I was searching for msi laptop in global sources app (https://www.globalsources.com) and got the desired model and hence i dropped a note for inquiry, after 2 days i got a reply mail from ([protected]@gmail.com) and they gave the details of the laptop. And they started chatting with me in whattsapp ([protected]). They quoted as 20k but after negotiation they accepted to deliver the laptop for 17k, they told the conditions stating that i need to pay 50% before delivery and after delivery remaining 50%. As per conditions i paid 10000 through bank transfer on 24/1/2018.
One day later they gave me the tracking number and documents. After 2 days i was inquiring about the tv, printer and mobile for my friend on same website, without my permission and approval they even booked the items. After couple of days i got a mail stating that goods are on hold by customs and to release the goods i need to pay 10000 and conveyance tax 5200. I paid the money,
After couple of days they told the cargo was hold by cargo company and they asked to pay 11000 to release, i paid the amount again and after couple of days they sent a mail stating the that cargo has reached new delhi and now i need to pay 24000, i paid the amount.
Again after couple of days they sent a mail stating that they don't have permission to deliver in india hence i need to pay 20k, i rejected stating that i cannot pay any more until my goods are delivered. Then he told that he will not deliver the goods. Even i tried to contact the manager ([protected]@gmail.com) but i got a same answer asking me to pay the money.
