It was confirmed by Customer Care Execute that there was a technical issue with portal on that day at same time-frame.br...

I missed the payment due date of my credit card due to some family condition.

In the credit card statement nowhere mention that Late Payment Fee will be charged when payment is not done timely so why is it charged?

It mentions only "Interest will be charged if your total amount due is not paid" .

Kindly request you to revert back late fee reversal of the credit card. I make sure this will not happen...

I called their corporate customer care number regarding my business credit card. Then I got redirected to the personal banking number by the executive, saying it's a credit card. Then from personal...

How can a bank itself allowed to deduct any money without consent of a consumer. This is the second time when icici bank deducted INR 100 from my account in the name of VSI*GOOGLE C WHICH I DON'T KNOW ABOUT.
I've heard many cases of such fraud from ICICI BANK....
