My name is Himanshu,

Icici bank had cut money from my account against failure of transation without informing me by sms or email.
I am old cusomer of icici bank and used salary account, credit care, debit card, and net banking from year 2013, i am very surprise after seeing the deduction against the fail transation.
Money was cut without informing me.
If the deduct amount is not credit to my bank account the i will deactivate all my icici sevices and will share my experience on social media.
How you can just take my money without informing me?

      My name is swapnil pandhare and i recharged 349rs on 04th june 2019 transaction successfully done to [protected]@icici but didn't got any plans, confirmation from [protected]@icici amount deducted from bank. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to [protected]@icici for your reference.

      I am Goutham and I recharged my jio sim with the amount of 349 and money is deducted from my account but recharge not done.

          I went to bank for depositing cash amounting 1340 rs.in which they said repeatedly that the cashier is not with the bank went to state bank with all the cash of bank. I went at 12.30pm then after 1pm and then at 4pm but they didn't take my deposit.
          Again next day i went for the same and there was the manager and another staff who misbehaved with me with gutkha in his mouth filled the manager didn't misbehaved with me but was talking with mouth full of gutkhas and stuffs which was making a barrier for me ti understand.

          Then i went to main branch and the same 3.30pm next day they said it was lunch time didn't take the payment, also i couldn't deposit my cash through machine as new currency is not know by the machine.

            I have a/c[protected] with icici bank i have transfered rs 15000/- using imps on 31 May 2019 to Syndicate Bank. The imps ref no[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to beneficiary account. I got message that it timed out transaction status will be updated by beneficiary bank Its been 3 working days but still amt not refunded not credited yet please do look about it

              Hi I have been a legitimate customer from August 2016 for ICICI . I have an existing personal loan. I never visited the ICICI branch so far . During the loan sanction also the representative came and got sign from me and money got credited. When I took the loan I clearly mentioned to make the ECS date on 5th of every month or after 5th. But without my knowledge the default date was kept as 1st. Now because if this every month. Almost every month additional charges, cheque bounce charges all these are added. I have intimated n number of times to change the ECS date. But no response from the bank side. Added to that when I call customer care they simply say visit the account holding branch which I don't even know where it is. My line of work is always around client places and I couldn't travel for this reason. My question is if the ICICI Bank is able to sanction money without even seeing me in person why not change the ECS date the same way. What's stopping them from doing this. I say they don't want to help me they want to keep me penalties all the time which is too bad. Now my EMI also is about to get end in 3 months. I am looking for justice on what the bank did to me all these days. I have paid more money added to the internet. I need a waiver of the additional charges given for me .I hope the consumer complaint takes this seriously and get me the right justice.

                Swipe machine not working properly.as it is old one please replace it by new.

                I have never opted for this service but still I have been charged for it.
                Please refund my charges. Why there is unofficial charges for the service.
                I even didn't know what kind of charges/service was this.
                I recently observed less amount in my account and when I went through the account statement then I found that 596 rupees deducted without any prior information.
                Please go through my complaint and help me to come out from this.

                  I opened my savings account 3 months back with icici bank through online mode. After some visits i got my cheque book on my home address but debit card non deliverable on the same address. I collected my debit card from the branch after 3 months of opening my account and the same evening i was told that my account is freezed, to wait until further intimation and next day got one message of my account being closed. I am really puzzled wt the... Happening around. Still not met representative for the account is mr. Diwaker mishra [protected].

                    I transferred money to another account, money not credited into Payee account got the message as " IMPS transaction reference is timed out at benificiary bank, status will updated by 3 working days.
                    I withdraw 1000 rupees on 27-may-2019 Through icici ATM, when i checked message it seems withdraw amount 1023.63.

                    Now two times this happen.
                    why did you charged 23 Amount per transaction.

                    Kindly provide me the reason, when can i expect to get back this 23 rupees amount. Otherwise this happens continoisly i will close my bank account
                    I got charged 3 times this Posdec charges .
                    I always have sufficient balance in my account, no transaction got declined .
                    So why am I getting charged again and again Rs 29.50 again and again .
                    Completely unjustified .

                        In my icici accout no, rs.29.50 debited as "rwdfee/{protected}/{protected}+gst and rwdfee/{protected}/{protected}+gst" on 28th may 2019. I want to know why???

                        I am not able to understand why twice the money is deducted from my account. Till now, whenever i have made a redemption of payback points, no such amount was deducted from my account, why all of a sudden such a charge is made??

                        Also, payback confirms that its redemptions are free of charge and also confirms that payback does not charge for redemptions. Then why is icici charging money for this.

                          I have a gold current account with icici which was created in november 2019.

                          The account was created via bankopen (Icici connected banking partner)

                          According to the agent who created my account, i was told the following:

                          Nmmab for a month will not be charged if one of the following conditions are met:

                          1) monthly balance of 1 lac or more
                          2) 3 or more transactions of rs 10 each in the month done through our connected banking partner (Ie. Bankopen).

