I have made a transaction with icici credit card for rs.15673/- on april17th.i made a request to convert transaction into emi through mobile app(SR[protected].tat is 3-4days as communicated.till now ie., 11/6/20, the request was not processed.i have called customer care so many times.Not resolved.
every time my call is being kept on hold by customer care for some time and then disconnecting call.
iam requesting to track all the calls, process my request at the earliest.
also, except first call from april 21st, i need penalty for every call I made to customer care because the call is chargeable and resolution not provided till date.
