    I am Nirav Patel writing on behalf of my father Pareshbhai Patel.

    Mr. Pareshbhai patel is the Bond Holder of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 21.12.1998

    It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 21.05.2023.

    There is no trackability of this bond.
    How do we redeem it at maturity? Where you we approach for redemption? Updates on the schemes?

      I am traveling abroad as a student and was inquiring about Forex Card with different banks. While most banks were showing me FX rates to buy EUR, I was thinking ICICI will also show me the rates before I decided to buy their card. To my shock, ICICI immediately deducted 499+GST from my savings account.

      I immediately called the bank within 10 minutes and told them my problem. I was assured that my comments were added in the SR[protected] and the process will be stopped. But nothing happened, I kept following up and today got the card delivered to me. And I still don't know what FX rates I will be charged for buying EUR. ICICI is just bullying me and harassing me into buying something from them that they were never transparent about. They are ok to spoil the 18 years old relationship with me only for a measly 500 Rs.

        I have a demat account in Icici bank which I have never used. At the time of account opening they told me that no amount will be deducted as it is free of cost however on 26th August 2023 Rs 295 have been debited from my account in the name of DMC charges. Kindly refund my amount.

          EBA/NSE Deduction

          There was a deduction from my ICICI account associated with my ICICI Direct with transaction remarks saying 'EBA/NSE M 2023159/[protected]' and the amount is 851.48 which is quite high and I was never informed if that is a hue brokerage cost that I am paying.

          I seek an immediate response for such a big deduction of payment from my account and a refund post a correction as I wasn't aware of such high hidden charges that are to...

          Hi Concerned Team,

          I did some shopping for me and my relatives during last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5% discount on whatever spending from amazon as a prime member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my relatives. Now in the same context around 7216 reward points are on hold for being a loyal customer of icici Bank and using their card throughout. I could have used other bank credit card that i hold but i sticked to ICICI. Maybe that was my biggest mistake to utilise the card during sale.

          The customer service executive told me that if reward points go over 7000 it will be on hold for investigation. That shouldn't be the case since the card has been given us for shopping purpose only and if we shop more it's good for the bank ultimately. The bank charge such high ROI in delay of payments but when it comes to releasing the reward points it's been on hold without any warning that I am overspending. I've never been late in paying my credit card dues, i always did it well before time still I have to face such inconvenience that I could never expect with such a enormous pvt sector bank.

          The bank should not deny the reward points and I request the concerned team to pls acknowledge my request and process my reward points at the earliest, i would be thankful to them and will take care of the situation and usage from next time onwards.

          By blocking or keep the reward points on hold, the bank will only losing a trust worthy and loyal customer.

          Hope my problem gets resolved at the earliest.

              I have a credit card from ICICI Bank which I am using for last few years. I have failed to make a payment this month which was due on 06th Aug. A fresh statement has been generated for payment to be made on 05th September. However, the bank has blocked my card and has also making frequent calls to make the minimum payment ASAP.

              This raises few concerns from my end:
              1. Why is my card blocked when the statement does not reflect any such warnings?
              2. On contacting the customer centre, they informed that they block cards with a new more than 1 month. But my due date for payment was 06th Aug and 1 month is not yet over.
              3. If they have blocked my card they have stopped services. That means they are not supposed to charge me any fees for the days my service is barred. Either they charge me while providing services or not charge me if they block my card.
              4. I am receiving continuous calls to make the payment (which I initially thought needs to be done before the next due date as per the statement). Now, they are eating up my time and distracting me by making calls, not providing services by blocking the card and also charging me fines and penalties. All cannot go on simultaneously.

              My request is to look into the service delivery aspect of credit card line of business in ICICI Bank, where such a harassment has to be faced for delay in payment by 15-20 days for customers with an excellent payment track record.

                5295 INR amount deducted from my bank account named undermentioned

                Rs 590 (9 times) have been deducted from my account on against NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~10APR23~35c7247~BNPMFB_3. I did not even get any text message on my mobile regarding these charges. I tried to email on this matter and I did not get any feedback.

                Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?

                Kindly refund my money otherwise i will file a compliant in consumer forum.

                  I'm unable to send/receive money thru upi in phonepe, gpay, Paytm and on imobile app as well. I reached out to customer care and they say nothing wrong with upi on my account. I reached out to my bank manager, relationship manager as well but no use.

                  It says for security reasons UPI transactions are blocked on this account. Please contact the bank. But the Bank stated that everything is working from there end.

                    I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing issue of aggressive street dogs in our neighborhood. The situation has escalated to the point where their constant fights are not only disturbing the peace but also endangering the safety of our residents and local animals.

                    These dogs have been engaging in violent confrontations with one another, causing distress to the entire community. Moreover, their aggressive behavior towards female dogs is leading to physical harm and emotional trauma for these animals. The resulting noise from their fights has made it increasingly difficult for residents to enjoy a peaceful living environment.

                    I kindly urge the concerned authorities to take immediate action to address this issue. Effective measures such as sterilisation or controlled intervention should be implemented to manage the
                    population of these street dogs and prevent further harm. The safety and tranquility of our neighborhood should be a top priority.

                        I made a cash deposit of Rs.48, 000 on 21/08/2023, by the time 16:06:25 on machine no: 0001514SRY on VASHI SECTOR 1, ICICI Bank branch.
                        Once cash was deposited, I received a slip saying "TROUBLE SORRY, MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE"
                        And I have not received any money back from the machine and my money is not credited in my account as well.

                        This is simply a fraud caused by ICICI bank.

                          Deduction of rupees 1899 PPL/WPP_SR920200405_Renew al of Policy

                          My account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr[protected]renewal. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap....

                          I had called ICICI customer care for some debit card requests and connect to an agent for it. I called from my bank account registered phone number. The IVR system immediately recognized me and started blabbing me about my account balance and other details.

                          While connecting my call to customer representative, the system first asked me for my 12 digit card no. and later on asked for my PIN; WHICH I TOTALLY AM NOT COMFORTABLE TO SHARE AND DID NOT EITHER. So the system did not connect to the representative.

                          On ICICI website, it is clearly mentioned, never ever share you PIN anywhere. Then HOW COME TELEPHONE IVR ASK ME MY PIN? This was not there earlier. Asking for PIN is totally unethical in my opinion; if not illegal. I know they will say it is totally safe, it goes to some machine and no human interaction; still asking for PIN is not justifiable. They can spell out my bank balance just by recognizing my registered no. but not connect to agent without asking for ATM PIN.

                            My account got debited without my knowledge got an sms notification as follow “ ICICI Bank Acc XXXXXdebited rs.xxx on 19-Aug-23 InfoACCT CLOSURE .Avl Bal Rs. 0.00.”
                            I haven’t done any transactions.

                              Was supposed to pay my emi to HDFC merchant on August 6th, 2023 but the auto-debit never happened. After waiting for long, got debited on august 9th, 2023 to the respective merchant account number. On august 10th, 2023 i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. But i can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transaction code as 'ecsrtnchgs060823_sr[protected]' on august 10th, 2023.

                              None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue

                                I HAVE SEND MY ORIGINAL DOC TO THE MANAGER AT i3 infotech ltd, international infotech park, vashi railway station complex, vashi, navi mumbai-400703 on 17/08/2023 and they have received the courier but no response. i have been mailing them regularly and even calling them on[protected]/[protected] but no response. even contact the person who gave these lotus share co manager - [protected]. he say mail them reguarly 4-5 times. so rude behaviour bu ICICI bank

                                  My transaction for 1, 41, 800.00 was declined due to security reasons, even though I had a limit of 2, 10, 000.00 and there were no dues. When I contacted their customer care, they replied that I could do the transaction because I had a limit of more than that, but the system was denying it. When I asked for any solution, they told me that there was no solution and I could just try again until it was possible. I talked with more than 10 customer care representatives, all of whom had the same reply. This is the message I received from Icici Band after I completed my transaction.
