credit card delivering to wrong address

I had applied for credit card on nov 26 and it was approved and dispatched in 5 working days but they sent it to a wrong address (My past address). I called customer care and asked them to deliver it to my current address and they made sure it will be delivered to my new address but 3 days later i got a call from delivery agent from the wrong address again and i registered a complaint again with reference number sr[protected] and they noted...

I travel to shamshabad everyday for work and for holiday to nagpur, I have been Charged extra, instead of 40, charged 70 RS. Didn't return amount despite notifications. (Nanakramguda - shamshabad toll) (original 60 RS to and fro)
Charged the same before as well at all diffrent tolls. Fraud this is!!

    Dear sir i was going to Mumbai on 16-12-19
    On Mumbai Pune express way on telegaon toll plaza employee of toll plaza had taken cash from me of ₹230 because of rush i told him that i have fastag he didn't listen to us he said you have to pay cash . And even from fastag amount has got debited of ₹173.And on the same way at khalapar toll plaza amount debited of ₹173, on return from Mumbai to Pune same toll plaza khalapur toll plaza amount has debited 173₹ instead of debiting 57₹, extra amount has been debited, within 24 hrs this had happen. My car number is MH13BN7533.I request you to get my amount credited back as soon as possible to my fastag account i.e my transaction ID
    (I.e 230₹ paid by cash and extra amount debited from fastag i.e 173-57=116
    116+230=346) total amount which i had paid extra is 346₹. i submitted all of my documents.

      lien marked and not helping in removing it

      1)I approved mandate of INR 29600 Ujjivan IPO (2lots) (bid via zerodha) via Imobile (BHIM UPI) on 4th December 2019. Later on 05th december 2019 an update came on same mandate of same amount INR 29600.
      But bank put a total lien of INR 59200.
      2)I kept complaining about the issue and also reported that there is a bug in their app but no one took me seriously and i was told that everything will be fine after mandate gets revoke.br...

        I applied fastag using icici bank web portal on 28th Nov 2019. My fastag account no. Is 11667028. Vehicle registration is from Telangana. I have not received any communication on tag dispatch. Since then i kept calling icici customer care toll free number many times without having any positive outcome. Two complaints were registered, and Customer care executive keeps informing that you will get your fastag within 2 days, 7 days etc. But till now there is no information about the fastag. I am not sure about what happened to my fastag and why it is getting delayed. Whom should I approach to get the Fastag, or to get my money refunded.

          My father mr. Lokesh kumar laxmandas lamba have applied for fastag card on 28th november and have paid rs.500 fee through hdfc for etoll1291683 for car no. Mh03bh3377, but we still have not yet received any card or any update for the same. We have been trying to contact bank but haven't received any help from them.
          Also we haven't received any rfid or customer id via message or mail.

          Kindly let me know how to solve this problem.

            I have maintained sufficient amount but amount not debited for emi, my emi date is 4th dec, i credited amount before 2 days. Amount is now showing in account not debited for emi as well. How can bank only cheats the customers and i am getting calls for not paying emi amount and kindly dont impose any ecs debit charges if it applying reverse it back and solve my problem.

              I have applied for fastag card through icici bank on nov 28th 2019. I received fastag ac no. As 11664697 through sms and stated that i will receive the card in 4 working days. I received one more message on dec 13 that my serial no is[protected]. Its been 20 days since i have applied and there are no communications on the status of the card. I have reached out to icici complaint numbers several times and no one has attended the call and i m receiving the message from ivr that the representatives are busy. Please help in getting the card status as it is a long time while.

                Icici bank charge me 499 for fastag.
                But from last 15 days they are not giving fastag and fastag account also they are not closing
                I am not able to go in tall gate
                They are not refunding and not closing tag even not giving tag

                    Hi, i bought icici fastag online on 2nd dec. I got 2 messages saying my icici fastag account is activated. My icici fastag account is 11760348 and 2205581. I don't know which one is correct. And i didn't receive the fastag for any of them.
                    There is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not nor the tracking id? Also, no customer care number for fastag is reachable.

                    Can you please help as the deadline is already reached and not sure on what to do.

