Dear,

Its regarding the threatening calls from icici bank executive rohini sec 8 branch new delhi. They continuously do threat calls regarding the payment. Executive hacked my relative contact no. And my alternative no as well. They called my mother and harressed her, she is a heart patient and hot heart attack when harressef by by your executive.
I am a lawyer and have sound knowledge of law against harressment.

Kindly tell me why should i not file a suit against your executive and your bank also for thereatning and harassment. Its an illegal offence. I do have phone call recording of all the phone calls.
Me and my family life is in danger so i will i will file a suit against you as soon as possible.

    Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for.
    04 sep 2019 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee jun 19-may.
    354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
    Please reimburse the respective amount asap.

    When i called on the no. 18002662 which was given for any dispute, it got directed to ivr which never gave option to discuss with any executive and only option given was to either block the card or to end the call.

      Hello icici team,

      Demat account was opened free of cost at the time of opening saving bank account. And it was said that no charges will be levied on demat account holding then why charges are deducted on 28th august of rs.688.33.

      Also there is no debit message from the bank to know if any such charges are deducted. I saw the same in bank statement.

      This is highly unprofessional when earlier it is told account is free of any charges and later on same is deducted.

      Kindly reverse the charges asap and also initiate closure of demat account at earliest.

        Hi

        When i was transacted the conversion is 71.92 they committed in their website

        Money2 india. But actually they disbursed 71.11 only.

        Even still it is showing in the money to india website 71.92 rare disbursed

        I did 10k usd i lost 9000 inr, even in their terms & conditions funds transferred from local bank (Bofa) to their correspondent bank (Bank of newyork) within the next day.

          I have ordered the watch from flip kart for installment,
          then i returned the watch, but the ICICI bank as added the principal amount to pay, i dont know that i need to cancel,
          so i checked the statement so called to them for installment cancel and its as canceled, But they have added to principal amount to pay,
          and the bank as paid the interest to flip-kart and then
          flip-kart ar returned the internet with amount of product,
          then also they asked to pay and i have escalated the to team but there is no response, i called to Customer care even they are not explaining it proper,
          But i have paid the amount and i have canceled the credit card,
          and i filled the fuel for 270RS they have charged for 281rs when i asked they said need to swipe only in ICIC swipe machine, please check for this and please help me for query.

            Sir, i really too much angry on icici and his credit card recovery team, harender, amit, and salman they are such illatre don't know how to talk, using abusive language, i told them ready to and 10700 already paid rest you can make installment, one guy told we will do it make your installment after some time other guy come he denied, started abusive language. I just make complain regarding of that, please tell me how and where i can do or else i need to go court. Plz contact me on and reply me asap.

              corporate gift card not working

              Hi, i have a icici gift card received from my employer. I also received a pin for this card.

              However i am not able to use this card at any of the merchant outlets. Whenever i try, it always gets declined after entering pin no.

              Requested for deactivation and closure of fast tag account bearing no 11272601, on aug 5th and attached all the required documents (Pan card, regn card, blank cheque and requesting letter for closure) for the same. Ticket number is cmp[protected]. Please do resolve the issue and deactivate the account at the earliest. Nothing changed even after multiple calls. The employees are poor at english and knowledge.

They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is and refund the amount.                   Respected sir/madam,

                  Myself manjula and have been holding a salaried account in your bank. I had been told at the time of opening the account with you by your representatives that no annual charges would be levied upon the demat account regardless one transacts through it or not. Nevertheless, to my utmost shock almost rs. 700 has been deducted from my account mentioning as dp chgs. Tried emailing to your support however of no avail. If such an inconvenience persists i along with my other colleagues and also my family members may have to contemplate on switching to another bank and to have the accounts shut with you.

                  Requesting you to please help me at the earliest and also to refund my deducted amount. If and only if you concur to refund my deducted amount, shall i choose to remain with icici in the future as well.

                    The icici bank money2world transaction is a good idea itself. However, they still fall short of clarity and convenience.
                    If, the sender has included tax and all charges, why does the receiver get charged also. Even a bigger amount than the receiver was charged. All of these details weaken the service's convinience.
                    Please, find a way to clarify how your service works and reduce your interests. For instance, one loses more money than the receiver even gets.

                        Today 354/- deducted from account as a part of my money fee which i have never opted and informed. This is totally ridiculous practice these banks are following where hard earned money is getting deducted without any reason.
                        Is there anybody to look into this?
                        How to control these organizations ao that they should not deduct money like this and they should value others money that will restrict the curruption doing by there bosses like kochar family and all.

                            Dear team. I am working in one of the icici bank branch. This is very much sad to complain about my branch manager. There is no discipline in working hours. Late closing also for lady employees. We have to sacrifice our lives in this organisation or wat we have to do. Why management and auditors are not adhering to this issue seriously. No one bothered. We have families to take care. They dont check branches closing timings. We are losing our personal lifes. We are working around 10 to 12hours, there is no proper lunch breaks. No extra pays. This is a bug issue going on in so many branches.
                            Plz i request you to plz look into matter very seriously and help employees.

                              Hi,
                              Today 3 times my money got deducted from my account with different amounts 99rs, 35rs and 375rs by activating some life cover insurance, home content insurance etc.. without my consent or knowledge..I haven't authorized these transactions nor activated these services in any manner...
                              This is totally not acceptable..
                              You have no right to activate these services without informing the customers.. you are looting money from your customers...
                              I'm expecting my money back with immediate effect..
                              I was trying to call the customer care num 18002662...
                              I have tried since the afternoon but it was disconnecting my call after I select the option bank account...
                              Customer care voice service is too worst..
                              I have no way to complain about this orally..
                              If you cannot respond to my complaint here, I have no other way except to close or deactivate my account permanently...

                                  I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically actived this plan and secured rs1899/- from my saving account without my permission. I don't need this plan and refund my money asap.

                                    My order 10485jsr/April may 20/post/2 year ordered on Kiran books for 2 year subscription of junior science refresher. After deliver of magazine till December 2018 further delivery stopped and not delivered since January 2019 despite repeated requests. They robbed me of my money RS 2888/- I have repeatedly complained on their site and customer care. They excuse every time.

                                      Hi, my mother has account in icici bank. They deducted rs.1899 from her account without her knowledge. They never informed me or asked me regarding this. She is not even have net banking so no chance of subscribing it online. She also never submitted any form/application for such policy.

                                      1. This is really a loot from the bank.
                                      2. They cant automatically deduct money and force any policy of them.
                                      3. If they don't return our money back them we will have to close the account.

                                      We need my money back.
