worst customer service HDFC

Guys,

lately a rep from HBL global Pvt Ltd named sandeep called me atleast 10-15 times for personal loan.. and finally agreed to get a loan, i provided him all the documents, and since then this guys is not receiving any calls from my number, and if at all he pics also he is very rude, and doest give any update on loan status, then i spoke to a lady - Sheetal,
I pity HDFC to have employees like them, she starts speaking...

Money stolen from account HDFC Bank

An amount of 50, 000 Rupees was stolen from my account with HDFC Bank. Even after 7 Days HDFC bank has not given any written explanation on this inspite of multiple telephone calls.
This bank is very irresponsible to the account holders and I'm seeking legal advice on this....

Collection Agency using abusing language

This complaint is in regards to the collection agency of HDFC Credit Card. They are using abusive language being unprofessional and making a mockery of customer service( Noz of collection agency :[protected]).

I think the HDFC credit card division is the worst of all. Unethical to the core. I was staying in gurgaon and shifted to mumbai, informed the change to HDFC but they did not updat their records. Then the collection agents start calling me up after 6 months. I keep asking them for a statement, I get none. Increasing interest rate thrice without informing

I had availed a home loan from Centurion Bank of Punjab in September 2006 (home loan number HHSG[protected]) at a floating rate of 9%. The bank was subsequently acquired by HDFC. The bank has increased the rate of interest thrice without informing me even once.
