Due to bad market conditions all new companies like us are strained for cash & other resources.. On this regular deductions like this every quarter are killing us.

What is this icici bank team, plz help us get back this credited

This is happening regularly with my current account.. So many deductions happening every quarterly

    I tried to withdraw money from my account but the atm said insufficient funds and the balance slip showed me -8818 as balance. I have 3k in my account and the balance is incorrect. I checked to see my transaction and there was no debit transaction of that amount. The customer care executive says that the bank is holding the amount and i need to call after 7 am to get this resolved. He was not even able to see what my recent transactions were. Icici bank is a loot.

      Hello,

      I have paid amount inr 400 for andhra university which got deducted from my axis bank account (Same was confirmed with bank as well).

      But it is still showing the amount that is to be paid for andhra university even after the deduction. Please refund the amount.

          Without my consent, rs. 100 has been deducted from my account on 29/03/2019 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected].
          I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

            I have a demat account in icici bank in icici direct. On 27-mar-2019, my account no. * got deducted with rs.118 dmc/* dp chgs till feb-19.

            When i created the demat account, i was not told about dp charges. Instead was told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged to my account. Pls refund my money.

            I have already mailed details to [protected]@icicibank.com. Pls resolve immediately.

              Dear sir/madam,
              Greetings!

              I had taken personal loan of inr15lakh in 2016 for 60months, [protected]@11.69 & completed 33 installments regularly. Now my other loan and this icici personal loan emi is on heigher, so to reduce this i have taken loan from kotak m. Roi @ 11.25. I have deposited kotak check to icici to close this personal loan. During filling closure, your executive informed me there are zero foreclosure charges and then only i have submitted my kotak cheque to close this loan. But after closing the account it is found they had deducted 5%+gst money as a foreclosure charges. Immediately i visited the branch at mahalaxmi & meet miss. Vihan and asked her. She called the icici person & found that this is bt done by me so they have put this charge on me.
              I would like to complaint this that your icici bank person never informed me about this charges and informed me foreclosure charges will be zero. This is cheating done on me. No were informed me for such charges. I request kindly refund me this charges.

                I'm a icici bank user for more than 5 years. I frequently travel abroad for a short time and then return. During these times, eventhough i have enabled international roaming, i still don't receive the otp's on time - transaction gets declined due to time out. I have so many times paid late fee for doing late emi payments. When i complain to the mobile operator on this, they ask me to contact the bank and it's a ping pong game. Seriously im frustrated that such a reputed bank in india not enabling a basic feature. Im also using axis, indian and sbi banks - where all have provided this feature. I visited my icici bank branch even yesterday and they are saying it;s fine even if i close the account. Damn..!!

                  Icici bank unauthorized deduction twice from my bank a/c [protected] 4730'
                  I recently opened icici bank account which is women advantage account.
                  First they had given me welcome kit and regular women advantage atm card without name printed.
                  After 5-6 days, i received a voucher that contains another atm card which is regular advantage women aura atm card.
                  Then i blocked first one and use second card women aura atm regularly.

                  Now, they deducted 177.00 rs twice for debit card maintenance yearly charges from a/c [protected] 4730'.
                  Like this : "dcardfee5339mar19-feb20+gst"
                  This is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed.

                  Why you deducted yearly maintenance charges before the year start?
                  And
                  Why you deducted twice from one account?

                  This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities. Kindly cancel this fraud transaction and refund my money back, otherwise, i will close my account from icici bank.

                      I have a account in icici bank for 4 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/[protected] dp chgs till feb-19. Rs 826 i didn’t create the any demat account, and they are frequently debit amt from my account about the dp charges, also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                         I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 months,
                        Now they have charged 706.82 under this category dcardfee2374oct 28 march 2019 st22.5 c
                        I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                        They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                        Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                        Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                        There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. And also they always deduct my mabchrgs every month without informing me... I don't u dertsnad what is this

                                The bank has wrongly put my middle name as surname and surname as middle name. When i tried to correct it at mysore kalidasa road branch they are asking me to provide affidavit with change of name. That doesn't make any sense since i am not changing my name at all. I have provided the proof of my name in pan and aadhar. Both of which are linked to this account with proper name. This is my salary account and it's becoming a headache to correct a simple mistake. They are even asking me to create new account with min balance of 25, 000 just so they can cover their banking problems.

                                      There has been a lien mark on my account pertaining to other financial products provided by bank.

                                      As per guideline of rbi for consumer case on banking,
                                      Banks have a right to exercise lien under section 171 of the indian contract act against the dues from constituents/customers. However, the banks cannot exercise lien over the personal account of a customer on the ground that money was due to the bank in another account where he acts in a different capacity, if there is no agreement to that effect.

                                      Please let me know as how do i get this fixed.

                                        I have a demat account in icicidirect.com for 3 and half years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there are dp charges debited to my savings bank account of rs.2, 227. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. This is completely unacceptable and false promise made as good as fraud. Please refund my amount to my savings account.

                                        And when i check the icicidirect.com it clearly says pay '0' demat selling charges and more over dp charges are different from amc charges. Dp charges are on selling of shares. I have not used this demat account at all since from date of opening demat account.