After the payment i got a message that the account has been created and activated with account number 11615218. But after that i havent received any information. I call the [protected] number that i got from the icici website and that is absolutely useless. I will be hold for 10 minutes and then it kicks me out.

                          Icici debited 1399rs from my credit card without my permission. I was getting continuous call from icici for 2 weeks. Since it was marked as spam from many users i didn't want to receive the call. They called day and night without break. So i received the call and they told something to repeat what they tell so that they can record the call and i thought it's from icici bank, and i thought they called to confirm about my new credit card, so i repeated what they asked for. But after 2 days 1399rs got debited from my account. Please deactivate the service and refund the amount.

                            Hi, i bought icici fastag online on 1stdec. I got 2 messages saying my icici fastag account is activated. My icici fastag account is 22280846 and 11826288. I don't know which one is correct. And i didn't receive the fastag for any of them.
                            I further got a message on 6-dec saying that fastag serial no.[protected] is assigned to tag acc. No. 22280846. But there is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not nor the tracking id?

                              Due to some issue with the bookings via booking.com, they agreed to provide refund. Booking.com has already processed the refund and provided me an arn number (85297869344949373568942) on 10th december 2019. I haven't received the refund yet. I don't see any feature in app to check the status with the bank. Please provide refund as soon as possible.

                                I received the msg that my icici bank fastag account linked to vrn ka51ml3333 has been debited with rs.285/- for dispute on trip no.[protected] on[protected]:36:50. I dispute this debit.

                                On the same day and time my icici bank fastag is debited with rs.65/- for the same trip no.[protected]. This is correct and i agree to it.

                                Please refund me the excess debit of rs.285/- for the same trip.

                                  I have made wrong transaction of 5830 rs on 18 nov, 2019 and same day i inform to icici bank customer care, they told me that we are raising complaint against wrong transaction but i did't received any response from them. After few days back, i call again then, they told me that we are not responsible and you have to check with hdfc bank they no better about it. I went to hdfc bank there staff told me that icici bank are making me fool. I really don't understand, how can i get my money back.
                                  I am icici bank account holder i made wrong transaction to hdfc.
                                  I called customer care of icici bank and hdfc bankd and i visited branches also of both bank. I am feeling helpless. Kindly help me to get solution.

                                    श्री मान जी मेरा नाम सुशील कुमार शर्मा पुत्र स्वर्गी श्री सुरेश चंद्र, मकान न. 1204, नेताजी सुभाष लेन, जवाहर कालोनी फरीदाबाद हरियाणा का हूं।
                                    श्री मान जी 2004 मे ICICI BANK का EXECUTIVE मेरे घर मेरा ACCOUNT खुलवाने के लिए आया था। वो भी मेरे किराएदार के कहने पर आया था।
                                    श्री मान जी मैने icici bank EXECUTIVE के कहने पर FORM पर जहाँ कहे वहा पर SING कर दिए थे परंतु मेरे पास उस समय कोई भी पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF) नही था। आपके EXECUTIVE ने कहा कि मे manager sir से बात कर लूंगा परंतु कुछ दिन बाद वो आया और उसने मुझसे कहा कि आपका account open नही हो सकता क्योकि आपके पास कोई पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF) नही है इसलिए आपका account open नही हो सकता है।
                                    उसके बाद 2015 मे मुझे पता चला कि आपकी ICICI BANK द्वारा मेरा ACCOUNT[protected] OPEN कर दिया था, और CREDIT CARD ([protected]) तथा LOAN ([protected]) भी दे दिया था, LOAN AMOUNT 25000 RS था जिसने ये LOAN लिया था उसने कुछ LAON AMOUNT भर दिया था परंतु शेष 9000 RS रह गए थे, जिस पर CHEQUE BOUNCE FEES, INTEREST CHARGE और PALENTY लगा कर 16366 RS कर दिया था। जोकि मेरे CIBIL SCORE मे आ रहा है।
                                    श्री मान जी आप मुझे ये बताने का कस्ट करे कि आपने किस पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF) के आधार पर ACCOUNT OPEN किया तथा किस पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF)के आधार पर CREDIT CARD और LOAN दिया था।
                                    आपसे निवेदन है कि आप इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करने का कस्ट करें। आपकी अति कृपया होगी।
