I had made a transaction of ₹349 via google pay to [protected]@icici, the upi id is [protected]@okicici, the transaction no. Is[protected]. The google transaction id is - cicagkcqj3oqe. The money amounting ₹349 is debited from my bank account, but the merchant had not recived the amount. Kindly do the needful for the refund of my amount of ₹349.

      I was charged posdec multiple times and ecsrtn without any notification or permission. What are these hidden charges? I did not sign up for this. I would like that the charges be reversed. These hidden fees were not told to me when i made an account with icici. I have not seen charges like this with the other bank accounts that i use. Please resolve this issue asap

        Hi, i am holding a salary account of icici, rashmi palace, nh no 2, sultanganj ki pulia, agra. 282002 branch. I am using this account since 2013. Amount of rs 586.00 have been deducted from my account with out any infomation. As my account is a zero balance account, how can you deduce minimum balance charges?           I have opened fd and rd account in icici katwa branch online. After 1.5 months i needed money, so i had to close those accounts. I made two request from icici bank net banking. 28th may 2019, they gave me two service request number. Today 31st may, they did not close my account. Customer care not giving satisfactory answer. Branch manager also not helping me. I think they making fraud with me. I want my money back asap. Please help me.

            I do not use any demat account with icici bank, i never trade, to be honest. Please help me to get a refund of the same.

              Myself ashish, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till apr-19) on 29-may-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

              Without any information icici representative open my account. I was suppose to open salaried account at that time and later when i get to know that they opened my demat account as well and when i call them and asked why its open, i never told you about that then they said that it is free and this will be non chargeable or deduct money. When i checked my balance through icici mobile app then i saw these has been deduct and without any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

              My icici account number is[protected]. This is unethical and unacceptable for me and i request icici to please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                Dear sir/madam,

                I am chandan kumar singh and i have a salary account of icici bank with account no.[protected].
                Today when i checked my balance it was deduction of 689rs from my account and some time before it was deducted 16rs from my account.

                This is loot from icici bank side, anytime they can deduct any rupees from any account. Please tell me why they deducted it is going on with many customers.

                  I am very disappointed with the credit card fraud transaction. When i saw message for the credit card use, i informed bank + blocked my card + raised fraud complaint+ deposited hard copy in bank of customer dispute form.

                  This is the only thing which i can do.

                  This is bank responsibility to take care of all bank related things. When fraud was done i informed bank and raised complaint.
                  I am responsible for the payment i have done and i am liable to pay only amount i have used.

                  I have informed bank for the fraud transaction done and did all the what was told to me. I will not pay the fraud transaction amount.

                  When we transact we gets a message and in that message it is written that if you have not done this transaction pls infirm bank and block ur card... I did... Now bank is incapable in finding the fraud...

                  I am not at all responsible if bank is incapable in finding who used card and on which location card was used.

                  I doubt bank credibility also in this case now any one can use ur account and at the end bank is going to sit blank.

                    Hi,

                    Credit card is issued for me by informing that it is life time free card, and there will be no charges, joining fee etc for this. It is free at all.

                    I haven't received a card yet. It was undelivered and re-dispatched from the given address. I believe, it is not activated.

                    But, i have received a card statement with 590 rupees as joining fee.

                    How can you make a statement of a card if it is not yet activated? It has been clearly told that there is no joining fee then from where this 590 rupees came in to picture???

                    Please cancel all these charges and cancel the card also. I expect an immediate response from bank at [protected]

                      I am charged 826 rs. As the fee by the icici bank for a demat account which i have never used. It was informed to me by the agent that it is free of cost. I want icici bank to give my money back and close this demat account i dont need it.

