    On 04th September 2023, the amount of Rs. 21, 830/- were debited from my bank account in 37 transactions of Rs. 590/- without any notification.

    As per my knowledge, I have cancelled all my running and expired mandate in Sept. 2021, then why you guys debited these amount without any prior notification.

    The same has been informed to their customer care and also to my Relationship Manager but they have not look into this matter and neither support me in this. I submitted a written request of reversal to Branch Manager but till dated I have not received any response.

    This is not the first time you have debited. In July Month also you guys debited the amount. But that's my fault I have not raised my voice at that time.

    But this time, Rs. 21830/- is not a small amount. I want my money back and also want a strong reply from your side ICICI Bank.

      I am writing to you on behalf of my Father Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Kumar. My father Sandeep is a ICICI bajaj scooter bonds - one holder.

      Bond matured on 21.05.2023.

      We are unaware of the current address to claim the bond amount. I have tried calling the numbers mentioned in the bond but the numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected] no longer exist. I have tried calling some other numbers as well [protected], [protected] but no answer.

      Can you please help us with the redemption process.

          Hello,
          I am using a credit card ( [protected]) with ICICI bank which is in the settlement process. we are paying the amount. I am always getting calls from the bank where the language is inappropriate. I would like to file a complaint against the credit card department for harassment and abusive language. today ([protected]), they called and used bad language and gave me Dhamkis for the police. I have faced so much in past few months from the credit card department for which I have so many mail records. If any legal action is not taken, I will be filing a case further in the senior department. Bank processes and calls have taken a toll on my mental health and self respect. Please look into the matter and help me for the same. no payments will be processed further if action is not taken

            I can't do online transactions through Amazon ICICI credit card. I have been facing this issue for long period of time and still not solved even after i get in touch with their customer service executive. Totally tired calling them.

              My amount was deducted under the following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj fin serve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only the EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

              I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.
              Please find my deductions for reference.

                  On 9th Sept 2023 icici bank have deducted three ecs return charges of rs. 585.84, 589.98 and 585.98.in this crucial moment where everybody is struggling with their earnings and emis pay these type of deductions are highly codemned. Rbi has also said that no charges should be apply on customers against short of balance, ecs return etc. Still icici bank is not following rbi guidelines. I demand a full refund and reason for deductions asap.

                    I have approached this company for pan card number correction because while data entry they have input T instead of J. Next this issue leads to freezing of my account as Aadhaar & Pan linkage are mandatory.
                    In reality my pan and aadhaar are linked since 2021 and have forwarded my Aadhaar and pan details to the company's customer care couple of times for correction through email. Not sure where is the confusion and all the time they are giving me the repeatetive solution to link Aadhaar & pan on income tax site and send the screenshot hard copy to Mumbai demat enabled branch.

I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

                      Also I have dropped mail to "[protected]@icicibank.com" but no response. I am really fed-up of this deduction. I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.

                        Purchased stock in mtf paying huge other charges etc added ₹ 50000/- margin to secure the purchase but today again deducted in the name of EBA/Upstreamed Payin/[protected] ₹ 287.85dr as this is 3 in one account so stop less deductions are going if mailing facility added why amount is deducted with customer knowledge is better unless it is better to stop trading

                          This is Rajani Malik customer of ICICI bank.
                          My account is being debited with rs 590 10 time. This bank people are saying its a late fees which is being debited from my account on 4th of september 2023. But I will tell you there is no loan or Credit card taken from ICICI bank then why are they charging me 590 that to 10 times.
                          I have not linked any loan accounts on this bank also for auto debit. Which are auto debit that is already paid. And when i talk to customer service person they are saying that it is done by some razopay account but there is no razopay aur aur loan account linked by this ICICI account of mine. I please request you to look into this case and do the needful. Please revert me back on rajani.[protected]@icloud.com

                            I am Krishna S, 806.00, 1567.20, 66.56 rupees have been deducted from my account as (DP CHGS TILL L-DEC-21) on 04 September 2023, 2nd September, and 17 August 2023, Which I did not ask when I was opening an account (I don't even know about Demat Account, how to use it and what is it about) no one informed me that they are opening Demat account for my account and it will be charged which I don't want(I have not used till now).

                            If this service is going to charge me they have to remind me or intimate before, so that I can cancel or close that service, and without any prior information or SMS alert the money was deducted from my account. Even after the deduction I did not get any notification. Today when I checked my account I found it but I don't understand why it was deducted. This is completely unacceptable.
                            Please refund my total amount and close that service or Demat Account. My ICICI account number is:[protected]

                                I see an 1899/- transaction for an ICICI Policy which I never purchased.

                                PPL/WPP__Renewal of Policy

                                Apparently, they are deducting this for the last 4/5 years which I did not know.

                                The contact center team is less than helpful as they don't know anything about the policy.

                                This is a scam and I can see loads of other people also facing similar issue with ICICI.

                                      Rs 706 charges deducted

                                      I'm a user of icici debit card since 5 years and now you have deducted 706.81 rs from my account without informing saying that it is Dcardfee5349AUG23-JUL24 + GST.
                                      Please return the money as soon as possible....
