From last month from my account charges are applying illegally without any notification for me.in the one of emergency case i was having about rs 100. But it was deducted without knowing to me. I was in big trouble. It was very panic moment for me. Bank have illegally applying charges every month. I want my money back. This is absolutely frustrating. I have lost trust on icici bank....

I am nallasamy r. A total of 631.83 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dp chgs till mar-19) on 26-apr-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

The icici representative told me that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici....

In this month of decemeber 2019, ICICI bank has deducted POSTDEC Charges +GST for more than 9 times from my savings account[protected]. One time charge is understandable but deducting the same charge from my bank account for more than 8 times is too much. Maybe the time has come for all o[censored]s to switch to some other bank who would not steal our hard earned money in the name of charges. I ve already submitted a complaint to the ICICI bank...

Am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 347 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. I am a privilege customer of icici bank since 2004. I have newly enrolled for icici rubyx credit card which i received on 27th march 2019.
While enrolling for the same i was told by customer care that your card will be lifetime free and you will also be getting welcome shopping vouchers being a privilege customer. Till date it has not berlin received.

My loan kreeditbee amount 5085 via my kotak upi id [protected]@kotak I have used UPI as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for 5085 rupees but no pay my emi was not done. When I tried to call [protected]@icici cutomer care they are telling it has been declined, but my bank is saying that it has been successfully paid to the UPI address. Please help on this .

Why customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my salary a/c. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

I have raised dispute against rs. 14087 dated 05 march 19 which has been deducted without prior notice.

Your team has sent me this diplomatic maios that the bank cannot be held responsible for the act (S) of the merchant when the transaction has been approved while the debit card was in your possession.

This is to bring to your notice the above account number mentioned is a partnership account, with out my concent without giving me any notice why has the funds been blocked when my other partner is not paying his dues

On 27th i have done two transaction of different amount of ₹ 13201.70 and ₹10894.16 from which 1st transaction has been declined due to incorrect cvv of amount ₹13201.70 and asked to do another transaction for the booking. So i have done another transaction of ₹ 10894.16 to confirm my booking.

I haven't subscribed to my money service but annual fee for mar-19 to feb - 20 of rs. 354/- rupees got deducted.
