I want to cancel my order but it is not happening...

We tierd to get refund for the shoes.Its been more than a month filpkart says tat they have already sent the refund but we have not we also have the bank statement.They have requested is for the charge back form.kindly do the needful....

I ordered shoes order ID- OD[protected] but I received different pattern of shoes on 8th march.
I request for exchange/return but company delayed the matter. I request many times later but company delayed the matter saying that due to covid 19 we are unable to help you. Now company don't want to solve the matter. Please help...

I am naresh s kudtarkar and recently i have purchased pllisburry atta from flipkart. When i received the delivery the packet was torn and i got disappointed.
I am a flipkart plus member and as flipkart promises about assured quality and safe delivery to its plus members i think it fails to protect its promise.

The packet was damaged and i got very disappointed by this incident being flipkart...

The delivered order is defective, not working properly, frequently turning off automatically after starting it within a few minutes and due to lockdown i am also unable to purchase a new battery for it and check whether it works or not after putting new battery,