                          The 2nd rule is valid only if you open your account through open which i have.

                          Now on 27th march 2019, i saw the transaction below.

                          S7803560 27/03/2019 27/03/2019 12:20:43 pm - nmmab chg feb-19+gst dr 3540

                          My 3 transactions on feb 2019 which i have done through bankopen.

                          S10527686 27/02/2019 27/02/2019 04:44:09 pm - inf/[protected]/opentxn625209 by user dr 10000

                          S10484277 27/02/2019 27/02/2019 04:40:20 pm - inf/[protected]/opentxn625128 by user dr 16400

                          S10452110 27/02/2019 27/02/2019 04:37:29 pm - inf/[protected]/opentxn625100 by user dr 12300

                          So this clearly proves that the nmmab charge is totally wrong because inspite of doing 3 txs in feb 2019, i was charged for nmmab.

                          Today is june 2019 (More than 2 months) and inspite of several phone calls to icici staff and chat with bank open, the matter is still unresolved and i am only asked to wait.

                          Note: i want the charges to get reversed into my account asap.

                            I had a personal loan from ICICI bank, the loan no is - LPGUR[protected]. I have done the pre closer of this laon at 10th of May and now still I am in stuck for my NOC certificate. My pain is I am requesting them from last one month via telephonic call of customer care as well dropping mail to the customer care, as well visit to the branches two times only to get my NOC, which is my rights. But still they are not ready to provide me. After 10th may of F&F clouser, when I had ask them to provide my NOC then they had committed me it will deliver on my communication address with in 7 to 10 days. SO just I was waiting for that. Once the time has been crossed I had start to follow up with customer care team on mail, and every time they assure me it will deliver soon on my correspondence address, and slowly they avoid to reply on my mail, while I have drop multiple reminders and escalate it to HOD level also, but after multiple reminder just I got a update by today only, "they can't provide my NOC because it is block." The reason of block they are saying due to another loan is going therefore they are unable to provide the NOC. While I am requesting for the same only which I have already close F&F.

                            The major concern is I have required it on priority due to some other personal work, as well ICICI had done a charge of a big amount against this loan on the name of insurance policy. This policy is also belongs to ICICI lombard and ICICI prudential, and since now I have pre closed this loan, So just I am requesting to the insurance team to provide my remaining insureance amount as they have assured the insurance will be on returnable basis if I will do the preclouser. But insurance team is asking my NOC against this loan, and loan team in not ready to provide my NOC due to other loan. So overall both team are belongs to the ICICI and palying a game with me so that I could not take my money back.

                            I am attaching here the the mail conversation as well F&F statement of closer loan which is provided by ICICI only. I would request to plase look on case and please help to provide my NOC as well my pending amount of Insurance against this clouser loan. Thanks

                              I was working in icici bank as customer service officer from 27th march 2015 to june 2018. Since i had family issues such as my mom's bad health condition and my grandma in death bed i had to quit without serving notice period of 90days as per my experience. My grandmother passed away in november 2018 after which i started searching for new job in banking domain but unable to get it without relieving letter. Kindly help me get my relieving letter since i had no intention in quiting my job at that particular time.

                                Money deducted for posdec charges rs 29.50, 5 times on 3rd june 2019. My registered phone number is [protected]. I want my money to be credited back in my account as this is not an issue from my end. This issue may occur due to network issue or issue at the sellers end. I don't think so i should be punished with the penalty of the same.

                                Hi I got a sms saying that 354 INR has been deducted from my account for MM annual fee. Could you please let me know why this fee is charged to my account, even though I am not using any additional services.

                                Bank shouldn't be deducted any money without any consent from the customer.

                                  I have recharged my jio no on 02/06/2019 through phonepe upi. Although the amount of ₹349 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done neither the amount was refunded. I've already contacted phonepe customer care and they said they had already proceed the transaction and asked me to contact the merchant i. E. [protected]@icici.

                                  Kindly return the amount asap.

                                    Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for.
                                    29/05/2019 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee april19-march20.
                                    354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
                                    Please reimburse the respective amount asap. However, made a compliant on their website, yet to get response.

                                    But look at the way, how common men's money being sucked by these blood suckers. Shameful act.

                                      This is to bring in your kind attention that recently recharge my mobile
                                      Of amount of rs 399 for 84 days on 26th may. But due to your bank technical fault its recharge multiple time (6 times = five time extra) same amount rs 399/- (399x5 rs = 1995 rs.) and no any dedction message send by bank end.
                                      So kindly revert my amount in to my account as soon as possible you are requested to refund the said amount to my bank.
                                      Icici bank.
                                      My company had a good relationship with icici bank and they have asked us to open the account in your bank and don't you think that in need your people should help us.

                                      I am thinking of sending e-mails to your higher management and also to lodge a complaint in rti
