On 11th september, 2020 - i was going to pay my airtel postpaid bill of rs. 471 but the transaction failed and money was deducted from my icici bank.

Transaction remark : bil/onl/[protected]/airtel bas/bhar0120

Kindly refund this money.

I have provided the screenshot of transaction history of airtel account to show that the transaction wasn't successful.

    nach_ad_rtn_chrg ingenot charges

    Address: Icici bank Ltd, 33 community centre new friends colony New Delhi 110025

    Within 88 days about 2357 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot
    From the date of[protected] to[protected] without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency it's pendamic situation and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
    What is this transaction purpose...

    During the lockdown period I have applied for the moratorium for my Credit Card. I haven't received my salary in those days which results me to apply for the moratorium. Later on September I received my salary. After 3 days when I tried to transfer my amount it was showing insufficient balance. I wondered what exactly happened. I checked with the account I saw it was negative due to something called lien. My credit card account is closed as well. The interesting part I haven't got any intimation from the bank regarding the closure of my credit card account. At this point of situation this is the way they are behaving to their customer.

      This is with reference to my demat account closure and transfer request which is not being properly addressed by icici bank in delibrate attempt to harm customer interest during covid19 times.
      I have already visited the demat help desk branch and submitted request with -
      Sr[protected], along-with cmr copy of my new demat account.

      The request has been rejected by icici citing - “ cml has to be in crystal format”.

      This is ridiculous as my customer provides cmr only for transfer which i have already shared through email and physical copy as well.

      I am being harnessed and subjected to undue monetary loss and complication by icici bank against my will.
      Please help.

        I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 10th Sept, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment

          I am writing this complaint on behalf of my wife.. My wife name is shama parveen.. Card number :[protected].. There were fraud transactions done on my wife credit card on 28 august 2020.. The transaction amount is rs 45300.. But the bank employees are saying its done by you as its a otp based transaction.. But we didn't made that transaction as we didn't got any otp.. Neither we did that transactions.. Please look into the matter

            Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserv and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges.
            I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

              The amount of Rs 1899 has been debited from my account without giving any prior notice or information. It should be up to the consumer that they want to continue the card protection service or not. It was never expected that a professional bank such as ICICI would indulge in such unprofessional and dubious behavior.

              Please return our hard earned money that you have wrongfully forced out of me and several innocent people.

                Recently i have opened my salary (Zero balance account) account in icici bank. I also got normal debit card. But today i received a mail that "your request for expression debit card is registered". I don't remember of requesting it. I also got mail like charges for expression debit card will be debited from my account. Moreover i am not in need of services of that card.
                Please help me to cancel that request as i don't want any expression debit card.

                  Hi team,

                  I wish to lodge a complaint against icici bank for marking a lien on my savings bank account for total amount due without any prior intimation whatsoever for the recovery of credit card dues. This lien has been marked on my account 01 day before the payment due date which is 11th september.

                      Have taken a term insurance plan of 1 crore (Icici prulife i-protect smart # xxxxxxxx) from icici on 31 dec 18 online. Monthly emi for said policy is rs 1156 that is due on the last date of every month. I have been paying all the emi via bhim sbi app or internet banking since 31 dec 18. After a few months i contacted icici prulife customer care for an auto debit facility for emi. They told me to link my debit card/ credit card with said policy by myself via online login. I did the same and linked my sbi debit card for auto debit before 18 month approx.

                      After the debit card linked with my icici policy on 30 th of every month i used to get a message that your emi is deducted from the debit card. But after 3 days i used to get a message that my emi was not deducted and i have to pay the same by any means. I used to pay the same by bhim sbi app. This was a routine of every month.

                      Not even a single emi was deducted automatically from my debit card. Then i queried from icici prulife cc. They replied that sbi debit card has no facility for auto deduction of emi if linked with icici policy. For that i need to link credit card of any bank or any card of icici bank with said policy. Then i didn't link any other cards with said policy. After a few months my debit card got u/s, so i deactivated and blocked my debit card (Before10 month approx) myself online on sbi site. Another side same routine was being followed up by icici, i. E. On 30th a message of emi deducted and after 3 days not got money and i used to pay the same by bhim app.

