I had stayed in their hotel on 2nd dec'19 till 3rd dec'19 and checked out on 3rd dec'19 early morning. Since i had to check out early morning i had requested for packed breakfast... I m frequent traveler and have stayed in many hotels. Generally hotel have a practice to check whether veg or non veg breakfast is preferred... I assumed to be veg bcos normally of hotels don't ask your preference they give you veg stuff. This is the standard practice basis my experience
I am strict vegetarian. When i unpacked the breakfast to have it and after having 2-3 bites i realized there is something wrong with this sandwich. Normally when hotel gives you packed breakfast they give you something handy and convenient. But this one was messy dirty sandwich packed. I called up your restaurant to find out to my horror it was chicken sandwich.
Fortune being a brand in india should ideally be extra careful about their guests and considering kerala being tourist destination people from all over the world travel and it's important for them to know their guest preferences. Was this information helpful? |
