This is Kartik verma i hold a salary account in the bank. I would like to complain about unnecessary deduction of amount from my account. When my account was opened it was told to me that it will be a demat account but it will not do anything about transactions and it will only activate when you want it. And now my amount is deducted without any reason and when i complained about the same to the person who opened my account he told me that the amount will be back and now its more than 2 weeks i haven't received it back. I was not expecting this kind of services with a very prestigious bank. This is the third time i am issuing my complaint i just want my money to get refunded and this practice will not take place in future.

      I am unable to get the status of my MMB bond 0898 that matured in 1998 by ICICI Limited. Despite following instructions and sending the all the requested documents there has been no response or acknowledgment for the past few months.

        My account has been auto debited with rs 590, i dont understand why as per my knowledge it's against the emi auto debit, but even though i paid emi late by two days i paid with late fee in full still why is my amount deducted without my knowledge, neither mail nor any text, still you bank choose to deduct it as you wish, i want an revert asap on [protected]@gmail.com and my full amount refund.

          Myself Tamilraj.N, I have been with icici bank since 2011. This year 2022 826/- Rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 26 AUG 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL JUL-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

            I HAVE BEEN CHASING THE BANK CUSTOMER CARE AND ZOMATO ROM LAST 15 DAYS BUT THEY ARE JUST PLAYING PASSING THE PARCEL GAME.

              I took total amount of 10000/- from my credit card which is having a limit of 80000/-. And then after I reduced my limit to control my expenses from my side in their app.

              Then they charged an amount of 550/- plus GST 99/- on my card as mentioning over limit fee. How is it even possible still I am having an amount of 69XXX/- in my credit card ?

              When I mailed them mentioned like " you exceeded the limit, that's why these charges are ".
              I mailed again and again by showing that I am still having 80% of limit is not used. Even though they repeating their mail.

              Could you please help on this, I am having the statement of their fee.

                      I forgot to maintain the actual amount for home loan ECS debit in my icici bank account last month(August) and i didn't get any message from bank related to this ECS request cancel or fine amount debited(rs590)...As per RBI guidelines icici bank has to send remainder message 1 day prior ECS that is not done. also this month i tried to maintain the ECS amount but due to frequent transactions i have done this month some 500rs shortage occurred and icici again debited (rs590) fine with out prior notice but i got message after the due date that "Your ECS request has been returned and concequitive fine amount will be debited" after that only i called customer care and they explaining that debited fine amount twill not be returned and suggeating me to maintain exact ECS amount...I agree fault was mine nut i[censored] intimated me on prior ECS date or even after debiting fine last month(August) i would have been much conscious this month(september). i requesting atleast this month fine amount refund bcz there is some mistake from bank side also on not sending proper prior notification.

                        I took a loan of 3lac loan from ICICI bank in Oct, 2018. But I didn't received any loan documents from bank, I even don't have my loan account number to know the details required like Loan tenure/closure. I tried ICICI customer care many times to get details, but they didn't provided any information. Pls suggest how to get the required details.

                            On 7Th September 2022, between 15:20-15-42 i was accessing the CDM to depost 1L cash to my current account
                            [protected], its been a week the money is not credited to the account and the Deputy branch manager is just pushing the days ahead with some or the other reason.
                            Due to this loss of money which was supposed to be given to our vendor payments is creating a web of issues around everyone involved.
                            and this has created a lot of mental & physical stress to persons involved in following up with the bank multiple times.

                                  I'm writing against interest charges of 6, 975.64 INR and [protected]@18% 1, 255.62INR with reference id [protected] and [protected] respectively in my Sept.2022 statement.
                                  My August total bill was 1, 77, 976.16 INR and I paid 1, 77, 169.56 with reference id [protected] on 25.08.2022.
                                  Somehow I was unable to paid total amount with difference of 806.6INR and They Charge me 8231.26INR in total or can say 1020.49% of 806.6INR against that minor difference.
                                  I have attached Sept. Statement's photo for your ready reference.
                                  I request to you to waive-off these charges or i'm ready to pay ethical charges against 806.6INR.

                                      I am observing that my amount was deducted under the following statements. I am not aware of why I am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserv and they told me the due amount of EMI I had been paid in advance,  so they have not raised any dubet charges with the bank . So, I decided to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details. They have received my call and they are not able to resolve my issue so I had asked them to mail me the details of this deducted amount so ICICI customer care are not able to provide me mail for this issue. I have paid the said EMI amount in advance why this charge is getting deducted from my account.

                                      Please provide me with a mail copy for this issue so i can claim my deducted amount with bajaj finserv. They required mail from ICICI bank for the same deducted amount.Â
                                      I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.
