I have made part payment 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees May 30th 2020. So many times visited Boduppal branch for process my request and ti reduce the loan EMI. till now not happened, in online portal also complained 3 times but no response. Today so many times follow up, now after 4 months they are telling show me your company id card otherwise we will send back your amount. If we delay one day they will collect late fee extra charges everything, but from their side no response.
