Just checked the ICICI passbook and saw that 826 rs were deducted from my account. SInce last 2 years I am not using demat account and requested to close my demat account as well. At that time ICICI representative assured me that they will not charge a single rs maintenance and suddenly it happened. This seems to be cheating. I request you to close my demat account permanently and return my deducted amount asap.

    826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[[protected]] dp chgs till june-2023) on 26-july-2023. I have never used my demat account till now.
    They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.
    When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.       I am Vedant Biyani writing on behalf of my father Sudhir Biyani.

      My father is the bond holder of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND-ONE allocated on 21.12.1998 and redeemable on 21.05.2023.

      But there is no information available as how to redeem this bond. Wanted help in this regard.

        I purchased safety bonds worth Rs. 40, 000 in May 2001. The bondholder number is: 00715799. After receiving a few cheques, I have not received any communication after receiving a few interest payment cheques in early[protected].

        May I know the status of my bonds?

            I purchased an iPhone 14 Plus in January, which had an approximately 6500 rupees cashback offer, and it was supposed to be credited within 120 days. However, it has been more than 120 days, and it has not been credited yet. I emailed customer care, and they are saying that they have not received any cashback from the merchant's end. On the other hand, while talking to the Apple store, they are claiming that they have already released the cashback.

              Redemption issue of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND

              Address: ICICI INFOTECH Services Limited, Maratha Mandir Annex, Dr. A . R Nair Road, Mumbai Central, Mumbai - 4000008.

              I am Srinivas T V R N G writing on behalf of my Mother T Varalakshmi.

              T Varalakshmi is the Bond Holder (Bond No:[protected] of Icici Bajaj scooter bond allotted on 29.01.1999.

              Its Maturity date / Redemption date, as mentioned in the bond is 29.06.2023.

              We are not able to find a valid email ID/correspondence address in-order to send this bond for its redemption.

              How do we redeem as...

              I have been trying to pay for a software (lexicondj) that is by an international company and the payment has been declined twice despite the transaction fees and GST of rupees 108.2 being deducted from my credit card twice already. I have tried speaking to customer care but it takes about half an hour to reach a representative and after that they say that the call will be transferred to the credit card department but instead it just goes back to the IVR response system and I have to wait another half hour to get any communication. I have international transactions enabled on the card and have purchased similar software before. When I try to dispute the transaction with their dedicated helpline I get an IVR response and the only option is to block card.

                Respected Sir/Mam, I received a DD on 29th June 2023 which was made by CMS I multiply cheque on the redemption of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BONDS SERIES TWO but sir there is a problem that the name mentioned in this DD is “Satish” but sir in all my government documents and my name in my bank account is “'Satish Kumar”' that's why my bank refused to accept this DD because there is no surname of mine in the DD so i request you to kindly contact 3i infotech limitless excellence .as i have been trying to contact this company since last 20 days but i didn't get any response from there.

                and sir one more request i have lost my bond certificate if i want to fill ISR form 1 please help me to fill that form also.

                I also emailed all my queries and attached all the documents like the original DD, the 3i infotech letter, my Aadhar card etc. at the [protected]@icicibank.com 10 days ago but no reply from there also.

                  I had to withdraw some cash for my personal need, when we asked the ICICI/SBI both told there will be TCS which can be claimed during IT return.
                  But when we saw 26AS there is no entry for the amount 65784 Rs. which bank kept themself. During first transaction we could see TDS deduction which they reverted later and for the rest of the transaction they just deducted as cashTxnChgs+GST.

                  HUBLI, KARNATAKA - 3000000.00

                  31/05/2022 - TDS on Cash Withdrawal 20420.00

                  22/06/2022 - CashTxnChgs-Branch-May22+GST 17552.50

                  for later withdrawal they just took cashTxnChgs+GST.

                  If they have to deduct as txnchgs then why there is TDS txn and reversed it without informing the customer?
                  Total amount the bank took in the name of txnchgs is 65784Rs.

                    I had worked with ICICI Bank from February 2019 to September 2021. My employee id was 410884. I have made a PF claim request through EPFO site on 12/06/2023 and it shows pending at previous employer. I have enquired many branches about the HR details and no body knows the HR details and where to contact for approval.

                    Kindly settle my PF money and credit it to my account.

                      Hi My Name is Rohit and i am customer ICICI bank from last 9 yrs,
                      today i notice that my balance is deducted with any information with Refernce of ECSRTNCHRG 590 which is (9 times), then i checked my whole year statement and its showing around Rs.10000 deducted into my icici bank account with any SMS or confirmation, i want to know why this is happening or refund my money as all.

                        Non-trackability of ICICI Bajaj Scooter Bone- One

                        I'm Devesh Sharma, writing this complaint on behalf of my father Pawan Kumar s/o LakshmiNarayan regarding the Scooter Bond, which was initiated by ICICI bank on the Deemed date of Allotment- 29.01.1999 at the time of purchasing Bajaj Scooter, and completed it tenure of 24 years and 5 months on redemption date -29.06.2024.

                        I have been tired of going and enquiring about this bond for 4 months, but there is satisfactory solution...

                          Without my consent and my permission icici bank is deducting money out of my account for demat services which i never approved or applied for.
                          They deducted total 826rs without my consent.
                          I would like my money refunded and also would like an explanation and the leadership which allows this barbaric decisions! How can a person open something by my name without my consent?

                            I have seen my statement today and come to see 568.24 rupees debited from my account by ICICI without any prior notice and i'm holding this account and debit card since 2020 and this is for the first time got this much amount got deducted by bank. I need explanation on this deduction and want my money back.

                            How could bank levy if at all any higher fee without any intimation to the customer. Is 568.24 seems normal amount for like me middle class people? If this is the amount bank collects for debit card usage. I don't want bank account in your bank anymore ...

                                Hello my name is kanwar pal singh, I am a ICICI bank account holder, from past few days my account is getting debited for no reason by the name of NACH_RTN_CHARGE_INJENOT~04JU, they say my EMI bounced but I cancelled NACH MANDATE months back, when I go to internet banking of ICICI bank there is no active NACH mandate on my account, I have tried to contact the customer care of ICICI bank they kept me on hold for 27 minutes after that they transferred me to their senior, the senior person said that they have taken the complaint and I should get confirmation by evening of July 17 2023 on my registered email or phone number and my issue will be resolved by JULY 18 2023 evenin. I didn’t get any confirmation email or SMS about the complaint and my issue is unresolved till now. In last few months they have dedicated almost 4000 INR from my account i am tired and feeling helpless after all this I don’t know what to do. I want my money back also I want to complaint to RBI about this monopolies. I am adding the screenshots of talking with ICICI also the deductions

                                  I am paying all the emi on timely in cash but COVID times one emi is pending because my health is critical about corona so my one is emi is due so ur agent not told me to pay is not covering the due emi so the callers say ur interset is much more than the my cost is fourth and he put the negative impact of my credit score . Put remove all the negative threads and I will pay the due amount plz give me a noc of my vehicle .
