My rs 88.79/- has been deducted from my icici bank savings acciunt on 14/05/2019. They showed me "surcharge dt:10/05/19 mcc 4112". Why? I had asked to icici bank customer care and they didn't confirm me.
My account number is[protected], kolkata anandapur branch.

Please help, and also inform the banks not to debit any amount unnecessarily. The every money is really hard earned.

    Certificate no. 19157, 19161, 19162 (Issue date[protected] and redemption date[protected] with face value per bond rs. 1000/-. I am facing trouble to redeem the bonds from icici ltd. How to get the payment from icici, as they are not responding in a helpful way. The bonds were transferred by assam sales corporation (Agent: reliance industries limited [textile division]) to me on[protected].

      Hi,

      Without an acknowledgement and taking my permission. I have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for on 25/04/2019 mm annual fees - 354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.

      Please reimburse the respective amount asap.

      Inspite of multiple emails the issue still not resolved

      I request to take action and reverse the amount asap.

        I am being charged for ecs, on may 15, 2019 my account was deducted of rs. 1898, 4 times i was charged rs. 472 as ecs charges. I am really furious about this issue, i had already raised a complaint regarding this by calling the customer service, if they are going to charge me for ecs bounce or any other related for ecs i asked to stop the ecs or close the bank account as i been a such a loyal customer to you i even pay my credit card and loan bills on time and you do this, pathetic, i want the rs.1898 refunded to my account as soon as possible, i will take this issue to social media, i have the 6 months statement where i have been charged repetitively for the ecs charges nearly i have lost rs. 5000 to 6000. I wanted this issue sorted out as soon as possible.

        We wish to inform you that ECS is an automated clearance process, where there would be no manual intervention. System automatically debits the ECS amount from your account once we receive the mandate from the biller / bank.



        The re-execution of the mandate is possible only when the Biller / Bank represents the same.



        In case of ECS return due to financial reason, below mentioned charges are applicable.



        1. For one ECS return in a month: Rs. 350.00 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) w.e.f. July 1, 2017.



        2. Thereafter, Rs. 750.00 00 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) per return in the same month.



        The above charges has been clearly mentioned in the Most Important Terms and Conditions duly signed by you at the time of Account Opening. Any official document/agreement signed by the customer is valid and deemed to be understood that, the terms and conditions are read and are acceptable.



        Hence, we request you to keep your account funded one day prior to the date of debit

        Hello,

        I want it refunded as if you check the statement I have already paid all the ECS charges and I also had raised a request to stop the ECS transaction from Federal from the same reason, please check the dates on the charges which was for February, ridiculous, I have already raised a complain against the bank on consumer court, I want it refunded as soon as possible. I am really furious about this, that doesn't mean that you empty my account, I have been a loyal customer for longer period of time, if this is the case I will stop all funds and also you will not only loose 1 customer but 2 valuable customer. Resolve this as soon as possible by refunding my money Rs. 1898.

          Am an icici bank customer. On 13-05-18 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This is not good.             ICICI debit Card has been used for transaction in ATM while the card was still with the account holder while she was travelling.

            Complaint was lodged to ICICI Bank phonebanking, and was advised to submit a dispute form in branch within 21days. It was also informed that the withdrawals had taken place in Thane ATMs of the bank, and that the complainant had to only prove their travel and proof of presence at the time of transaction to be not in Mumbai. This could be proved by the Fraud department by tracking the registered mobile and was asked to submit a Postpaid mobile bill to ensure the locations can be tracked along with the dispute form. Meanwhile the entire amount in questions Rs89500/- has been reverted as a lien (blocked amount) to give customer the confidence that the amount will be returned after investigation.

            26-April-2019

            The complainant went to ICICI bank on return from the travel, and was handed over a form by Branch helpdesk. The duly filled form and the card copy along with details of transaction was submitted.

            Fresh card was ordered since the original card was blocked. The other application iMobile was also blocked.

            Now when complianant is trying to reach the bank on the helpline, the phone is giving a welcome message and then a thank you message, without any IVR options when the call is made from registered mobile. When the call is made from another mobile, then the IVR works fine and customer service desks are advising to call from registered mobile number for any iMobile or card activation services. The customer service executives were on phone given a demonstration that the helpline is not working but they cannot help in any ways is what is being told.

            Now, the fraud department (Fraud officer Number 2) calls after approx 12-14 days, stating they need documents for proof of presence. They are informed, that since we were travelling by road, we have been advised by first person from Fraud department to submit mobile bill, which will prove the presence not in Mumbai. Still the new Fraud officer insisted on some other proof, for which we fortunately had a hotel invoice for checking in the same day as the fraud happened. This was also requested by them to be sent over a personal email of icicibank.com domain.

            The required documents were again sent to the personal email id of the Fraud Office Number 2.

