Respected sir,

Gtpl (Ahmedabad) has been charged unwanted channel packege without my permission and now they are demannding to pay the same. I have so many times escalted this matter to his nodel officer but he is also not replying me in proper way. He/she is replying only same body mails and ask me to go to the branch. I asked to the branch person he is also not agree to reversed the charges.

    Before I have raised an complaint about the payment related issue and after I have paid 204rs extra excluding the packages for this Month for last momth I have paid 80 extra and then they have wantedly they have disconnected my cable lines after making the payment I have tried to contact customer service through mail, call no response from there end

    If they pick the call no response if I ask any queries they will disconnect the call no proper solution provided

      I am from chennai and i took an hathway broadband connection on 2-nd of febuary and they delivered my a playbox device.. I registered the device and went in to activate the subscription of netflix and it was successful, however when i try to activate sunxt and zee 5 i didn't went smooth.

      I called the hathway customer care and informed about this issue and the representative responded like their back end team will call me back in 4 hours.. But they didn't.. I have called the customer care and each and every time i receive the same feedback that "their back end team will call me back in 4 hours" but they never did.

      Even if i say to escalate to next level or available supervisor over the call they simply say they are not available and i am called in mid of the day and they are not available and they are fooling me around.

      I need to raise a complaint on this to them and i need those coupon at any cost.. Or will plan for an legal sue against them.

      My internet connection is down for last 1 week. I made so many complaints and they are not responding. I requested them to escalate the complaint. But no action. I paid 3 months bill in advance. Now I'm requesting them to disconnect and refund the amount. Still no response from them.
      My A/c No. [protected] in Odisha in the district of Cuttack, Jagatpur. I have alredy paid to the operator but has been suspended since one month. The cable operator has switch off his mobile. kindly cooperate.
      Dish is not coming from one week, I tried calling hathway local cable operators but they are not answering and my numbers get blocked.. And also tried hathway custmare care even that numbers are also not working. Could anyone please look into this issue.

        Hi,
        My vc number :[protected]

        My package expired on 28/01/2019. I am not getting any channels since 28/01/2019.
        When i try to select the channels and pay using hathway site my wallet is showing negative balance of -451.06 and selected amount getting added to this amount and asking to pay negative balance too..

        I called customer care and gave the complaint in february they said it will be sorted soon but till now issue is not resolved.

        Since month none of the channels are telecasting.

        Need your urgent attention on this matter and solve the negative balance issue asap.

          I am a subscriber of GTPL cable TB with STB [protected] with active subscription of NDTV 24x7. That was removed several times and last time since 22nd March. Local operator said that they cannot show NDTV on my TV and i can get back the money at the time of payment of next bill. I raised the issue with GTPL on 24th of March and in spite of a confirmation mail they have not contacted me after more than 24 hours, a time stipulated by them. If India is a democratic country then how can an operator remove a subscribed channel from package of a consumer without consent of the consumer? I need to know about my rights and privileges to act against GTPL for depriving me from seeing my favourite news channel and cutting me off from national and international information flow.
          By the way this is at least 20th instance of removing NDTV 24x7 from my subscription and first one under the new system of subscribing to television channels.

            I reside in cooke town, bangalore

            Service is often slipshod with local operator as well as hathway maintenance refusing to replace waterlogged connection boxes etc.

            But my present problem reveals that these blokes believe they can get away with just anything.

            I have a list of channels i have opted for and made payment, yet in the last week or ten days, dozens of "free" (Nothing is free except their raw crust — everything is paid for after collecting "capacity fee") are no longer available. I have written several emails but they simply reply asking me to provide feedback rating their responsiveness!!

            These blokes are simply so crusty i am just waiting for rival services to come up with better services so that i can free myself from this desi "hathway". (Hathaway is how asli sahiblog spell the name)

              Hi,

              I have made a payment of rs. 400.99 on 21st march, 2019 for activating few channels on my tv. I have made the payment online through the hathway website. The services have not been activated still even after 4 days.

              Also none of the customer care numbers of the hyderabad doesn't respond. I have called umpteen times. Even the nodal officer or the cable guy responsible for my area doesn't pick up my calls. I am so fed up. I have been making calls and sending emails but no response.

              The service is pathetic and worse. Please respond atleast to this complaint.

