Hi,

I opted for ICICI Bank to open my Salary account when i started my career in 2015, at that time agents from ICICI Bank visited the office and took the application to open the account from us, during this time i gave my photo and ADHAAR to the agent just like everyone else.

Now these guys misused that information I provided for my savings account and opened a demat a/c using the same information. The person whoever has opened the a/c has updated my incorrect email ID hence no email intimation was received neither did i receive any msgs for money being deducted to maintain that account. Who know they did that on purpose so that i never get to know about the demat account?

I never gave consent to open the demat account.

I got surprised when I saw my statement recently and checked the amount was deducted twice towards demat. don't since when these guys were deducting this amount.

I need that money refunded back ASAP.

I wonder if we can trust the bank people/Agents who come and take our sign in the name of loan, account opening etc and then use it somewhere else as well.

    On 16th aug 23 bank have deducted 590 rs
    for what purpose the amount has been deducted i have no idea .

      Regarding credit card || settlement

      Hi

      Due to some financial loss in trading iam unable to pay your credit card dues currently. Since I have others debts as well because of financial losses and in heavy debt you can also check my account to verify. Please understand my situation. I feel very low and thinking of nowhere and feeling to do wrong to me as well.

      My salary is around 22k out of which some amount required for living since my job outside...

          I have a Demat account, It is Inactive now and recently I verified the transactions.

          Multiple time charges have been posted.
          DMC/INXXXXXXX DP CHGS TILL MAY-23.

          When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.

              Credit card debited but merchant has not received the money

              On 5th August i recharged my BB Daily, Pune with Rs.1500/- and Rs.75/- but both the transactions failed and BB daily has not received the amount of Rs.1575/-
              i have written more than 20 mail to icici bank customer care team but they are not accepting the wrongly charged debit my a/c and giving one excuses or other. kindly help as i am physically handicapped person...

              Within 17 days about 34000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot
              From the date of 24th July to 10th August without any notification. I am very frustrated with this unauthorised behavior. Kindly give me proper answer and solutions otherwise I will commit suicide

                Unauthorized credit card transaction Fraud

                I received a call from an icici bank credit card agent through a personal number regarding an offer, i was told that i am being offered an Credit bonus amount and he told me install ICICI bank reward application (claimrewards, co). The application home page was showing as ICICI bank claim rewards. Then he told me to enter the details and fill an OTP on application. I filled the OTP and he deducted 89, 223 INR from my account without my consent....

                In the name of enach you have deducted this month only 3k on 31st and today some 1700. This is disgusting. We are struggling to keep pace in wfh situation. And you are deducting money without information. Same on your rediculous service.

                        My grandfather purchased icici bajaj scooter bond series II and now the bonds have been redeemed and we have also received the cheque of the redemption amount but my grandfather died in 2016 and because the cheque is on his name we are not able to claim the money please tell us how de we proceed so that we can receive our money.

                          Transaction ID / Reference Number :[protected].

                          I received this transaction number from ICICI credit card team because the transaction statement is not visible in the credit card statement as the amount is not yet settled to the merchandise account.

                          Transaction Date and Time :[protected]. 03.34 PM

                          We discovered the Facebook advertisement on 6th August 2023 from an Amazon sale of Samsung earbuds for 99 rupees. As a result, we chose the "buy now" option on that link. In order to submit the name, phone number, address, and credit card information, we had to go to amazegrabsale.com. The next page asked for an OTP for 99 rupees, and we typed it in. However, it said that the OTP entered was invalid and asked us to enter another OTP. However, the amount of 20720.52 had already been deducted from my credit card with that otp and another OTP was received for 20405.48 rupees, but there is not enough money on the card, so we are unable to proceed. so, the sum of the subsequent transaction has not been taken away. By clicking the link to Amazon's 99-rupee offer on Samsung headphones, we accidentally lost Rs 20720.52. And it is not showing in the credit card statement, hence I took the transaction number from ICICI bank. When we realised we had lost a sizable sum of money, I called the customer service line for ICICI Bank to dispute the amount and freeze my credit card. They took my complaint, blocked my credit card, and instructed me to file a complaint about cybercrime at either helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.
                          To retrieve the sum of 20720.52 rupees, I am therefore filing this complaint. Please find the attached screenshots and help me to obtain that amount which is not yet settled to the merchant account. I spoke to customer care executive for getting transaction id and enquired for not seeing the transaction in the credit card statement, and came to know that the amount is not yet settled to merchant account so not visible in the statement. So please stop the payment of this 20720.52 to merchant and do the investigation and help me to dispute that amount. I requested to stop this payment but i heard that the amount will be settled to merchant and investigation will be done after payment even for a fraudulent transaction. So please do the needful

                            Last around 3 years keep on deductions happening in my icici saving account.

                            Doing un necessarily and repeatedly deductions keep going on.
                            Even recently maintained flat emi.
                            That is also deduct from my account and again showing negative amount

                            I can bear this.

                            Somebody has to help me.

                            I have all statements.

                            Neet to file case on issue on high priority.
