    Address: Shop No 14,15 16, Shree Ganesh Tower, ICICI Bank Ltd, Dist, opp. Apna Bazar, Chs, Sector 1, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703

    I made a cash deposit of Rs.48, 000 on 21/08/2023, by the time 16:06:25 on machine no: 0001514SRY on VASHI SECTOR 1, ICICI Bank branch.
    Once cash was deposited, I received a slip saying "TROUBLE SORRY, MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE"
    And I have not received any money back from the machine and my money is not credited in my account as well.

    This is simply a fraud caused by ICICI bank.

    Please help me get my money back

      Deduction of rupees 1899 PPL/WPP_SR920200405_Renew al of Policy

      My account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr[protected]renewal. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap....

      I had called ICICI customer care for some debit card requests and connect to an agent for it. I called from my bank account registered phone number. The IVR system immediately recognized me and started blabbing me about my account balance and other details.

      While connecting my call to customer representative, the system first asked me for my 12 digit card no. and later on asked for my PIN; WHICH I TOTALLY AM NOT COMFORTABLE TO SHARE AND DID NOT EITHER. So the system did not connect to the representative.

      On ICICI website, it is clearly mentioned, never ever share you PIN anywhere. Then HOW COME TELEPHONE IVR ASK ME MY PIN? This was not there earlier. Asking for PIN is totally unethical in my opinion; if not illegal. I know they will say it is totally safe, it goes to some machine and no human interaction; still asking for PIN is not justifiable. They can spell out my bank balance just by recognizing my registered no. but not connect to agent without asking for ATM PIN.

        My account got debited without my knowledge got an sms notification as follow “ ICICI Bank Acc XXXXXdebited rs.xxx on 19-Aug-23 InfoACCT CLOSURE .Avl Bal Rs. 0.00.”
        I haven’t done any transactions.
        Kindly help me with this issue.

          Was supposed to pay my emi to HDFC merchant on August 6th, 2023 but the auto-debit never happened. After waiting for long, got debited on august 9th, 2023 to the respective merchant account number. On august 10th, 2023 i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. But i can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transaction code as 'ecsrtnchgs060823_sr[protected]' on august 10th, 2023.

          None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue

            I HAVE SEND MY ORIGINAL DOC TO THE MANAGER AT i3 infotech ltd, international infotech park, vashi railway station complex, vashi, navi mumbai-400703 on 17/08/2023 and they have received the courier but no response. i have been mailing them regularly and even calling them on[protected]/[protected] but no response. even contact the person who gave these lotus share co manager - [protected]. he say mail them reguarly 4-5 times. so rude behaviour bu ICICI bank

              My transaction for 1, 41, 800.00 was declined due to security reasons, even though I had a limit of 2, 10, 000.00 and there were no dues. When I contacted their customer care, they replied that I could do the transaction because I had a limit of more than that, but the system was denying it. When I asked for any solution, they told me that there was no solution and I could just try again until it was possible. I talked with more than 10 customer care representatives, all of whom had the same reply. This is the message I received from Icici Band after I completed my transaction.

              Dear Customer, transaction of INR 1, 41, 800.00 on ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXXXX is withheld due to security reasons. Please call our Customer Care.

                Hi,

                I opted for ICICI Bank to open my Salary account when i started my career in 2015, at that time agents from ICICI Bank visited the office and took the application to open the account from us, during this time i gave my photo and ADHAAR to the agent just like everyone else.

                Now these guys misused that information I provided for my savings account and opened a demat a/c using the same information. The person whoever has opened the a/c has updated my incorrect email ID hence no email intimation was received neither did i receive any msgs for money being deducted to maintain that account. Who know they did that on purpose so that i never get to know about the demat account?

                I never gave consent to open the demat account.

                I got surprised when I saw my statement recently and checked the amount was deducted twice towards demat. don't since when these guys were deducting this amount.

                I need that money refunded back ASAP.

                I wonder if we can trust the bank people/Agents who come and take our sign in the name of loan, account opening etc and then use it somewhere else as well.

                    Regarding credit card || settlement

                    Hi

                    Due to some financial loss in trading iam unable to pay your credit card dues currently. Since I have others debts as well because of financial losses and in heavy debt you can also check my account to verify. Please understand my situation. I feel very low and thinking of nowhere and feeling to do wrong to me as well.

                    My salary is around 22k out of which some amount required for living since my job outside...

                    It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 29.06.2023.

                    There is no trackability of this bond.
                    How do we redeem it at maturity? Where you we approach for redemption? Updates on the schemes?

                        I have a Demat account, It is Inactive now and recently I verified the transactions.

                        Multiple time charges have been posted.
                        DMC/INXXXXXXX DP CHGS TILL MAY-23.

                        When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.

                            Credit card debited but merchant has not received the money

                            On 5th August i recharged my BB Daily, Pune with Rs.1500/- and Rs.75/- but both the transactions failed and BB daily has not received the amount of Rs.1575/-
                            i have written more than 20 mail to icici bank customer care team but they are not accepting the wrongly charged debit my a/c and giving one excuses or other. kindly help as i am physically handicapped person...

                            Within 17 days about 34000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot
                            From the date of 24th July to 10th August without any notification. I am very frustrated with this unauthorised behavior. Kindly give me proper answer and solutions otherwise I will commit suicide

                              Unauthorized credit card transaction Fraud

                              I received a call from an icici bank credit card agent through a personal number regarding an offer, i was told that i am being offered an Credit bonus amount and he told me install ICICI bank reward application (claimrewards, co). The application home page was showing as ICICI bank claim rewards. Then he told me to enter the details and fill an OTP on application. I filled the OTP and he deducted 89, 223 INR from my account without my consent....