                This is the worst broadway ever i used in my life so bad tat even mobile sim data are far better then this # and no response from customer executive also from 2 days poor connection no response lost connection and can't explain more problems so i suggest all people out there to use airtel at least they provide some good network and all don't hv any complaint regarding this #

                  I had taken hathway prepaid broadband connection (Acc no. [protected]). Using it for more than a year now.
                  Service from hathway has deteriorating day by day. Had to raise more than 10 network issues since december 2018.
                  In december and jan internet was down for more than 5 days.
                  Again this month internet was down for 2days. Today is 3rd day again facing issues.
                  When i called customer services to know reason for internet being down. I was casually informed that there is some technical issue and it will take 4hours to recover.
                  Then i enquired for disconnection and refund, iam informed that hathway does not give refund but they do give low quality services as per their convince.
                  I pay 2347 for 3 months of service. This cycle started on 28th feb2019 and will end on 31may 2019. I want to terminate my services from hathway and want my refund and deposit amount.

                    Hi i'm kumkum from patna bihar, i am using hathway/ gujarat telelink (Gtpl). My cable operator name raju kumar his number is +[protected]. He is very improper about his job. He never pick up calls. He never come to the home to take timely money. He forced me to take unwanted pack channels. He never shows me the channel pack details. He never give me the menu pack to select my own channel myself. His service is very bad. He is the only cable operator in my colony. My people in my colony change their dth to tata sky, airtel, etc,. I'm suffering from this since 11-12 months ago. He always irritated me. Please solve my problem.

                      This kind of issue we found frequently, no response from hathway consumer care or no availability form them.

                      Renew mesaage was there so we renew our data pack still no internet connection.

                      From lan online and us light is not on or blinking, ds and wlan is blinking

                      Please take an action for same.

                            They have disconnected all channels and their cable partner Vinayaka cables at Naganathapura, Hosa Road Bangalore is not at all cooperating.And Hathway local people is also not cooperating.What is to be done now. 22nd onwards no cable connection. I have given a complaint to Apellate authority of Hathway.

                              My house is in shankarpuram, basavanagudi, bangalore-4. Cable tv tv by hathway is working
                              In my house. For 10 days basava tv is not available. I called local hathway person here. He said this channel is not available and if you want to disconnect it is left to you. Actually the operators here are not paid subscription to this particular channel.in my tv it is of no 284. But the letters appears as subscriptin not done and contact operator.
                              My old mother wants to see this channel

                                After digitalization of cable services, few channels have been stopped. Cable operator while collecting monthly charges provided form for subscribing to channels i want. However, for over a month, i have been trying to contact customer service for submitting the filled in form on various numbers also mentioned below. Numbers are either busy or unanswered, even if answered - the only response i get is technician will come and collect but nobody does. This is so frustrating that i have cable but can not watch it since i don't have channels that i see.

                                  Hi my name is narayan before I was recharging my hathway set up box every month through online from past 3months my wallet shows negative balance

                                    I am using your services since very long time and i am very much happy with that.
                                    Now from few months i am not satisfied with your services at all i am very much disappointed by your hathway services and i have told the operator man times to provide the services properly otherwise take your hathway and get lost but still his service not improved.
                                    Recently few days back hathway box stop working and i called the services operator to fix it up but he was saying that today i am busy i won't able to come to fix it. Another day i again called him now he says a man will come and going to fix it up but still waiting for that man to come. Today i also called him in the morning and then he says i'll come in the afternoon but still no update and now he is not picking up the call. (Date - 23/03/2019)
                                    When he come for collecting monthly charges he always come on time in that case her never delay.
                                    I dont know what kind of services are you providing to the customer i am very disappointed with that kind of services.

                                      I had paid digital tv subscription for 6 months on 31 Oct 18 which is valid till 05 Apr 19. I made the payment for my a-la-carte selection on 13 Mar 19 for one month from the balance amount of the advance subscription paid. The transaction id is HAT[protected]e0dd. My account was suspended on 14 Mar 19 without attributing any reason. I am unable to see any channels.
                                      I have made many complaints to the customer care, the latest one being 22032019C82300. I have even made many email complaints to the Nodal Officer which is not being acknowledged. I am not being told what is wrong and the account remains suspended now for 10 days. The insensitivity of Hathway customer care and the Nodal Officer is beyond expection.

                                      Please help to resolve this problem asap.