            13-May-2019

            After approx 1 week, the complainant is recieving SMS for withdrawal of Rs89500/- without any prior notification from the bank with Transaction comments - stating the Service Request number. The complainant calls the bank immediately, and is told that icicibank has been trying to call them and since we have not been reachable and have not provided proof of presence, they have closed the Service request.

            After hours of explaining to Fraud office number 3, it is understood as below:
            - Bank tried to call on 06-May as per their records.
            - Actual call happened on 07-May, after which the complainant has submitted documents over personal email of Fraud officer number 2.
            - The Original form provided by Bank and submitted on 26-April-2019 is not correct and a new form has to be submitted.
            - Proof of presence and a new CDF form is submitted over email again.

            I need to raise a complaint to the highest management of ICICI Bank to ensure that this requires proper investigation from their internal teams.

            I want to complaint in consumer forum for below:

            1)The banks are taking customers for a ride by creating service requests but not properly investigating the same.

            2) Withdrawals are happening without customer authorisation.

            3) Service request is being closed without informing customer'

            4) Lien amount is being withdrawn without proper investigation or information to customer.

                Whenever I try to login to icici mobile banking app it is showing you are blocked for multiple invalid grid card validation attempts since I have entered the correct details everytime i have tried to login after reinstalling app but the same issue of invalid grid aunthetication occured I have mailed @icici customer support but no response is there from 1 month and icici customer support is useless they are unable to resolve it and the same...

                Am pravallika, holding account with icici since 6 years. I made one wrong transaction on 4 april'19 13000 inr from bank of baroda to[protected] instead[protected]This is my icici account number). Please help to credit back this amount on priority basis. Already bank of baroda raised indemnity and shared to icici. But no one is responding on that.

                Contacted many time icici gachibowli branch but no one responding to my query, asked to raise ticket from bank of baroda. I made it from bank of baroda. Even after that i am not receiving update.

                      Hi,

                      I have been charged INR 517.59 on 25th April'19 as DP charges for a DEMAT account on my ICICI account.
                      I have a DEMAT account with Zerodha and they confirmed they have not charged me this amount on 25th April. Hence, this is a wrongly charged amount which ICICI bank is unable to explain when I called their customer care center. I want to know the reason for deduction of this amount.

                        Hi,
                        This is adarsh kuratti. I am holding a icici bank credit card. Initially they said it life time free credit card. So i appiled for it. Since from one year they have been sending monthly bills without using it. I am unware of the charges they are putting. I am really very upset with the service. One of the worst service i experienced till now. I have paid the complete payment now and applied for cancellation. Still they are not accepting the cancellation request.
                        I request the responsible icici head to take action against it.

                            Got call from [protected]

                            Harassment from icici bank calling many times in a day asking for personal loans and disturbing my daily activities
                            I told your executives 1000 times not to make call to me, every time they assure they wont call, but sadly the same person even calls the next day itself or the same day.
                            Girls keep calling and keeps laughing way of behavior is a not a good, when i give the phone to a woman then your executive is disconnecting the call are they interested to speak only to males and to tell you we are not that type of people

                            Imagine how frustrated i would be in following situation,
                            Getting calls
                            1. When i am driving car/bike
                            2. When i am taking shower
                            3. When i am in meeting
                            4. When i am in roaming (I spend extra money for that)
                            5. When i am having food

                            We are from military this is an final warning next is what we are going to take action, what can be done in order to stop this.

                                On 9th january 2019 there had been a transaction from my credit card account having order id 2038699 for reward point redemption. Now, the questions are -
                                1. I had a icici bank card which was lapsed last year, long before this so called 'transaction' was made. How it is possible?
                                2. If the customer does not have a card, and, has not requested for any renewal, why the account was still kept active? Another technique to siphon money from customer when refused for renewal?
                                3. I do not have any email or sms for this redemption. Why, even after repeated request, customer care service could not forward me the request email?

                                I feel harassed by icici bank. I want -
                                1. Cancellation of this transaction and waving off all the charges.
                                2. Immediate closure of the credit card account.
                                Please let me know what shall i do.

                                  You can't give same answer everytime i call to follow up

                                    icici bank got debited but funds not credited to pnb

                                    I made an imps transfer from my icici bank account to pnb bank account. Amount got debited immediately however, same was not credited to the destination bank.
                                    I made a call to icici customer care and they asked me to wait for 2 business days. They denied to cancel the transaction and raise a dispute as well.

                                    Imps is an instant money transfer option and the reversal shouldn't take 2 business days.

                                    My issue...

                                    Currently i have car loan and personal loan and emi is on different dates but still ecsrtn charges has been deducted for car loan on the previous day though i had sufficient balance in my account and it happened again on the next month. I had sufficient balance in my account but still ecsrtn charges has been deducted and next day emi has been deducted on emi date. May i know is there any solution since i do not want to lose my money only for charges unnecessarily?
