An amount of INR 590.00 hit my account as ECS charges (ECSRTNCHGS050723_SR[protected] with transaction date on 10/07/2023. There is no information or message sent for intimating or explaining this. Please refund this amount and explain why was it deducted.

This is very unethical.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have not yet got any resolution on this. I want my refund back without any further delay. Some very unprofessional person called to let me know that i need to download the ICICI bank app to get a refund of this through a voucher. I do not use your app and want the money back directly on my account.

      I worked in sanaswadi priority Banker Aman Gawale coming in my company for account oppning he open my account and he said after 3 days account will active after that i am using my account throug the net banking i transfer 200 in this account 28nov2021 and second time 5000 on same day througt the phone pe
      after 15 days i input wrong pw so my account has been blocked so i for reset i go in icici bank site i input my mobile number on it it said mobile number not register with account so i call to aman gawale he said problem will solve he said same i call him again and again i

      i told his all this first he said me account not active i told him about aman gawale he told him he left his job i shocked he said me contact that person
      i contact that person he said me i cant help

      so for my account i visit again and again last time i submit bank statement all documents that also money not refund he said me account will not active

            She is the Bond Holder ( Bond Holder no.[protected] of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 21.12.1998.

            It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 21.05.2023.

            There is no trackability of this bond.
            How do we redeem it at maturity? Where you we approach for redemption? Updates on the schemes?

              I was told about part time job in ebay that by ratings task we can earn
              money and I started depositing the amount and ebay team told that need to
              invest more and do more tasks for earning money and took 141872 from
              my ICICI Bank account and later I realised that it is fraudulent which had
              happened with me. Please take a complete against and please return my
              money back. I was first contacted through WhatsApp and guided to login
              into telegram for the tasks and told that I will get huge amount commission
              if I complete the task and the tasks are never ever completed as it is only
              amount taking activities and no amount is given us back

                I have been trying to reach out to my nearest Icici branch for redemption of my Scici deep discount bonds issued in 1996. But nobody in the branch seems to know how to redeem them and they're just replying with "we've sent the email to the concerned team". It's been days since they're unable to guide me with the further process for redemption of the bonds and I feel like stuck as I'm also not being provided contact details of the relevant teams working on them.

                  On 6/04/2023 purchase VIVO 27 from offline store in 38500 with my credit card and the running offers is 10% cashback on devices is 3500 but after 90 days cashback not received. Pls help

                    Dear Sir/madam,

                    I am having my saving account in ICICI bank. 7th July 2023 Rs. 28.50, Rs 27.51, Rs 27.28, Rs 24.50, Rs 24.31 was deducted from my account and when I looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG" and when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer...

                      I have made two transactions in April and June to send money to my NRE account in the ICICI bank through remitly. Due to a wrong account number entered in the portal and also a spelling mistake in the name of my account, I have not received any deposits in my NRE account till date. I have checked with Remitly, they are not displaying the account number that is used for the transaction along with the wrong account name. They are showing transaction as complete, as ICICI bank has let the remitly API to deposit the money. Lodged a complaint with Remitly on this issue, and they are saying they will investigate this with in 3 days. I need to understand, how ICICI will process this case and help customers out in this situation.

                        Hello,
                        I'm Priyaratna Hibare (account number[protected], and recently I became aware of a transaction that wasn't done by me (DMC/in[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-23) which was of 826/-.

                        I called to the customer care, later diverted to icici direct. they told me it was Demat Account charges. which was supposed to be free. I was told when I first opened my Icici account, I was free of cost.

                        It should be mentioned that it could cost this much at the time of opening.
                        please revert back with the mail and kindly refund the amount.

                          Myself J abhinav, i have been with icici bank since 2020. This year 2021 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till may-23 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.
