There was a deduction of 413 rupees from ym bank account. I dint know the reason why. Please help me get it back or atleast the reason of this deduction. Customer care doesn't pick up and this is really bad for customers like me do forget and ignore these charges. Please help me resolve it as soon as possible else i'll have to take some more steps

    Icici agents are asking us to provde details of some unknown person : visveswar, we are senior citizens and heart patients and troubling us a lot. We don't any person. Tell your agents not to visit our house and don't trouble us please. Because of this harressment if our health is spoiled bank and collection agents will be responsible of it. Tell them not visit our house.

      Some collection agents are repeatedly visiting our house, we are recently purchased the house few month back and these agents are bothering our tenants in the house with old age old people, women and kids and asking about some other unknown person : vishveshwar details, ensure they don't harass us. Kindly take strict action and ensure that they don't visit our house.

        I applied for icici fastag, on 2 nov, i have no news today on 22 dec 19, that where it is. They have not sent me the tracking number as sms so that i could track its location.

          Applied for fastag through imobile app of icici bank on 04 dec 19 and the amount debited 499.12 from my icici bank account. Thereafter no updates recieved. Fastag not received till date. Customer id[protected]. It was notified that with in 08 working days fastag will be delivered, however the same not recieved till date. It is requested to intimate the status or dispatch details immediately.

            I am an account holder of icici bank. When i checked my account balance it was deducted by 3306 rs in 8 month with out any message or notification. I was thinking why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t.                   I have been getting atleast 5 promotional calls from icici everyday regarding the same promotional policy. After complaining, icici has not taken any action except apologizing a bunch of times. This isnt only about me, icici has been harassing all customers regularly.

                  On complaining, they added me to do not disturb list but i'm still calls. These are the few numbers:

                  Please note there is a *mobile number* in the list above. Icici is sharing my number to third parties who are then calling me regarding promotional offers.

                  This is customer harrassment, privacy breach and poor customer services.

                    Date of incident : 5 november 2019

                    I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.
                    I made a complain at icici bank and again someone called me. I was saying again and again that i want to deactivate my plan but instead they forcefully gave started a resolution, in which they returned 400 and the plan is still active.

                    I just want my money back and deactivate this plan.
                    And stop harassing people this way.

                    Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court. Thanks!

                      I have applied for fastag on 02/12/2019, but still have not received the fastag. I tried calling customer care several times on both customer care number (1800 and 1860), but both numbers are not reachable, they just put you on wait. It seems icici bank is cheating the customers by charging rs. 499 amount and then there is no response from them. They just collect the money from various customers and keep it with them without providing them support and physical fastag card. I do not know, why people are not taking an action against them, as it seems a common issue with various people with icici fastag service..
                      I would like to know how to contact icici fastag customer service, as below numbers provided by them are not reachable.

                        I applied fastag using icici bank web portal with required online fees on 12th december 2019. My icici bank fastag account no. Is 22357821. Vehicle registration no. Is dl4cax4480. After around 8 days, i. E. On the 20th december 2019 morning, the envelope/package of tag was received via blue dart courier to my registered address. But as soon as i opened the said envelope, it was strange and shocking to find that fastag was not present in the envelope. Only the following documents were present:
                        1. Icici bank letter addressed to me with all details of fastag. (But no fastag was pasted/present on it at the given space i. E. Fastag sticker box)
                        2. One pamphlet showing the “steps to place the fastag on your windscreen” and “dos and donts”.
                        3. One pamphlet showing “steps to recharge”.

                        It is very shocking to see that how such a large bank can miss the very fastag which was ordered and send only some papers which are useless without a fastag, which is the main thing.
                        What would i do with these papers without a fastag? First of all the fastag package was delivered after waiting for 8 days and that too has been received without a fastag in it.
                        Since then i kept calling icici customer care number (Toll free as well as chargeable) but either it goes on busy and busy for hours or gets cut without ringing at all. I went to nearby branch also, but they also don’t have any idea of what to do and informed me to contact customer care only. Hence, i am unable to reach and raise my query to anyone in the bank for the purpose of resolution of my said problem so as to get my fastag delivered to me. I showed my faith in this bank but i didn’t expect such kind of poor service and harassment/fraud from bank. I am a regular traveller through tolls and require my fastag urgently, hence i applied for it, but icici bank has done such a wrong deed to me and i am feeling helpless of what to do.

                          I have applied for the fast-tag from icici bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from icici. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from the bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarifies the current status of fastag....

                          Booked a bus ticket in imobile app and canceled in 15 minutes, realised that travelling date is wrong. Icici cancellation policy says that you won't get any refund on the tickets cancelled on travelling date. I agree, if the ticket was booked few days before and cancelled at last minute.in my case, i wrongly booked to the current date and no refunds is not fair. Definitely, icici to revisit their cancellation policy.

                            Some one is calling to my friend and said your friend 's name is this.. Took loan from our branch and now her phn switched off while my friend asking his details told her i m from icici bank mumbai while no such loan i have taken from that branch..                                 fastag not received and customer care never picks call

                                I haven't received my fastag as promised by 8 working days. I have submitted the request on dec 2nd 2019, and my customer id is 11780024. I have called customer care many times and it will be busy all the time and once they picked and said that it will be delivered in 2 days but its not delivered.                                   On dated[protected] my fastag id no. 10705651. I had not use my fastag and my vehicle but toll plaza jaipur had wrong deduction of rs. 295/- on dated 26-27/09/2019. After several complaint done by me but about two months suffer wrong deducted amt. Rs. 295/- had not refunded. Please take action against authority as early as possible. My perviously complaint no. 935902. But many other complaint loddges but till date not amount refunded in my fastag a/c.

                                    Dear sir/mam
                                    I am one of the new employee of icici bank ltd branch shahabad markanda new grain market in ambala region, i have been mentally torched every day. My branch manager talks with me in a very rude manner and pass some personal comments, as he is new to this organisation and dnt know the culture of icici bank,
                                    Thats why i am writing this complain to you sir,

                                    So that they dnt mentally harrse other new joinee of the banks
