I got a hathway connection on 24th july 2018. Till date the connection is not operational and the free camera provided with the connection is not working till date either. Despite repeated requests no action was taken by the company to resolve the issues. They have taken advance payment for 3 months and are refusing to refund the same. This is unacceptable behavior and amounts to cheating on the company's part....

I had recharged a plan of 880 on may 30 2018 for three months in advance, i, e 2300 amount. The offer suggested to me was via call and recording shall be there. The offer was: pay for 3 months in advance and get one month free. Now after 3 months have surpassed, i got a call that you need to recharge the last day. 2 years ago, I have been using hathway prepaid internet services for around 1 year and was closed later I discontinued it for personal reasons.
