The order i placed was not delivered according to my instructions.
I was out of town when the ecart executive called me on sunday. I asked to give it to my neighbour, but he hasn't received it still.in the meantime it is shown as delivered in the order status.
I'm not able to contact the ecart regarding this matter. They are not responding still after repeated calls.

We had interacted with the customer as per customers complaint, tried to deliver the product, and got the confirmation from the customer that product is been delivered, hence closing the case.
I m very disappointed from ur service. I order modren history. Today i got a call from courier person.
When i go to recieve my order they said they have rejected ur order. I m vry disappointed.

    While the expected time was withing 90 days.

        I have ordered a cardigan t-shirt worth 586 rupees on july 27 th, i have cancelled my order with in few hours on july 27th. They popped me a message for refund money, you will be getting your money with in 8 business days. Bt i didn't get my money on july 6th. Then i contacted the customer care and asked for my refund on august 9th, they said u will get your refund on aug 10th. But i didn't get the money till now, and i called the customer care on 26th aug, then the said our customer care will contact you on 30th aug. But they didn't even give any clarity about my refund, this is just an ignorance of flipkart dealers and customer care. I didn't get this type problem in amazon or other e commerce websites, and i have ordered a bracelet worth 498 rupees on 23 rd aug, and cancelled on 24th aug. They popped me u will get ur money on 6 business days, but i don't believe these bloody flipkart dealers and i don't want use this flipkart, but i want my refund back very soon

          account blocked for too many returns

          My account is blocked mentioning too many returns placed by me.

          As i can recall the exact products which i returned were of 2 orders.

          1st: 4 books in a single order. When i opened the box it was not having any books in it. But when tried returning the products, flipkart was not raising the return for the entire order, they were raising request for 1 book at a time, which made me to call them for atleast 4 times...

          I have bought a phone in flipkart which had 10 days of warranty. I submitted a complain on 6th day because i was facing os problem.

          They said they will send person to repair the phone but they did not send for 4 days even i was kept on calling them. They were just waiting for 10 days to get over.

          Finally person came to repair and said it's os problem it cannot be resolved to contact flipkart customer care. When i called back flipkart they are telling 10 days warranty is over!!

          I complained on 6th day, if they wait for 10 days is it my problemp?

          I have paid my money and got defective mobile with no resolution to my complaint

          Flipkart is cheating people. Also their customer care executives are so unprofessional and unable to answer the queries.

          Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on September 11, 2018. Customer requested delivery after September 18, 2018 so informed this will be arranged by courier service provider and requested to inform the courier partner once delivery is attempted. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

When it was opened it was found that one of the glasses broken making the set of two lamps unusable. Please redress my complain to avoid any negative credibility o[censored]r emarketing. I placed an order for two gloflo uplight wall lamps (For four bulbs shades) out of which one is received in broken condition.

                Today I got an email that installation is cancelled. And there is no way to contact them. Also sent an email to the service provider for the same.

                  I have order 2 different pairs of JBL headphones though flipkart. Money debited but it got cancelled. After i tried again but it happens again, i got a message saying it is cancelled due to bulk order. Why can't you guys check this before money get's detected. Now my 4k is stuck because of your stupid process. Now i need to wait for 6 days to get it refund. What is this process, what kind of standards you guys are having.

                    Hello team flipkart.. On 16th of august, i ordered an iphone se gold 32gb with order id - od[protected]. It included a one day delivery charge too. It is 27th of august 2018, still the product isn't delivered. Whenever am calling up the customer care which is totally vague, they are saying that backend team will come up with a resolution. Well and good. So earlier the resolution date provided to me was 21st of august, which stretched to 22nd of august, den on 25th i got a call that the product will be delivered by tuesday and status will be updated thereof. Today, still the status is same. And the customer care is asking me to wait for resolution. What would i do with your resolution? And you guys even changed the meaning of the word resolution. I want my product by tomorrow. I don't know how and when. It is really pathetic to think that such inefficient people are working with an ecommerce giant. I want my order update on [protected] by today. And i want the delivery by tomorrow.

