Future Pay Big Bazaar — wallet a/c maintained

I have send a complaint to [protected]@futuregroup.in&[protected]@futurepay.co.in on 26/09/2018 regarding my wallet. They are asking my permission for access to my a/c, fill data, auto detect otp etc which i did not give. Now when i opt for wallet seeing my mobile gets hanged & i have to switch off battery and again restart every time. My deposit money is crediting in wallet. Written to clear this anomaly&reminded several times with no use. I have also tweeted to futurepay ceo sri kishore biyani 3 times with no response. I want this forceful obtention of permission to be scrapped and ably punished those who are responsible for not clearing my genuine request. Also written that i'll complain to rbi. No response.

Till date no positive response to solve my issue.i just requested to remove the snag created by their tech persons by themselves.May be big cos won't listen to prayers of we like people.
