Hi,
I had taken Hathway internet connection from Chittaranjan Jha (Employee of Hathway) in December 2015.
For initial 3 months, connection was working smoothly. But in April 2016, I started facing issues in service. So I started calling customer care everyday starting from April month. I used to pay in advance, whenever plan is going to be expired.
After continuous follow up, service was never restored and Hathway started giving reasons of maintenance etc. I had also prepaid the Rs. 1050/- on 13th March, but still, I did not get the service.
On 20th April, I raised concern about disconnecting service, to hope that connection will start working. I got reply from Samir Haldikar as below:

But even after it did not worked, so I raised disconnection request and informed them over email about it on 24th April.
on 26th April, I got reply from nodal offer as below:

Based on this email, disconnection happened and concerned person had collected Hathway assets.
After disconnection as well, I kept receiving bills, which is completely illogical.
Now I am receiving threats of taking legal action from Delhi, even if cause of action is Pune.
I talked to customer care about this, they said, we have received such complaints from old customers and don't pay any amount and your account is showing terminated in the system.
I have recording of this call available with me.
Today I have received one message of sending legal notice for recovery about Rs. 9 thousands.
I am attaching all email threads of discussion for proof.
Kindly take action on Hathway for such illogical things.
Please give me justice, which I have put my supplication before you, as they (The Hathway) are not responding in the proper manner of the concerned issue; for 4-5 times I sent messages and many times gave a call to the helpdesk to clear my payment, even they are not willing to focus on my subject, but just showing to perform it.
