Dear sirs,
I have been using icici bank saving account as well as visa credit card ending with 6000, for the past 17 years. During the pandemic period, I have opted for moratorium and towards the end of August 2020, I had emailed icici credit card as well as head private banking for restructuring the amount.
However to my utter disbelief, icici bank has suddenly blocked my savings account and inspite of having sufficient balance, I am unable to make payment towards my icici bank card. Moreover there are calls from recovery agencies and threatening me from time to time.
The utter ugliness of the process is really appalling and I intend to close this mess forever. I have reached nodal officer, head private banking, although there is no response from the bank side.
Please help me to close this matter amicably and also help me to resolve this matter at the earliest.
