[Resolved] ICICI Bank — nps kyc verification rejected unnecessarily | |||
My kyc has been rejected by icici on the basis that photo mismatch. I am a customer in icici bank for the past 16 years. I am holding many credit-cards from icici bank, and four loans running on it. Wondering why is it rejected if i am a customer for so long years, with such a history. Due to this, my employer cannot contribute part of my salary to my nps account which was frozen due to this.
