasn't available. I then n there again called them back to ensure that i was there but this happened.
                                  It has been 5 days now and nothing worthy solution has been provided by flipkart and to my utter disappointment, the package is still kept as it is but no pick up and replacement has been scheduled.
                                  This is the first time i am facing such problem and i am losing my trust from flipkart authorities.
                                  I'm a flipkart plus member and do shopping from flipkart every month and then this is happening with me.

                                  Kindly resolve my problem at the earliest to avoid circumstances regarding to this.

                                    I purchased cubord from flipkart after long waiting i got defective broken cuboard so i tryed to replace it but no option for replacement. As per them they will refund me but no one cuming for peakup last 2 month. Every day i talk flipkart they giving me new date or time but still iteam laying in my house...