                      As usual on 30th aug 20 a message from prulife came that emi deducted and after 3 days a message stating that emi not deducted. As usual i logged into bhim app and wished to pay the emi, but here a dishonour charge of rs 1050 also was charged in my policy. I stopped myself and inquired from prulife cc. They told that your emi did not deduct via debit card issues so this dishonour charge is levied.
                      I then wrote mail on 5 sep 20 to icici prulife stating that when you don't have a facility with sbi debit card then how can you fine dishonour?. They replied on 8 sep 20 and also made the same cock and bull story and stated that i have to pay dishonour charge that cannot be vanished/ honoured.
                      In view of the above following is requested:
                      From icici prulife - kindly resolve the issue with genuinity and humanity (
                      From sbi - icici prulife has told me to contact sbi for the same. Kindly initiate from your end and look into. My sbi sb account # xxxxxxxx.

                      From rbi - kindly enquire into and resolve the issue. It's not a case of a single man. Lacs of people are being looted by stating/using wrong methods by online companies. Kindly instruct icici prulife for a genuine emi.

                        I have made part payment 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees May 30th 2020. So many times visited Boduppal branch for process my request and ti reduce the loan EMI. till now not happened, in online portal also complained 3 times but no response. Today so many times follow up, now after 4 months they are telling show me your company id card otherwise we will send back your amount. If we delay one day they will collect late fee extra charges everything, but from their side no response.

                          An american express icici bank credit card has been pushed to me by the relationship manager, without giving me a choice of cards. This card does not have a zero cost emi available. I have tried it twice at retailers.

                          Now, i had a due of rs 907/-. The payment of which got delayed by 5 days. They have imposed a fine of rs 500/- plus gst total rs 600/-.

                          I have been asking for a waiver, however it is not forthcoming from them.
                          Sr[protected] and sr[protected].

                          This is the first time it has happened and now i have set it to automatic deduction.

                          The rm's number has also changed and is not contactable. The online help of icici bank interms of helping customers is not upto the mark.

                            I opened an insta savings account online after uploading necessary documents and pan number during account opening process. I was happy to open my savings account online without any hassel and even opened an online trading account. I transferred amounts from my other bank account to icici savings account and when tried to send it to my icici direct account, i found my account is blocked/frozen.

                            My account is blocked/frozen and i am unable to do any transactions and missed my regular financial commitments and suffering acute financial troubles with this account. Per my relationship manager's advise, i went to main branch in erode but the branch is closed as two of the bank employees were found covid positive. My relationship manager said i have to go to main branch only to unfreeze my account.

                            Kindly do the needful as i am badly suffering from this.

                              I applied for the icici bank credit card. And my application got rejected due to office address confirmation. And when i contacted the customer care executive. They told me that send your required documents by email and between 4 to 7 days. You will be notified about your application status.
                              But after 9-10 days. I still didn't receive any email or message.

                              But they are not giving me any update. All the time they tell me that send us an email about your company id and address. And i already send them email 10 times. And then again i called customer care executive and they said, you application is rejected. Then didn't tell me any reason.

                              Please provide the solution as soon as possible.

                                Within 3 months about 5000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpsl without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
                                What is this transaction purpose? Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpsl

                                7 to 8 times it has been same with me within four months. I want a strong reply from your side dear icici bank.

                                  Dear sir/madam

                                  I have home loan in your bank and during this covid pandemic i have applied moratorium for august month but was rejected. And for september i have paid my emi on 05.09.2020 itself but my account is locked for both the month emi's. I request you to kindly consider my moratorium for august month and un lock my account.

                                    My name is srinivasan r i got message amount deducted from my saving account. (Txn of inr 1, 650.00 done on acct xx775 on 08-sep-20. Info: vin*google v. Avbl bal:inr 312.04. Call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 775 to [protected]) but i did not done any transaction. Without my otp how this happened. Please cross check and revert my money back.
