I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I haven't opted for any prime auto renewal. I have checked this in the message sent from icici, also i have ensured this by going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 18th september, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

    Demat charges are getting deducted every year. According to them i opted for demat service. But i have not. I have given written application to close my demat account and refund the amount deducted. Amount was refunded but the account was not closed.
    Again in 2018 and 2019 charges have been deducted.
    And there is no solution for this in online customer care. As one has to visit the branch.

    Now my point is i am already investing in mutual fund but through other source. If i would have started icici demat service i would have transacted through that account.

    But the bank official just to earn incentive start any service according to their will.
    And surprisingly they can start service on online customer care but to stop that and to get the amount refunded which is being deducted unnecessarily, customer has to visit the branch.

    There is no point doing so. Because now when I have put the request to close the demat account and asked my amount which has been deducted unnecessary.
    Then your bank is saying it will be done by the customer case and your customer care is saying it will be done by bank.
    Very nice way to irritate customer so that finally one would stop following

    I want my annual charges which has been deducted back in my account.

    Refund my charges which has been deducted unnecessary

    Pathetic service and the last option which u leave to your customers is to close the account.

      826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-19).

      They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        Hi. I will be overseas for less than 180days and i wish to change my registered mobile number to my australian number. Please let me know the procedure. I spoke to the customer care executive who was not very helpful and adviced me on changing my account to either nro or nri account.. When i am here only on a temporary stay, why should i make such changes to my account.

          Hi my name is vicky karkera.. Yesterday i got a message that my acct xx144 debited with inr 3, 000.00 on 17-sep-19. Info: nfs*sb012801*. Avbl bal:inr 1, 450.81. Call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 144 to [protected]... So could you please help as some one has fraudently withdraw the money... As yesterday i have not done any transaction and debit card was with me whole day... This is 3rd tym. This happening... To me... Past 9 month back the same thing happened... To me... N when i reached your branch... Instead of helping me.. They were advising me that.. Approach.. Your family member they would have made the transactions... N just lost all hopes with the branch n i was forced to change all the debit card password n all... N now the same. Things is happening.. Could you please help. Me. To get my money... Or.                 This is salman rajiwate
                I have called so many times to customer care of icici bank for email id change. All the emails are landing into my previous company's email id, i want them on my personal id. Also i have visited blue ridge pune branch three times with my electricity bill to get the address changed. But the responses i get are different everytime and frustrating. They are not accepting online copy of electricity bill which is valid as per the law.
                It's been 10 days i have not yet received my renewed credit card which got expired because of address change.
                Please take a note and resolve this issue soon.

                  Suddenly i got a call from credit card collection agent from icici bank credit card he told me that i have a pending bill amount of more than 3 lakhs for a credit card. I dont even know that i have a credit card in icici bank. They are totaly fraud and now they are calling me again and again for bill.

                  Previously all my details in account are difference except my pan card details all other details like address, phone number, email id are differnent and now i think they have updated my details in account.

                      I was issued a card bearing number [protected]
                      It is not activated by the bank
                      I am not using it
                      Applied for cancellation of the card
                      They are charging for non operation and other dues and penalties which amounted for nearly 5000 rupees which seems atrocious and cheating
                      As my card is not activated
                      And i am not using it
                      Why should i pay the charges.

                        My icici a/c has been debited with 700 rs/- and this is not the first time it's happening without any intimidation every month icici deduct some of the amount even if i maintain the minimum balance, i don't have the previous records with me where i've had 20000 rs/- and still the people deducted 700 rupees and sometimes 300 then sometimes 500, i just cannot regularly go to the bank to register the complaint or for queries i'm a student i study in a city far away from home that is why i opened my a/c in icici as i thought i could get good services but here without any service the amount keeps on deducting every month even if i maintain the balance, please check if it follows as per the RBI comply !

                          It is to inform that that 40k n 26k on 8th september 2019 have been withdrawn by fraud ATM from my wife account while ICICI ATM was with us.                               Issue:- Demat account was wrongfully opened without consent and debited 825Rs from my account. I have never known about it existed till amount was illegally charged to me.

                              Raised a service request SR[protected], but it has been 20 days but still amount is not refunded into my account. I have been in touch with executive named SM Rangaswamy who seems incapable to resolve issue. He is forcing me to sign on Demat Account Closure Form (The very account opened without my consent).

                              ICICI has illegally opened DEMAT account and is forcing me to close it to hide their illegal malpractice.

                                I have an advantage woman savings account with icici. And when i opened the account in the branch - chennai west mambalam, they confirmed that it does not have any minimum charges. But i have checked and found that they have charged minimum balance charges of 313, 264, 326, 385, 404 and 421 for which there was no notification. Not even an sms has been sent in this regard.
                                Could you please refund the above amounts. This is very unethical practice of deducting money from the account without any notification.

                                I would also not recommend anyone not to have any relationship with such an unethical bank unless such issues are taken care of.

                                  Merko is executive ne whatsapp pe message bheja kisi raman manocha ke credit card se related. Fir merko 14th septembe 2019 jko call kiya. Isne pucha ki ankit manocha bol raha, maine apne naaam bataya ki main rajkumar bol raha, to merko dhamki dene laga ki terko do din mein pata lag jayega ki tu ankit bol raha ki rajkumar.

                                  Icici walo tum aise kisi third party ki information leake karte ho, aur fir paglon ki tarha tumhare executive threat karte. Saari recording aur ye screen shot jo mere mana karne ke baad bhi whatsapp pe aaye, police aur nhrc ke pass jaunga.

                                  Merko kisi third party ka detail bhejne ka matlab kya hai, ye illegal hai, aur uper se ye banda dhamki deraha merko.

                                  Is executive ka number screenshot me mention hai, ab main tum sab ki complaint karunga.

                                    Dear team,
                                    I was resigned my job on aug 27 2019, after 7 days i received the eps form acknowledgement mail but pf form acknowledgement not received, same get a clarification from helpdesk team pf with drawing form not received but 28th aug i was send pf a long eps form but he told only received for eps form, as per bank provided the format 3 pages 1 page eps with drawing form 2 and 3 pf form. How it's possible for only received the eps. Kindly clarify same attached the already send the form scan images. My emp no 209211. My working period 01 sep 2010 to aug 27 2019.

                                      On 15th sept'19, i saw a unauthorized debit transaction of rs 2000/- from my newly opened savings bank a/c with following remark - "dr tran for funding a/c[protected]".

                                      When i called icici customer care, they told me that it could have happened due to installation of imobile app on the same day. I really could not understand, how its possible just by installing the app such things can happen. Its clearly a fraud case with icici banks consent as imobile app is icici's product and there are hundreds of such complaint over the internet against icici bank.

                                      @icici bank - are you guys really doing something about this? Please refund this amount and ensure that it does not happen again. By doing such thing, you guys will loose people trust. I would personally not recommend anybody to go for icici bank.

                                        I have taken credit card number [protected] from icici bank on 2007 the credit limit is 10000 on 2010 i have closed my credit card account till date my credit card account shows high credit amount rs.981440 how this is possible my credit card limit is 10 thousand and high credit shows 981440 please do the needful in this matter.
