I have seen my statement today and come to see 568.24 rupees debited from my account by ICICI without any prior notice and i'm holding this account and debit card since 2020 and this is for the first time got this much amount got deducted by bank. I need explanation on this deduction and want my money back.

How could bank levy if at all any higher fee without any intimation to the customer. Is 568.24 seems normal amount for like me middle class people? If this is the amount bank collects for debit card usage. I don't want bank account in your bank anymore ...

    I recently transfered an amount to my ICICI Account and it got deducted with ECS And NACH Charges, i wish to know why such charges were incurred

      Hello my name is kanwar pal singh, I am a ICICI bank account holder, from past few days my account is getting debited for no reason by the name of NACH_RTN_CHARGE_INJENOT~04JU, they say my EMI bounced but I cancelled NACH MANDATE months back, when I go to internet banking of ICICI bank there is no active NACH mandate on my account, I have tried to contact the customer care of ICICI bank they kept me on hold for 27 minutes after that they transferred me to their senior, the senior person said that they have taken the complaint and I should get confirmation by evening of July 17 2023 on my registered email or phone number and my issue will be resolved by JULY 18 2023 evenin. I didn’t get any confirmation email or SMS about the complaint and my issue is unresolved till now. In last few months they have dedicated almost 4000 INR from my account i am tired and feeling helpless after all this I don’t know what to do. I want my money back also I want to complaint to RBI about this monopolies. I am adding the screenshots of talking with ICICI also the deductions

        I am paying all the emi on timely in cash but COVID times one emi is pending because my health is critical about corona so my one is emi is due so ur agent not told me to pay is not covering the due emi so the callers say ur interset is much more than the my cost is fourth and he put the negative impact of my credit score . Put remove all the negative threads and I will pay the due amount plz give me a noc of my vehicle .

          I have observed unauthorized charges on my ICICI savings account for the policy mentioned in the subject of my complaint. I want to emphasize that I did not make any request or provide authorization for this policy. There have been seven transactions made from March 2017 to March 2023. I find it unjust for such practices to occur, where my account is debited without my consent. Therefore, I kindly request an immediate refund of the deducted amount back into my account. For your reference, I have attached a screenshot of my recent transaction as well as all transition detail in separated sheet. I would greatly appreciate it if you could ensure that the credited amount is returned as soon as possible.

                Worst service. ICICI Customer Care executive doesn't even have proper knowledge of service.

                Not sure if this service really works for customers, or just for Bank to loot the money against each service they promote on their website/ promotional material.

                This SMS service is again CHARGEABLE to customer.

                FAKE SERVICE 5676766, NEVER ACKNOWLEDGES THE CUSTOMER.

                  Ever now and then my bank is auto debiting few payments in last 3-4 months. With the same complaint I've gone to the bank too and all they got to say is " these are for your missing your loan amount" when I don't even have any loan on my name and i pay credit card bills on time. Even if it were true why they are being cut on some random dates in between the month and not at the start of the month. After some research online I learnt thet are debited because I did not maintain minimum balance!!! Wt[censored]??????!!!
                  Before opening my account with them itself I asked them l, if this a zero balance account and they said all salary accounts are zero balance account. After listening to this response, I agreed to open an account with them. Then whytf are these payments being auto debited!! Please return my money. Every penny is valuable to me!!! I had to work night shifts to earn this money . Pls return or cloade my permanently!!!

                    I have swiped a card with the amount Rs. 346 from my ICICI Bank to SHAH GHOUSE HOTEL & RESTAURANT (Towli Chowki) Branch, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Though the transaction failed, the Rs. 346 amount got debited and didn't credit back to me. There is no option to file a complaint on the net banking website. So please credit Rs. 346 to my account.

                      I failed to pay one emi that I took from Bajaj fin, my emi was 1940 only, and as per bajaj, the bounce charge levied 700 INR, now ICICI was my bank. On 2 July, My emi was bounced but 0n 5th July after 3 days, I paid the entire amount 1940 and 700 and INR 7 as penalty that is 2647 in total. Now on 15 July, without any sms or mail intimation, ICICI deducted all my balance (thankfully only INR 509 I kept there), as Nach RTN charge. I want to know how many times do I have to pay this bounce charge and is it fair to deduct without informing user for the same thing that she has already paid once? Please check into this or I am going to consumer forum.

                          On checking with the account I see that a payment of 590/- was deducted from my bank account on 15.07.2023. On checking with the ICICI BANK they told me it was taken from Bajaj Finserv as I have taken a loan, but I have already paid it on 01.07.2023, as my loan date was on 02.07.2023. After contacting Bajaj Finserv they said it was from ICICI bank again.
                          I do not understand after paying it on 01.07.2023 why has the Bajaj Finserv issued...

                          I am facing the problem of EBA/FUND TRF CHRG & EBA NFO PI. I never used to have this problem earlier but since couple of months ICICI bank has been deducting this amount from my account. I would like to know on what grounds are they deducting the amount from my account? And how do I get the amount reversed.

                                  My name is Prashant Kamble, I have salary account with icici bank, thane teen hath naka branch with account number is[protected]. Few minutes before i got a message that bank debited Dcard fees of rs 694.81.
                                  This is to inform you that i opened this salary account on or before 2015 and at a time your bank executive never informed about any such dcard fees related and he told me that bank will not take any charges or fees for the card use services and inform you that first time such dcard fees deducted into my salary account since account opening with icici bank on or before 2015.
                                  This is wrong, invalid ways to collect such charges without any update or intimation provided by the bank side.
                                  Kindly explain about my above mentioned concern and refund my amount of rs. 694.81 immediatly asap which was not belong with my salart account which is not included in such bank policies for any such dcard fees deduction related

                                    Icici bank kyc approval pending of Epfo

                                    I have seeded my ICICI Bank account details on the EPFO website on 12th jul 2023 and its still pending for verification from Bank's end. I have already written an email to ICICI customer service and haven't got a proper response regarding the same. I tried to visit the branch but no one at the branch seems to have any idea about who approves the Account details for EPFO or how its approved. Someone at the branch even argued that EPFO KYC...
