It is to bring to your notice regarding an issue on my order

Product: carrier 1.5 ton 5 star split ac – white
Delivery scheduled was between 7 am – 9:30 pm on sun, oct 1st ’17
Delivery person called and told only interior ac unit has arrived and the exterior unit will
Be available on 3rd oct 2017. Obviously, i suggested delivering the product on 3rd with both the units

No sms, no message, called the customer care

Raised the complaint and escalated and promised to deliver the product on 7th oct 2017

No sms, no message, called the customer care
Escalated and promised to deliver within the deadline 10th oct 2017
10th oct 2017
Customer care called back and promised to deliver on 11th oct 2017
11th oct 2017
No sms, no message, called the customer care
Escalated and promised to deliver within the deadline 12th oct 2017
Still waiting for the product……
I have contacted the flipkart customer care for numerous times but still no resolution
Every time your associate promised me to deliver within 24 hours or “as early as possible” but no resolution till now
This service of you is irresponsible and totally unsatisfactory.
It is on your part to make our order deliver as soon as possible because this irresponsible attitude of your customer care executives brings down the image of flipkart.
I am expecting a resolution of the issue at the earliest.

Flipkart Customer Care's response As our concern team already resolve the issue.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
This may be flipkart or my os problem but i am changing my emailID to nitish.[protected]@gmail.com . but after some time it gets changed to [protected]@outlook.com this unknown user ID. How this is happening i do not know.
