I had ordered fastag through imobile app for my vehicle on 25/11/2019. I received a message that my icici bank fastag ac. No. 11594527 has been activated on 25/11/2019.
I received another message stating that my fastag account no. 22029551 has been activated on 25/11/2019.
On 28/11/2019 i received another message that my icici bank fastag no.[protected] for veh. No. (My vehicle no.) has been assigned to my account no. 22029551.
I did not receive fastag at my noida address but received a message regarding dispatch of fastag through blue dart courier on 02/12/2019 along with tracking no. I tried to track the courier but could not contact.
I have not received fastag till now and now i am not available at my noida address, where fastag was to be delivered originally.
It is requested that my fastag may be delivered at my place of posing in himachal pradesh at following address:
D-10, ntpc koldam township, jamthal, distt bilaspur, himachal pradesh, pin-174036.
