    Hey flipkart blocked my again without any reason and i am unable to log into it i haven't done anything wrong but i don't know why they have blocked my account now it says contact customer support and gues what every thing is shut right now how would i be able to order groceries and other essential items online???
    Everything is shut right now and i don't know when my issue will also be resolved please help i want to order essential from flipkart why is my account being blocked??? Any reason should be communicated???

      Hi i have booked flight from flipkart flights. And after my booking all flights were cancelled on back of covid-19 so i had to cancel my flight. It was announced by the aviation ministry.

      Can you please help me getting my refund as the booking was cancelled by the airlines. Also can you please let me know the time by when would i be getting the refund?

            Hi,
            I booked my flight from bangalore to sydney for the 28th of march 2020 and my pnr is m49agl. Since my flight from blr to kul has been cancelled by the airlines the airlines has confirmed a full refund hence i went ahead and cancelled my booking through flipkart app.
            I'm trying to cancel my booking from past 3 days but i'm unable to cancel my booking. It says cancellation request has failed and i've tried several times it say cancellation pending and after sometime it says cancellation request failed.
            I'm really concerned since my flight is on the 28th of march and flipkart is not cancelling my booking failing which i will not get a refund.

                I have ordered an item with order id - od[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 22nd march 2020. But due to janta curfew, it could not be delivered. The next date given by flipkart is 25th march 2020. I am not sure whether the item will be delivered on this date (Looking at the adverse situation due to covid 19).

                The item was urgently required for my official purpose. Due to which i have lost my work and leaves. I am sitting idle at my home from past few days.

                I request you to kindly clarify me the no. Of days required to deliver the item. If it is not possible on 25 th march 2020, please let me know so that i can make some alternate arrangement.

                        exchange mobile rejected

                        I bought a mobile phone on flipkart along with exchange of my old mobile. However the delivery agent rejected stating phone has a dent.
                        Firstly, as per flipkart t&c while buying phone, it was clearly mentioned that scratches, dent would lead to price reduction and not rejection. So why is flipkart not following the t&c?
                        Secondly, it is not a dent but a minor smudge. You cant even see it unless you look super closely and feel...

                        I canceled my flight to gauhati from new delhi due to covid 19 outbreak but they aren’t accepting my cancellation request at all its still showing pending cancellation from yesterday around 9 pm so tried contacting everywhere and everyone
                        But no one is helping me in anyway
                        If i don’t cancel now i won’t even get my half of the money back.
                        And then at the end they will your time is up you wont get your refund back.

                          Even though i have heard stories of similar issues, i never once thought that this would happen to me. I had ordered mivi otg adapter on 14th march, 2020, from retailnet and received the delivery on 17th march, 2020. But on opening the package, i was shocked to see that package was completely empty.
                          That's right!
                          I received just an empty box containing only a empty plastic cover.

                          I immediately called flipkart's toll free number and booked my complaint. The helpline person told that the issue will be resolved by 20th, march. He assured me that a replacement will be issued soon. But to my shock, the next day i received a message saying that the replacement order has been cancelled stating that my original order was delivered intact. After receiving this message, i immediately called back the flipkart's toll free number and this time, the person told me that the complaint has been updated and told me to wait till 20th as someone will contact me. But, no one has contacted after 20th.

                          I called flipkart toll free number and booked the complaint again on 21st march, they told me to wait till 24th and told that backend team will contact me. But as of today (24th march). No one has contacted me.

                          I never expected flipkart's customer service was so poor.

                                I returned one of my flipkart order - od[protected]

                                That i had to cancelled because of flipkart's poor courier service (Courier man didn't pick up my return order on the expected date)

                                So, as i had hurry i thought to cancel and remake a new return pick up there after,
                                But due to the worst pathetic server of flipkart, i had to wait for two days to 'approved' my cancellation order
                                . But after that also no response from the flipkart still the cancellation has not been updated yet, now 4 days spent instead of promised 2days waiting,
                                Neither any response yet from flipkart not any update
                                And my return window will be closing soon after that i won't be able nothing for my defective product

                                Please help

                                    I ordered samsung galaxy s10 lite on 18th feb 2020 which got delivered on very next day i. E. 19th feb 2020. I faced some problem relating performance issues. {1) finger print not working properly 2) face unlock is not working properly 3) speaker volume is very low 4) auto switch off phone two times 5) phone frequently got hang } hence i raised return request on 26th feb 2020. First time technician visited on 1st march 2020 (Which was arranged by me by putting lots of efforts), 2nd times also i have to struggled a lot for second technician visit and so called technician visited my place and with some futuristic application named balcon he tested my device. He accepted we can see lag in samsung phone but sorry in our application we can't able to see. So they rejected my replacement request. And mentioned issue resolved customer happy. Then i tried to flipkart back-end team they also looked into this matter and they advised me to visit service centre to get a job sheet so i visited. There they told 200% we not give letter for software relating issue, only for hardware relating issue we will provide this letter so what should i do our so called professional flipkart back-end team says to bring a letter samsung service centre says they will not provide... Our so called great technician agree lag in phone but they can't accept because there futuristic application don't show what they see. But i will make sure that it turn to be a big issue in great flipkart. The same issue is faced by me in the month of november 2019 with realme 5 pro and i got replaced from service center and flipkart and the seller is not ready to accept the same. It's not about money it's about how big companies cheat consumers. I will spare my time separately for this.

                                      I have 1600+ super coins & I am the 4 years customer. I was trust Flipkart as a trustable company. Each & everything I was shopping from Flipkart. But 27th February without any vital reason they blocked my account. I just want my account back.
