Hi i have send you so many mails, calls and every thing to get my money back which is done by fraud that is my salary account, because of your icic poor security system why i am suffering. The most worst experience is with your bank. On 23 may 2019 two transactions has been done from my account, details :‭[protected]‬ account number, i want my money back any how otherwise i need to move legally.
Will be better you guyss cooperate otherwise cops have manh ways to get my money back

No resolution from icic bank people, giving different statements every day by customer care executives, misguiding their customers, giving false random statements, Infact just put my number on block after taking my money, worst banking experience. Bank is not at all cooperate, they are saying me to wait for 120 days with dicy statement like you may or maynot get money, I am fighting for my own money, i trusted icic, but nomore going to tell everyone on every social media site even required will file complaint in RBI

    Hello, I am Tanmay Goswami, I have recharged my jio number with Rs 349 using "My Jio" App using UPI through "Indiaideas". My money is deducted from my account. But My recharge is not successful. Recharge was done on 26 May 2019.

    Please help me in refunding my money.

      The app is sending sms for registration and is waiting for around 60 sec but after that nothing is happening. After 60 sec i'm again asked to send the msg. I've given all the permissions to the app and even tried re-installing the app. This never happened before. I've even switched from sim 2 to sim 1 but still facing the same issue. This issue is happening from last couple of weeks.

      I have recharged 349 via recharge jio app. I have used UPI as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for 349 rupees but no recharge was not done.

      So please refund my money.

        I am krishna kishore gurram i m. 768.69 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-19) on 27-may-2019. I have never used my demat account last couple of years till now. Also dp charges there so many even last year and before..

        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[protected]

        When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.           Hi all,

          I am having my salary accout in icici bank. But few days back 255.44 rs/- (29.50 rs * 7+23.50x2) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason. Although i was having enough balance at that time.
          Moreever, it is also legal as per rbi rule.

          The problem is the ICICI bank app IMobile can't ping the sms which is sent from the mobile and they are saying that the problem is from the operators side I called regarding this to the Jio customer care but they assured that my message service are working fine Expect the number to which the messages are not receiving is the ICICI app number.

              Sir,
              I activated clicked on activate, i received sms and sent to the concerned number after that it was doing some authentication and timer was running, once the timer completed again its coming to activate page from where i started. Really annoying i have tried more than 10 to 15 times, i have uninstalled and installed again,
              I am using only sim card that is primary one, all the access also given to app. Still facing these issue.
              Also i have mailed this problem to imobile icici, but has not received any solution.

              Please resolve this issue as soon as possible sir. Thanks & regards.

                Last week i got a call from icici bank representative to offer a credit card. After gathering all information they told me that i am eligible to get a credit card. Then i shared all my documents to representative. (Application no.-[protected])

                Yesterday i got a sms 'application rejected' pl apply after 6 months.

                I am salaried person got salary in account and i have another credit card...

                otp not received while doing corporate internet banking transaction

                I have been trying to do a transaction using cib app as well as website. Since 8:30 pm i have been trying but in vain.

                But since otp is not being received by any mode i am not able to transfer funds.

                It's really urgent and i don't know what alternate way i can have to transfer the amount

                On 15/05/2019, rs. 3898 deducted from my icici bank account from a clothing store.
                In next 2 min, we found that he charged wrong amount (Took extra 500 rs.). So he told me that he voided that transection.
                It's been 10 days (7 working days), i didnt receive money back in my icici bank account.
                I have confirmed with marchant, he confirmed that they have voided the transaction and i have void slip as well.

                I have raised a complain in icici dispute department, they told me it will resolved in 7 days but no update so far.

                Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.

                  Very serious issue with icici bank!

                  My home loan emi is scheduled on 5th of every month. Unfortunately, this month i. E. 05th may, 2019 emi bounced due to insufficient funds in my account (Salary delay).

                  But i made payment on 09th may, 2019 (Receipt attached) with late payment charges (Penalty). For this icici bank fellow called me 2 times to make payment immediately.

                  Even after this, scheduled emi amount 21441/- again debited on 16th may 2019 why?

                  I called customer care, they said it is again deducted because of emi bounced on scheduled date, that generates an alert to another team so that team deducted again your emi. But why?

                  Answer the below questions from icici bank

                  Question-1: why, that team (Who deducted) doesn't have any update if customer has already paid the amount? Since its major issue with bank.