                      I have not received any call/text/email from the concerned person.
                      I tried to speak on your customer service 5..6 times but i got no response, everybody just kept on keeping me in the loop and this last executive whose name was prateek, he disconnected me and barred me from calling customer support, when i asked them to directly connect to the demat related problem solving team they were unable to do that . one of them informed me it is not possible to connect directly, one of them informed me that there working hours starts from 9 in the morning .
                      I tried to go the menu and landed to the demat team, the IVR kept on asking my Demat Account number which I am Clueless about . Than they tried to verify me with date of birth that also did not match .
                      Is it so difficult for you to attend to your customers . I am trying to speak to you since 8 in the morning and its 1:00 in the afternoon now. I have to work as well, my official hours are getting effected because of this non responsive behavior from the ICICI Bank persons.
                      It is the worst service and the worst bank . I have an account with ICICI bank since 2007 and they do not value their customer . There are other banks who provide designated customer service officer to their customers .
                      Pathetic service .
                      Give my Money back, close this Demat Account otherwise i will sue you ICICI bank .

                        I have a savings a/c maintained with icic bank for 6 months now. I have been making regular purchases and yesterday without any intimation or message two debits were made from my account amounting to rs 599 under the head mabchgs. Such deductions have never been made to my account. Even if such deductions were made i was not made aware of the same which. I was made aware only when i was at the mall and the transaction failed. I am yet to receive an explanation on the same.

                          Actually last year the issue happened where the amount deducted even though i have no icici demat account then they said i have. Then i informed them to stop it but still they cut.

                            Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for.

                            354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
                            Please reimburse the respective amount asap. However, made a compliant on their call centre, yet to get response.
                            After searching on google got the steps on how to unsubscribe, i have unsubscribed from the account or service which i never opted for.
                            But look at the way, how common men's money being sucked by these blood suckers. Shameful act.

                              Hi,
                              There was an deduction of inr 29.5 from my account on[protected] in statement, it was described in the statement as atmdec chg/[protected]/7492+gst. From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this and how come this charge can be levied to me. That's the problem with the atm right... Please do resolve it.

                                I am sarbajeet maity and 619.50 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till apr -19) on 29-may-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

                                Was informed by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

                                When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                                  Without an acknowledgment and taking my permission. I have been charged for the service which I never requested/opted for on 29/05/2019 mm annual fees - 354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
                                  Please reimburse the respective amount asap. I am called their customer care from my registered number but they are not taking my complaint.

                                  I request to take action and reverse the amount asap.

                                    Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for.

                                        Hi team,

                                        This email is regarding the online fraud which happened with me on 05 march 2019.

                                        It was around 6 in the morning when i got a message which says that rs. 14087.84 has been debitted from account.

                                        I was surprised as the transaction was not done by me and immediately i raised the complaint by calling on the dispute number mentioned in the message.

                                        I visited the bank as well and the complaint was lodged successfully. I was assured that the amount will be credited to my account and a shadow amount of the same value started reflecting in my account.

                                        After taking follow ups with the bank and writing multiple emails, my claim got denied on 16 may mentioning that the transaction was successful from merchant end and due to this they are unable to credit the amount.

                                        I received a call from the bank on the same day and i asked them why the amount was debited without an otp. Since this was an electronic transaction i should have received an otp to authorise the payment. But this was not in my case and they too didn't have answer for this.

                                        I was told to raise the complaint to rbi which i have already done on 21 may. I have also filed an fir for the same and the copy of this is attached along with this email.

                                        It has been more than two months and i did not receive my amount back. I request you to take the matter on a priority basis and get the amount credited to my account at earliest.

                                        Also, the bank manager told me that they can't do anything and cannot provide any proof why the amount has been debited so i need to raise complaint to banking ombudsman but its been 2 weeks, i haven't received any response from there.

                                        Also, everytime I call customer service they put my call on hold to transfer it to concerned department and then disconnect. I have received call one day stating complaint denied because merchant has provided proof that I have done the transaction however when I asked them for the proof the put my call on hold again nd told me they will call back nd send the documents on registered mail address but neither I received call nor the document of proof that merchant has provided.
