I am the bond holder of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 29. 01. 1999. I redemption date of the bond was[protected].

I check the redemption process with bank and sent the bond along with other document like Aadhar card etc via registered post to International Infotech Park, Vashi Railway Station Complex Tower #5, 3rd Floor & Tower Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703.

But it's been a month I have not heard back from the bank nor received any payment information.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a bank Demand Draft (DD) that we recently received from ICICI Bank. The DD is related to the ICICI Bank-Bajaj scooter bond and is issued in the name of Sri. Ramisetty Raja Rao (Bondholder: 0027204), who was my father. I regret to inform you that my father passed away in 2016.

    We understand that the DD is currently unusable due to the account holder's demise, and we kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue promptly. We have previously emailed [protected]@icicibank.com and [protected]@3i-infotech.com as per instructions from ICICI customer care. We have not yet received any response. To facilitate the resolution of this matter, I have attached all the relevant documents pertaining to my father's demise and family details in the email.

    We request that you either reissue the DD in the name of the nominee (if such information is available in your records) or in the name of my mother, Ramisetty Sri Devi (widow of Sri. Ramisetty Raja Rao). This adjustment will enable us to access the funds and fulfil the intended purpose of the DD. I kindly request that you communicate the resolution process at your earliest convenience. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation in resolving this issue.

            1) 21 Aug - I contacted ICICI Call center for my OD closure request. They told me to visit Branch or email Pooja Deshmukh & Prajwal Shende.2) 22 Aug - I sent an email to these 2 email IDs, no response.3) 23 Aug - Followed up on these 2 email IDs although I was getting an error message for Prajwal's email ID.4) 24 Aug - I received an email response from Pooja Deshmukh asking me to visit the branch or email [protected]@icicibank.com which did not help.5) 24 Aug - Per Pooja Deshmukh's email response, I re-raised the request with [protected]@icicibank.com5) 25 Aug - I followed up on the email to [protected]@icicibank.com, copied Pooja Deshmukh & Prakash Suryvanshi; but no response.6) 27 Aug - [protected]@icicibank.com asked me to visit the branch7) 28 Aug - [protected]@icicibank.com confirmed that someone from the branch will contact me in 1 BD8) 29 Aug - No call back / email from ICICI9) 30 Aug - F/up with [protected]@icicibank.com. Different email ID provided10) 31 Aug Emailed PoojaD & Prajwal again.11) No resolutionInspite of repeated followups & communicating with multiple contacts via phone, email; no resolution from ICICI Bank. The bank is charging me unnecessary Interest for last 10 days on the OD facility which I have requested to cancel long time ago.

              Hello ICICI Team,

              I am Harsha Vardhan Boina, and I have maintained an account with ICICI for over a decade. I've noticed that the bank has been deducting funds without providing any prior alerts or notifications. I do not have a demat account, yet I continue to incur charges under "DMC/ DP CHGS TILL JULY-23 Deduction, " resulting in a deduction of INR 826/-. I kindly request a refund for the total amount that has been debited thus far. This is Unfair

                  I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding unauthorized credit card initiated by ICICI Bank in my name. I would like to request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

                  On 28th August, 2023, I received a notification from ICICI Bank indicating that I have two credit card bills to be paid. To my surprise, I had not initiated any application for a new credit card with ICICI Bank, nor had I provided my consent for such an application. This situation has caused me significant distress and concern.

                  Furthermore, I have been informed that ICICI Bank is now demanding a payment of both the bills. A payment of total INR 3103.99 is to be paid immediately as charges for these unauthorized credit card. I believe it is unfair and unjust for me to be held responsible for charges related to the credit cards that I did not request or authorize.

                  I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

                  Deactivation: I request the immediate deactivation and cancellation of the unauthorized credit card issued in my name and wave off the bill issued against the same.

                  Confirmation: I would appreciate written confirmation from ICICI Bank once the above actions have been taken to resolve this matter.

                  I have attached the relevant documents, including the notification I received and any other information that may be useful in your investigation. I kindly request that this matter be treated with the utmost urgency, as it has caused me undue stress and financial burden.

                  Thank you for your assistance.

                      I have added funds from icici savings to direct (Demat account) and purchased the stock.

                      I have seen the following transaction.

                        Receiving constant calls from ICICI credit card

                        This is to inform you that i have been receiving constant calls from ICICI BANK credit card department for filling credit card application. I have already informed them that i am not interested but even after then i am getting so much calls from them, i am receiving minimum 10 calls per day, i have blocked one number then i started receiving from another number.
                        Since 1 week they are troubling me.

                        I am Sandeep Kumar Tripathi Amount of Rs.98.33 was debited by ICICI bank on 26/08/2023 without sms alert or email alert. The transaction mark was DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-23.The demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account.
                        I have never been charged for just operating my demat account with ICICI direct. I would like to know what are these charges? If these charges are new fees there was no prior intimation about the new fee structure. If these charges are not part of ICICI direct fee structure please refund my money. I tried to complaint launch a query/complaint through ICICI Bank's 'https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page' but the webpage did not process my request. Hence I had to launch a complaint through 'https://www.consumercomplaints.in'

                                Why dp charges is been deducted from my account of 826/- last time I had a discussion with your executive and they said that my demat account will be closed I want my money back and please close this account I dont want it.

                                  Many times again and again deduct dmc
                                  DP charges - INR 826

                                  Icici opened my demat account stating this is a lifetime free account and no charges will be charged in future. I did not know anytthin year 2 Times taking charges and about investing in stocks and never logged in to the account as well. they have INR 826 from my debit account which is truly unjust. There was no notification that such charges will be deducted from my account.
                                  Now they are stating me to go to nearest branch and close the account which they opened without any signature or documents taken specifically for opening demat/trading account.
                                  ICICI representatives cheat by opening accounts like this and then later on charge customers. At least, they should have the courtesy of notifying customers. I would like them to refund the deducted amount and not treat other innocent customers the same way.

                                      Rs 590 has been deducted from my account on[protected] against NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~03MAY22~76efc4.

                                      Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?
                                      I am maintaining my monthly limit above 10000 then how could you charge
                                      .