                      I bought sparx & flying machine sneakers on 13 august...& flipkart stated that my product will be deliverd by 17... But till date 27 august.. I have not recieved my product.. If i check the status of my products.. They say they reached the nearest delivery point.. But in vain... I couldnt get.. Every day i get msg that my products would be delivered today.. But i couldnt...& if i call customer care. They say.. It will be deliverd by that day. I[censored] cant deliver the product just dont post them... Wasting customer time by making them wait... I thought of gifting them to my sister on rakhi.. But due to ur failure.. I couldnt... Till now i havent recieved my product. I[censored].. Flipkart really care for customers make sure i get my products asap.. If not let me know. I can get them in other sites. Amazon & shopclues ;club factory... They are far better then u.. Atleast feel ashamed... U just made

                        Flipkart is selling refurbished phones as a new phone. I had purchased samsung s7 and when i opened the box its camera was damaged and now i purchased a asus phone and its back panel is damaged. How it can be possible to get a damaged product in a sealed box? I made a return request on app but one day gone, no respond from flipkart. Flipkart is no more a trusted site. Amazon customer support is superb and they never sell refurbished products as new one.

                            I ordered mi note 5 pro a month back and from the start the charger was giving problems. It used to get heated while charging, i complained to the customer service they send their engineer to check on the product and said if the problem still continues get the charger returned from the mi store. Now the problem is still there but the company says it's a physical damage and is irreplaceable. I've been trying to contact the customer service of flipkart but it's just useless calling them.

                              I have bought a vivo v9 (Pearl black-golden line, 64gb) mobile phone @rs 20, 900 on 9th aug'18 in no cost emi on credit cards offer. Flipkart give discount of rs.1094 as a interest wavier off at rate of [protected]@13% for 9 months after excluding rs.1094 from actual price of phone i. E. Rs 20, 900. I made a payment of rs 19, 896. But the amount rs 19, 896 is not converted in emi's, when i called to my rbl bank credit cards they said that your emi is not converted from merchant side (Flipkart). When i trying to convert amount rs. 19, 896 they charged higher rate of interest @21% for 9 months +rs. 299 processing fees. According to that the mobile phone cost will goes more than rs. 22, 000 which wrong. I have locked complaint against the same on 13th aug'18 but after too many reminders or request to flipkart, there is no solution provided to me. My credit card payment due date is just about to reach in 2-3 days and the amount rs.19, 896 is stand in statement. I am not able to pay the whole amount in one time that's why i bought a product from flipkart on no cost emi but flipkart have false commitment.
                              I am very much disappointing with flipkart. After so many follow ups, there no solution provided by flipkart even single person is not contacting with me till date.

                                  I purchased perfect homes quee size cot which got delivered on 21st aug 2018 and the installation and demo was scheduled on 23rd aug 2018 by jeeves ltd. But i got a call from the executive on 23rd aug 2018 saying that the installation and demo will be provided on next day i. E. 24 aug 2018. As it was festival on 24th aug 2018 we were busy and asked that executive to reschedule it for 25th aug 2018 before 11:00 a. M. I waited till 2:00 p. M. I did not get a single call from them i called one of the executive from jeeves and he promised me to send the executive within 2 hours. Again i waited till next day and called the same person and requested to install it atleast on 26th aug 2018. But there was no proper response and i complained the same to flipkart customer care where they registered a complaint and rather than receiving a complaint number there was no progress with the flipkart team also. Again i called jeeves customer care and explained about the inconvinience caused. They promised to get the installation completed by today evening and i was told the slot was fixed at 07:00 p. M. Today but today also it did not happen.

                                  This is very disgusting behavior and service from both flipkart and jeeves and the executives are very irresponsible. Its already 6 days over the product got delivered and 30th is the last date for return if needed to return.

                                  I request both the flipkart and jeeves team not to take the responsiblity if they cant handle them properly and make to customers suffer and beg and run behind them for completion.

                                      I bought redmi note5 pro 4gb 64gb rose gold mobile from flipkart on 21st july 2018. Within 15 days of buying mobile, i started facing issues with the phone. Apps take a lot of time to open and sometimes they don't open at all even after restarting the phone. Though i have few images in my gallery, it takes too much time to load them. Touch is not at all good. Sometimes needs 4-5 tappings are required to provide touch input. System update does not happen. When we reboot the mobile to install system update, it shows error and update does not take place. Very bad experience.

                                      I contacted flipkart for replacement but they denied replacement saying i should have reported within 10 days. How can you check performance of phone within 10 days?

                                      It is a manufacturing defect. Request you to replace it as it is a brand new phone worth inr 15000.
