Without an acknowledgment and taking my permission. I have been charged for the service which I never requested/opted for on 29/05/2019 mm annual fees - 354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
Please reimburse the respective amount asap. I am called their customer care from my registered number but they are not taking my complaint.

I request to take action and reverse the amount asap.

    Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for.

    354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
    Please reimburse the respective amount asap. However, made a compliant on their website, yet to get response.

    But look at the way, how common men's money being sucked by these blood suckers. Shameful act.

      I am ankur and 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till apr -19) on 29-may-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

      They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

      I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

      When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.         Hi team,

        This email is regarding the online fraud which happened with me on 05 march 2019.

        It was around 6 in the morning when i got a message which says that rs. 14087.84 has been debitted from account.

        I was surprised as the transaction was not done by me and immediately i raised the complaint by calling on the dispute number mentioned in the message.

        I visited the bank as well and the complaint was lodged successfully. I was assured that the amount will be credited to my account and a shadow amount of the same value started reflecting in my account.

        After taking follow ups with the bank and writing multiple emails, my claim got denied on 16 may mentioning that the transaction was successful from merchant end and due to this they are unable to credit the amount.

        I received a call from the bank on the same day and i asked them why the amount was debited without an otp. Since this was an electronic transaction i should have received an otp to authorise the payment. But this was not in my case and they too didn't have answer for this.

        I was told to raise the complaint to rbi which i have already done on 21 may. I have also filed an fir for the same and the copy of this is attached along with this email.

        It has been more than two months and i did not receive my amount back. I request you to take the matter on a priority basis and get the amount credited to my account at earliest.

        Also, the bank manager told me that they can't do anything and cannot provide any proof why the amount has been debited so i need to raise complaint to banking ombudsman but its been 2 weeks, i haven't received any response from there.

        Also, everytime I call customer service they put my call on hold to transfer it to concerned department and then disconnect. I have received call one day stating complaint denied because merchant has provided proof that I have done the transaction however when I asked them for the proof the put my call on hold again nd told me they will call back nd send the documents on registered mail address but neither I received call nor the document of proof that merchant has provided.

          Hi team would like to inform you that since from last few moths i am using a credit card of icic bank card no-[protected] as a name of prashant chaudhary evertime they have charged me for overlimit charges and then after wastin lot of time over call thaey waved it off and same goes with this time unnecessary thay have again charged me for 616 rs even there is a available credit limit on my card around rs 50 i am really frustated of it kindly help me out.

                  Amount was deducted from my account. And this was happened at month end. The reason mentioned for deduction debit card fee.. I need to refund this amount and make sure it should not happen again..
                  It's been very horrible situation for after deduction in my account balance is 29 rupees
                  What can do further for the month
                  And when i searched these related issues
                  I have noticed that they automated deductions. Whose stupid idea and approval is this. Thuu. These kind of auto deductions at month end and middle of the month, do you know how it will make people suffer for the entire month..

                    I made a payment of Rs. 8532 via UPI to Sahara Star Hotel (Mumbai)

                    The amount was debited from my account. I received the transaction SMS and the online transaction record on iMobile app.

                    After speaking with them, they have confirmed that they have not received the amounteven though the transaction is shown as successful from my side in the bank's system.

                      My mother has a demat account in icici bank, when she checked the bank transactions she found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in30290 — inr 826/-' on 28/5/19. When the demat account was created, there was no mention about dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also she did not get any message alert in the mobile which is registered to the account. This is completely unacceptable and please refund the amount.

                        I have use my cbi atm card in the icici atm machine. My money was deducted from bank account but I didn't received cash.
                        It's been more than 24hr I am not getting my refund amount.

                          I'm holding an account with the icici bank and i submitted my passport and pan card as a proof. There was a spelling mistake in my father's name which is already corrected in my passport and then i corrected in all the docs.
                          During opening an account i mentioned to go as per passport. Since then i was submitting the requests to correct it - with one or the other reason they didn't do it.
                          Recently i again went to the branch with my passport, pan, driving license, aadhaar card, and ssc certificate copy to correct the name they are not ready to accept those; instead demanded a declaration from gazetted officer who works in state secretariat. I said it's not a name change, it's a correction of spell mistake but no one is able to help. I am not able to submit gazetted for as it's just typo in the middle name, not a name change.

                          Due to that, i am not able to do any transaction with my overseas bank account who follows the passport name.

                          The only option i have is to close all the accounts with them.

                            Dear sir /madam,
                            I am having account no[protected] in your bank.. And i recently i have done sent request for fixed deposit in your bank.. Now my concern is this that as i am resident of india and i have updated my pan card in your bank and i dont have any other bank account, i would like to get some information about tax deduction at source (Tds) on interest i will receive yearly from your bank..                               मुझे आप का चेक मिला जो बजाज festav के नाम से था जिसे बजाज फेसत्व ने रिजेक्ट कर दिया । उन्हे बजाज फाइनेंस के नाम से था। मुझे जो ceeque प्राप्त हुआ उसे मेने आप के एजेंट mr अमित कुमार को वापस 2/5/2019 को कर दिया था। जिसे अमित कुमार ने mr आलोक कुमार आप के p o को दे दिया था। जो मुझे सुधार कर अभी तक प्राप्त नही हुआ है। मैंने मर आलोक कुमार से फ़ोन पर 21.9.2019 पर बात की तो उसदिन तक d d सुधार हेतु नही भेज थे। और बोले कि अवि सुधार हेतु भेज रहा हु। परंतु मुजे अब तक प्राप्त नही हुआ है अब ओ फ़ोन भी recived नही कर रहे है। तो में आज आप के main ब्रांच में गया था। उनका ट्रांसफर पटना हो गया है।
                              एक चेक़ या d d बने में एक month लगता है। जो आप के p o आलोक कुमार के कारण मुझे एक month लग रहा है। जो आप के बैंक की छबि को खराब कर रहा है। आलोक कुमार के कारण मुझे एक month का सूद लग रहा है। उसकी जवाबदेही किसकी होगी। आप की बैंक से जो amount नही debit हुआ और उसका सूद मुझेसे लिया जाता है। तो यह आप के coustermer के साथ फ्रॉड है। इस लिए आप से अनुरोध है कि मेरे सूद की amount po आलोक कुमार से लेकर मेरे एकाउंट से कमी की जाए। और मेर चेके ।d d का प्रॉब्लम सही की जाए।

                                    On 24th may, i saw 4 messages for atm withdrawal rs 20, 000 each (total 80k) while the debit card was with me .
                                    ICICI bank has told to resolve this on priority but no update till date
                                    complaint no SR[protected]
                                    being a old customer to this bank, did not expect this kind of fraud and inconvenience to the customer
                                    customer has suffered a loss and when i contacted the customer care, they were suggesting me to do a FD etc etc
                                    i expected a assurance that my money loss will be refunded back instead o[censored]seless advices

                                    The bank authorities contacted us and provided a reassurance about the investigation process. After few days, we got a update from them about the resolution and we are satisfied with the same

                                    I have been surcharged upon using debit card on a petrol pump on the other side goverment is promoting cashless transaction, kindly look into the matter, thanks!

                                    Sms not send by bank.
                                    After doing complain in customer care and icici branch nothing happened.

                                      I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 months,
                                      Now they have charged 172.5 under this category dcardfee1235may19-sep20+gst
                                      I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                      They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                                      Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                                      Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                                      There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend in last 5 months back agin its happen
