I am Muktesh Bhatte. Amount of Rs.826 was debited by ICICI bank on 25/11/2020 without sms alert or email alert. The transaction mark was DMC/IN(demat acc no.) DP CHGS TILL OCT 2020.The demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account.
I have never been charged for just operating my demat account with ICICI direct. I would like to know what are these charges? If these charges are new fees...

Today in my SBI Account i received Rs. 46 from NEFT*ICIC0000186*CMS[protected]*ICICI BANK RAROG*ILOANS

I have not taken any loans but not sure why this credit happen

Is there any fraud of Loans?

Hi my name is suren kumar i got message amount deducted from my saving account. Purchase of 890.00rs has made by using debit card on 21 nov 2020 account no. Is xxx192. Info: vin*google sen. But i did not done any transaction. Without my otp how this happened. Please cross check and revert my money back.

I HAVE MADE A TRANSACTION AT AROUND 07:47AM 20.11.2020, AND TRIED TO REMOVE MONEY(Rs.2500/-)using my ICICI bank Debit card but at the end Indian bank ATM screen start giving message that ATM is being serviced.

Indian BANK ATM ID: S1A S1471
The amount of Rs.2500/- is deducted from my ICICI Debit card, but not received any money due to ATM issues.

I recently opened a savings account in icici bank. I registered on imobile app, generated app login pin, received the otp on my number even. Then i had to complete 3 steps to get access to my account. Final step being setup o[censored]PI. When i try to do it, it says "no account found linked with this number" even though I'm able to receive transaction alerts on my same number.

I was making the payment of DU admission 2020 from my PNB debit card through eazypay.icici on 15/10/2020.The payment was failed but the amount(24, 100) was deducted from my PNB bank account.I paid again using a sbi debit card and the payment was successful. It's been more than 20 working days.Now plz refund the amount deducted as soon as possible. I'm attaching screenshots for your reference.

I tried to recharge 500 rupees for my Fastag through icici mobile app. It gave some error, saying recharge could not be done. But money got deducted and fastag balance is still not updated. I bought my Fastag from ICICI app only, they have all the details but still this happened. And i am yet to receive the refund....

They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

I am using ICICI Bank Credit Card. I am unable to reach their Customer Care while trying many times to resolve my problem. After selecting the required menu on Voice Call it say "Thanks for calling ICICI Bank" and call disconnected. Further, their team do not respond to Emails. The Chatbot they have created is irritating and does not resolve the problem. Further, the executive on Live Chat also disconnected saying some issue related to server....

Incorrectly charged Rs 236 - Error message in application and net banking "No card linked to this account number", when trying to access debit card details and statement. Forced to click on reissue card. I have been charged now for the technical error of the bank. I have called Customercare for 8 times and for last 3 months for tag replacement. I was changed for tag replacement 1.5 months back on Sep 5th but as of Oct 19th still I didn't receive the tab. Very poor customer service

I made a top up of 100 in my Janmitra ICICI Bank card through ICICI bank customer portal website www.icicibank.com, amount got deducted from my bank but not credited in my Janmitra Card. Icici i wish deposit details have been removed from my account before the maturity itself. I am not able to see the amount or the i wish account details. I thought it's a system issue.. But it's been more than 10 days, I'm not seeing my iwish account itself. It was there in October 01st week but not seeing after that.
Don't trust icici anymore... With high difficulty, I was trying to save bit of my amount for health emergencies......

Whenever I try to perform online transactions with this card, I am getting the error incorrect details entered even though I am entering the correct details. This has happened many times. I have verified with the icici credit card portal, the details of my card and compared with the physical card itself. All details are the same but I am not being allowed to do online transactions with this card....