                  Question-2: in future, if again emi bounced! Should i make the payment by online/offline or should i wait for auto debit after 1-2 weeks as happened. I know bank will never say to wait.

                  Question-3: if i'll not satisfy with your answer of this email, i'll transfer my home loan to some other bank and please help on this. Since its big mistake made by bank with customer.

                  Now refund my additional amount that is deducted on 16th may 2019 (In full).

                    Due to some issue order was returned. The merchant has initiated the refund on 17-may-2019. The merchant has done their part, but the bank has failed to process and refund back to my credit card. I have mailed to customer care many times, still they did not reply to my mail.                       I had a icici credit card long past 2006 and some dues were not paid as a result of recession in 2007. However i paid some amount i 2014 and 15. Icici is not closing with that and they are adding the interest rates for all the years and asking me to pay the amount.
                      This is again icici bank collections team. Calls are coming to me from [protected] and [protected] and using abusive language. Not enough, they are also calling on my office landlines and abusing my team members.
                      Please help me reach out to icici grievance cell or ombudsman. Why should they call any one other than me. If am not reachable, that doesnt mean they call my office landlines and discuss this with my colleagues. They are tarnishing my image.

                        During the demonetization i lost almost everything i start new job but paid almost every minimum dues last year in 2018. This year i lost my job i stopped paying since 2/3 months. Getting threatening calls from the guy and girl.. They are calling and approaching to do something wrong and keep telling sending guys to your home and will take your furniture for recovery. My mom was there alone and bank recovery guy comes to my house. She was to scread since that incident. Today went to meet the, manager of icici card department manager at bhandarkar road. I told him give me 2 months time i will start paying u again. He rejected that and asking for money which is 4000 minium. I dont know whether i give up from life and hang my self, or face this issue.

                        I need answer from icici asap. If i die, still u guys are calling to my family and harassing them for money.

                            Dear sir,

                            I already have a personal loan in icici bank and then i have been offered that i can top up my bank loan in 6 months and after 6 months i contacted with an excecutive named muniraju. He assured me that it can be done on 7 th may i submitted the all the documents which are asked for the next 4 days there were no updates and when i called he told he required some more documents and i submitted that and from the next day he started giving me the assurance that the money will be credited within 2 days in my account ad he dragged till 10 days atlast when i told that iam going to the main branch hetold that my application is rejected even i contacted his reporting manager ms. Vijetha but i got a cold response from there side this is not the way you have to treat a customer and also you cant give assurance to the customer like this i already told that was a medical emergency. Still he delayed this much which they would have told me in 2 days. Very disappointing.

                              I have a minimum balance due on my credit card for 4800 and icici bank has already deducted more than 10, 000 from my account and asking for remaining balance of 20, 000. The payment is kept on hold as they consumer care did not respond to complaint of wrong linking of my account to another credit card and they kept charging all these ridiculous charges.

                              I am tried of dealing with icici bank as they do not respond or treat customers with respect. It is high time courts take some action on the leeches and give more power to the customer.

                                I had ordered manhattan prep gre set on july 17, 2018, from the amazon in emi - 12 month using my icici credit card amounting to rs. 5579 only. The order was returned by the amazon due to non-delivery and refund was initiated by them (Amazon) on july 26, 2018, that is amounting to rs 5579 only.

                                Icici bank has also acknowledged the same by sending the recipient of the payment on july 29, 2018.

                                However, i was still being charged the monthly emi charges every month. After my 7 months later, i realized the deduction of the same and i asked the customer executive to cancel the deduction where already 500*7= 3500
                                Rs was charged by then which should not have been.

                                Later in the last month, also they charged me rs 3272.91 on april 2019 for the remaining part of the sum.

                                My concern: is that although amazon has returned the amount to the bank, they kept on charging me and they got my money twice once by amazon and by monthly emi from my card.

                                Please help with this case. Attaching the screenshot of the proofs herein (Go in seq).

                                  Am an icici bank customer. Today 22/05/2019 ecsrtnchg charged 287.88 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                    Address: F 69, AWHO Colony , sugan vihar, Vishadhar nagar sector 1, 302023

                                    I was commited that no annual charges would be charged but they billed me 500 rupees and further interest was levied.

                                    My card was misplaced at home just after receiving it in nov 2018, so i could not complain. Now i got my card and now i followed up at customer care but to no help. Charges now commute to rs 2500/-. Without using it.

                                    This is fraud with customers. Please reverse my charges and cancel my card.
