Amount deducted via CMS/[protected]/ADTPSLSIPG__[protected] ON 01 JULY 2023 from ICICI Bank account of Amount Rs. 31300. ICICI Bank customer care replied that amount is deducted via ECS Auto debit e-mandate and has no information of merchant who requested this auto debit.

I have not issued any cheque, or e-mandate nor I have any SIP or insurance.

    Hello team I've noticed that over the past 12 to 13 months, a monthly amount of between 550RS and 600RS has been deducted from my icici account. I have no idea what this deduction is about and don't even started any scheme from my side. so could you please explain what this deduction involves and let me know how can i get my money back starting in June 2022?

      Why ?? Deduction of Rs.826 in name of dps chgs

      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 4 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ' DP CHGS TILL MAY-23'---- INR 826.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with...

      I am Javed Shaikh, ICICI Bank account holder.

      an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till now from on 27 jun 2020.Today is 1 July 2023.

      I have never activated and used my demat account.There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

      I need my money back & please close my DEMAT account as well if it is still opened by you and am ready to post on social media in case issue not addressed.

        I have try to transfer money from my ICICI account by net banking but its failed with below error.
        Error - "Dear Customer, Internet Banking transaction of Rs ***** could not be completed, due to security reasons."

        That time i have very much emergency but unable to don this transaction.

        I contacted with customer support also but they cut my call without my help.

          I am Niravkumar chandubhai patel writing on behalf of my father chandubhai nagarbhai patel

          Mr. chandubhai nagarbhai patel is the Bond Holder ( Bond Holder no.[protected] of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 06.08.1999.

          It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 06/01/2026

          There is no trackability of this bond.
          How do we redeem it at maturity? Where we approach for redemption?br...

          I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6-7 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ' DP CHGS TILL MAY-23'---- INR 826.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.               On 27 June 2023 ₹826 has been deducted from my bank account (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-23), when I enquired they say i am holding a demate account i never gave any permission or created any demate account with ICICI and now they have deducted money without my consent and didnt event sent a text that money has been deducted and now they not willing to give back my money. please help me.

                Subject: EMI for a purchase on reliance was charged to my credit card even after I canceled the order.

                Respected Sir/Madam,

                I am Aiman Fatima holding a credit card in your bank. I am from Hyderabad.

                I am writing this mail with respect to the purchase on reliance digital online with ICICI credit card.

                I placed an order for a laptop online on the 23rd of April. I chose EMI options for payment. Then I canceled it on the same day.

                However I was charged twice (28th May and 28th June) for this EMI. It’s unfair that I had to pay these charges despite canceling the order right away.

                I contacted your customer service and they blamed me for this issue. They said I should have contacted sooner. I tried explaining that I was not aware that I am being charged for this EMI. They did not listen and charged me an additional fee for forclosing the EMI.

                I want a full refund for the previous charges, as well as a cancellation of any remaining amount. Why should I pay for something I canceled? How can your bank fail to take responsibility?

                This is the worst customer service ever.

                        I'm a bond holder of SCICI Limited Deep Discount bond. ISSUED ON : 1st September 1996

                        1. I emailed multiple times to [protected]@icicibank.com, but no relevant reply.
                        2. I called many ICICI customer care helpline number, but no one know what is the process or point of contact of Bond department
                        3. I visited 2 ICICI branch and I didn't get any help from there as well
                        4. I tried contacting Icici BKC branch but couldn't make a connection call.

                        Requesting you to kindly let us know the process of redemption and where and how to do it and whom to contact for redemption.

                        Request to please provide the steps or contact information for the relevant parties as Scici Limited is merged with Icici banks

                            I was just checking my bank statement, noticed that rupees 757 have been dedcuted from my account on the name of DMC/INXXXXXXXXXXX DP CHGS TILL MAY-23. this is a pure fraud by ICICI. I have demat account which was offered for free while opening a Salary acocunt with ICICI back in 2013.

                            @icici please resolve and refund the amount I dont need demat account.

                              This is to inform that there is a amount of Rs.243.77 deducted from my ICICI account[protected] as surcharge for IRCTC reservation. But IRCTC never ask for any surcharge; they only take the payment for tickets amount. Then why bank deduct the money from my account without my knowledge?
                              Kindly refund this surcharge amount to my account asap.

                                ICICI Bank has charged multiple amounts of 580+ under name NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK, without any notice or information. I don't have any EMI or anything which needs to be paid and this is my salary account.

                                I have already lost more than 5k in last one year on this.

                                I want my money back.

                                  I had asked for closure of fast tag account in one of my vehicle since I sold the vehicle.

                                  But even after 15 days... closure is not done. Meantime fasttag has been made inactive and therefore on blacklist. Due to this reason the buyer of my vehicle is not able to buy new fast tag in his name.

                                  Now we are struck and not able to take the vehicle on highway.
