There was deduction of 2 mab charges from my account. Though this deductions were made, i wasn't even notified once. After speaking with customer care for around an hour, he told me to visit branch.
Firstly iam a student, i just wanted to open an savings account with least minimum balance and good facility. Everyone suggested icici or sbi. As icici was near to my location and had positive reviews online. I opened 3 accounts in icici branch (Including me, my mother and brother) after opening of an account they charged around 900 for debit card. I thought it as one time investment, so i ignored. Recently during this pandemic time, i was out of station, i had around 1000₹ in my account. I was at petrol bunk, i fueled my vehicle full tank. The bill was 550₹. I swipe my card to make transaction, it got decline, then i checked statement. Then i got to know that bank deducted around 600 from my account as mab charges. It was night and iam at petrol bunk without money. This was situation icici bank put me in.
This was not the end. Lately, i had 25₹ in my account, the bank did not even hesitate to even take that amount from me.
And when i checked online about mab charges, i was informed that they do reversal for mab charges.
I called customer care, they told to visit branch and after visiting branch, they told to call customer care.
So here iam.
